Arrived 8:45am and delivery is set for 7-9.am It s now 10am. Still here waiting to get unloaded. Avoid this place. They just waste your time. So many workers standing around and smoking. Very unorganized here and will have you there all day. All docks are empty no trucks here but no one wants to unload me. Maybe that s why China and all those countries overseas are beating us. Because nobody wants to work. There just killing all the drivers clocks here. Not coming here again. Come and see for yourself.

Oh my goodness! Just purchased 4 cooper Evolution Ht2. I've never had such quite,and great riding tires on my 2011ford escape,front wheel drive. Owned some years ago on a car. Great then and now. Have looked awhile for a tire like this from copper my size,and Price range -great,60,000 mile . Thanks for keeping me safe ,was getting nervous for awhile.Update:::January 2024, Got snow. Still love my HT2 tires. Great grip,no noise, just cruise right along. Thanks again Cooper Tire and Rubber!!

Pretty fast and efficient place to get unloaded at! Me and two other trucks made delivery there and we were in and out in about 45 minutes!

worst receiving procedures small plant located in city steets, receiving lady will not help at all where u need to go took about an 1hr to know where to go.

The semi truck receiving is western Ave and lima rd, you will see sign to turn right to the gate. Sometimes this info is needed. It was fcfs, they were nice and unloaded me soon as I pulled up I got in the door on a Friday and headed home, God is good!

I know someone who recently worked there, what a horrible company! They treat their employees with such disrespect and make them work like a controlled robot. I can't stand companies who have no common sense or decency, but this explains why they have such a huge turn over, cause they are driven by greed and forgot what it's like to be a human being. I will never purchase a tire from this worthless company, their ethics are appalling!

The amount of people wondering out side like they don t have any thing to do yet they can t unload truck that took 10 min to load in 4 hr window this company is jokeAnd the discrimination they think you can t see itOh please

Was told they unloaded on weekends not so so if you think your going to be live unload think again. Want haul here again. Nope

I do not recommended any roadmaster tires, fkg defective tires and the not changing after month I use only 1 month 15 days......!

Bought Cooper Endeavor tires last February 2021 three of four failed inspection in August 2022. Scheduled appointment and Went back to the dealer (1/2 hour drive. ) spent 2 hours waiting while they looked at them. Then was asked for all maintenance records which were at home 1/2 hour away. Was told they must have proof tires were rotated every 3-6,000 miles or no warranted. The tires are supposed to last 60k miles. I had put 23 k miles on them. That is roughly 40% of the supposed life of these tires. The car failed inspection. The tires are is unsafe after only 1 1/2 years. I. The past all of my tires have lasted 3-4 years. This has NEVER happened to me before. I am so disgusted.

Take ext 157 Receiving is at the corner of lima ave and western ave. Head south on western ave to the gate. We arrived a little too early and they let us park in their parking lot across the street next to Oler s Bar and Grill. They start receiving at 6am. We got unloading at the shipping docks which is at the Lake cascades pkwy truck entrance. Empty in 1.5 hrs after check in

Purchased a set of tires that are eligible for the 70 dollar rebate only to be declined. I attempted to contact them for an explanation as to why it would be denied. After being on hold for over 20 minutes someone from what I can assume was in India answered the phone and was wanting alot of personal information that I declined to give but offered to give the claim number to look up the details. I personally feel they utilize deceptive sales tactics to make a sale but dont follow through with their own promotions. Definitely not good business.

purchase 2 Cooper tires in Decatur Alabama at ok tire their out of round my truck is bouncing up and down in the front end you want me to drive back up there and have him gauge the tire it's only been on my truck overnight this problem needs resolved . nobody wants to take responsibility not even the manufacturer what a shame. I'm going to talk to an attorney about filing a lawsuit against you and Ok Tire in Decatur Alabama I have paid enough out-of-pocket + stressed and mental anguish me and my wife both will be in lawsuit.

Very mismanaged.. they made promises to me they didn't keep..so they lied to my face upon hiring me..there are very good Millwrights and electricians working there upper management does not support good workers ... They just act like everyone can be replaced and you don't matter and want to control you in every way possible... they're very disrespectful to the workers there are some good decent bosses.. but upper management is not good at all at least upper management that I had to deal with.. company is a sweatshop in most parts of the building almost too hot to work just very bad conditions for a little pay they offer would be a great job if it was managed better and allowed people to clean up and do the jobs properly to make less clutter but there's not enough people to keep up with the jobs because they do not hire and with less people they expect you to do over what you're capable of just very bad conditions all the way around.. but they have great Millwrights electricians and workers working there.. since I've been there I've seen so many people go do to the poor work environment as well as very bad management... The very high ups must be blind because the management I dealt with if I treated people like that I would have no job they like to degrade you and put u down... well that's my opinion about this place.

Never work for this company. They work you to death and have no empathy for you or your family matters. Was terminated over a surgery with medical documentations from 2 different medical providers one being the surgeon.

Got in got out simple as that and easy. They also have overnight parking. Didn't take 15 minutes to get unloaded.

Nice people easy in and out unloaded quickly. I would go back in a heart beat. Coming in off exit 157 was great direction.

If you have to deliver here go to exit 157, turn right, go .6 miles turn right on to western ave and all the way down to the gate. Dont use the Lima ave address, western ave is better. Got unloaded in 10-15 minutes once backed to the dock.

bought new tires for work truck , less than two later , they say 2 tires are bad and need to be replaced.... that includes last year during Covid when i went 7 months without work and hardly even drove the truck . Also , they say it is my fault and there is no waranty covering why they need replacing and don't even offer any kind of pro- rating or discount on replacement tires..... LESS THAN TWO YEARS OLD......Never Again will I buy or recommend Cooper Tires and will advise everyone to do the same and stay away from Cooper and Discover Tire....

Cooper Tires operate a dishonest, deceptive reward program. Do not buy their tires and think you can get a rebate. I followed all the rules and they said tough, you get nothing. I will never buy another Cooper product.

Worst place to pick up 1100 appointment got here 1015 got a door right away now it s 1600 and they re still loading so make sure you pack lunch and dinner before coming here
