Chris and his team went far above and well beyond my expectations to resolve a challenge they didn't cause. In the difficult auto service industry Chris is a diamond of a find as a manager.Todays public expectations are increasingly unrealistic and his positive attitude and straightforward way of doing business is appreciated and respected. He returned calls whenhe said he would and followed through to the end. Thank you so much. Rudy

Great place to get new tires and to have them fixed. I blew a tire on the interstate and had to have it towed. One of my lug nuts was over tightened and couldn't get off. Had the car dropped off at Cooper and they were able to get it off and new tire on asap. Great customer service. I want to give a big shout out to Chris Lewis, Chris Nevmann, David Stewart for taking great care of me and the rest of the staff!

My husband and I were traveling from Michigan to Tennessee on 1/16/23 when we had a wheel coming off due to incomplete installation from another tire place. We googled and found Cooper Tire and limped on in. They were so professional and got us right in. Took the time to show us everything. Knowing that we were from out of state and would never be back in their store. We talked to 4 or 5 different gentleman and every single one of them were professional and the shop and the workers were immaculate. Even the restroom was spotless. I honestly cannot praise this business enough. Kudos 2 a place that takes running a business seriously from the cleaning lady to the managers. Thank you, to everyone there.Very Impressed

I needed some new golf cart tires mounted onto my wheels and wanted someone I could trust. I was the first person to use their new email scheduling system and it worked great. It was a pretty simple job but they were more than happy to help get me on my way. I was impressed once I got the bill, only 12$ per each tire for mounting. That is cheaper than Walmart and you can actually trust the job is done right. Thanks again guys

The service is excellent...the staff is very professional and they look out for the customers needs. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and the big front window is so nice. Everyone was friendly and kind. Thank you!@

Moved to Findlay in August 2000 and the manager Chris was our neighbor and one of the first people we got to know. Been going there for tires and everything else ever since, 22 years. They are the best and I have absolute trust in them.

I've been going to this business ever since I bought my first car to have them put tires on all my vehicles. Today I got really exceptional service. Due to covid they had to change their hours which were within my working hours so I had a difficult time getting in since I couldn't go before or after work so my only time to get there was during my lunch hour. I figured I'd meet them half way and see if they could spare 5 minutes to put my spare tire on for me so they can repair my flat one and then return on a later day and get my fixed/new tire. However they took it one step further and got me a new tire, mounted, balanced, and out the door in less than an hour. That exceeded my expectations. Heck I didn't even really think they'd have the time to do my original idea. I always get friendly service here and I will continue to come here for all my tire services.

in search of the best tires you need to check out Cooper Service, staff is professional kind friendly and you'll be greeted with the utmost respect. might add Rugged Trek tires on my Ford are by far superior to other tires I've had on it or other vehicles

Excellent knowledge of tires, excellent friendly and timely service. Actually, they beat the cut rate suppliers, (Walmart) in price and rebate. After ordering tires I was told when to come back for installation. I was in and out in 45 minutes, very nice. Great doing business with them.

Have been going to them for many many years!! Have NEVER had an issue with service or tires or anything. Always friendly staff, and always ready to help with anything they can. Bought many sets of tires there for my last few vehicles. Great place for the great city of Findlay!!

The manager (John) was discourteous and not forthcoming. I asked for a price match on the same manufacturer and make of tires that I had found elsewhere for cheaper. He was very rude in insisting upon hearing the other location pricing and name. After I told him, he then told me he couldn't do a price match anyhow, making the competitor information I gave him irrelevant. When I called him later to inform him I wouldn't be coming back because he was not forthright in telling me he couldn't price match, he called my comparing prices unethical and abruptly hung up on me.UPDATE: I gave them another shot and bought a set of tires there recently. I believe it was a new manager and the service was a major improvement. The manager was very courteous and forthright in trying to get me the best deal possible. I also had some follow-up repairs done on my vehicle and they discovered an issue that they hadn't noticed when working up the estimate. The manager gave me an immediate update and asked if they could proceed with the additional repair with me covering the cost of the part and they would cover the labor costs (1.2 hours) due to not finding the issue during the initial inspection.

Got a flat tire one hour into a road trip on a Saturday. Called and they were able to get us in immediately and fix it in about 20 minutes and the price was right! Friendly and fast!

Cooper tires are the best! Cooper service is the best shop in Findlay! They can do it all, repairs, tires, even oil changes! All at the best price in town. Tell Newman I referred you.

They are the nicest gentlemen I've ever met they helped me with my air conditioning and kept helping me when the ac still wouldn't work they look for option that will help you instead of break you highly recommend. Also I received tires from them and they give you tire rotation for free

Five stars for the Cooper CS5 Grand Touring tires we put on our Honda Odyssey. Wish they took appointments instead of first come first serve, but again - great tires!

Had six of there Roadmaster brand tires put on motor home. Didn t replace valves. Mounted outside duel so you have to take off wheel cover to check air pressure of inside tire. Have a leak in second valve now. Would surely not recommend their tire store.

The Best. I stopped in with a flat trailer tire and they had me ready to go in 15 minutes. It helped to call in first. They had the tire ready when I got there. Great Customer service.

I live in California and my daughter goes to school in Findlay, Ohio. On her return from winter break her car wouldn't start and she was starting classes and a new job the next day. Chris Lewis, store manager, stepped up and got her car running and back to her the same day. It's great to have someone local available to help when my daughter is so far from home. Thank you from a worried Dad.

Big guy behind the counter... Not impressed. Will use Cooper Service again because I beleive in shopping locally. Managment may want to reconsider what customer service means, dont ask the guy at the counter though.. He is not efficient in that department!

One guy behind the counter gave as much effort as a millennial even though he looked to be in his late 40's. The other guy saved the day. The lazy one was going to let me walk out without the warranty.
