Its been weeks not even a reply from them on here. Not even a bullcrap apology. They openly discriminate against a Christian in an interracial marriage. Sent me home for the second time with all my warning lights on. It was fine when I took it. They screwed something up and refuse to fix it. Only paid $341 for 2 tires that were $59 each at walmart. They broke something in my car and laughed and mocked me. I have messaged them twice and no response. It's been a week without my car and I can't get it in for 2 and a half weeks to fix what they broke. Beware of this shady business and its rude owner.

Bought new tires&had them mounted. Was hesitant about waiting, but I was shown to a nice waiting room&everything was done in less than an hour. FRIENDLY, professional, and very nice people.

Once they found the reason for my slow air leak, it was through the rim itself that they didn't charge me anything for the time it took to check and put it back on. Also, I will help find replacement rims for my truck, so I will say I'm very happy with their professionalism.

This is not my first time using Carko for vehicle services but felt it necessary to give credit where credit is due and thank them for their excellent service. Recently I called in to schedule get my vehicle for some new tires, TPMS sensors and an alignment before a planned trip. I was greeted nicely by Ashley over phone and only took a few moments to get some pricing for the items I had in mind and to get an appointment scheduled. I dropped my car off before the appointment and the next day I received a call that it was done. I had a very positive experience and couldn t be more pleased with the results. Ashley was very knowledgeable about the tires they offer as well as the other services I was interested in, She was also able to aid in choosing tires that would best suit my driving habits and the budget I had in mind. I would recommend Carko to anyone looking to have tires or any other vehicle work done.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance

Took it in to have a crank sensor replaced they charged me 220$ to replace the sensor and the vehicle did not run afterwards. I brought it home and did diagnostic they told me that the pigtail on the sensor had a clean cut right though it ( the pigtail was fine when I brought it in) and so they put a new one in there. They used butt connectors and a ton of electrical tape. (Not the right way to do it) so I brought it home and did testing. The sensor was wired backwards thus making the car not run. I then cut all the work that they did out and rewired it the proper way and the car started up and ran and drove just fine. I was also missing bolts out of the brand new coil pack I just put in it previously with brand new hardware. So I then Went back to tell the owner that the technician messed up. And the owner of the company was very very rude and told me he will not do anything about it. So if you want a shotty mechanic to work on your stuff at a shop that s ran by a rude owner. Go straight to CARKO.

Wasn't worth it to fix the car, but they filled the flat as a courtesy without even mentioning it, which was very appreciated. Friendliest mechanic I've ever been to. Found cash under the seat where they put the key so they're trustworthy to boot. Will definitely come here when I need it after getting a new car lol.

Absolutely THE best place in town to get your car worked on. Very friendly staff, who thoroughly talk to you about what needs done and what they worked on. Highly recommend! Much more personal than a chain shop.

Took my car there for four new tires. Got my car back with $2,400 worth of damage done to my new wheels and also five lug nut covers missing. Absolutely the worst place to take a vehicle unless you want it back damaged!!! Owner could care less about what they did wrong. Owner tried to blame part of the problem on a third party, Lincoln engineers, that don't even exist in Ohio. What a pathetic owner!!! Do not take your vehicle there!!! You are just asking for trouble!!! You have been warned!!!

I'd like to thank Carl and his friendly staff for the excellent service and repairs my '99 Olds 88 received a few weeks ago. Carl did a great job of keeping me informed on the issues they found as they worked on the car. I can always trust Carl to be straightforward and honest with what is happening with my car while it is being repaired. Thank you!!

My mother was moving home to Canada from Texas, we had a Uhaul truck and her vehicle to drive. While I was driving her vehicle down the interstate on our 3rd day of driving the tire on her vehicle died . It was almost closing time and we were worried we would have to stop early but the young man I spoke to on the phone assured me he would get us back on the road that day - he did. He also gave our pups some water while they waited and us a quiet place to sit and wait. Thank you so much, you cannot begin to understand what your small kindness meant to us that day. I have told my friends who live in your area, I wish there was more we could do.Service: Tires

First have to qualify my comment - we tried to use their service for a tire issue but were turned away. This is what happened - On June 16, 2022, we called to say we had 2 flat tires on our RV. We gave them the tire specs. They said they had 1 tire in stock and to come in and they would help us. After the tow company swapped out 1 tire for our spare and inflated both tires, the tow guy said the valve stems were slashed and needed to be replaced. From the time we first called and when we finally arrived at Carko, 2 hours had passed (due to the tow company delay) but it was 1 & 1/2 hours before Carko's closing time. We limped our way there on tires quickly going flat. They (Carko) flat out said they could not help us - they being the 2 women behind the counter and a man who I presume was the owner or manager. We practically begged them saying we were from out of town (on our way home from AL to MI) and had no where to go. They could see we did not have another vehicle. They refused to help even after telling us over the phone to come in, that they had a tire for us. We asked if they could just replace the valve stems - nope! We asked if they would at least put air in the tires going flat. He would only put air in 1 tire. We asked for a name of another company. He gave us the name of Tireman because he said they closed later than him - nope, they closed earlier than him. It was Tireman who gave us the name of a company to try - and that company even stayed after their closing time to help. The only reason I even give Carko1 star is that is the only way I can post my comments. Horrible treatment of people who badly (and obviously) need help.Service: Tires

Kudos to Jim, JJ and the entire team. Had my exhaust fixed cheaper than another shop charged me, they told me the exact price for the part needed and also delivered the service on time.They were professional all through the process and I ll always go back there for my car needs.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust

If you are in need of a tire repair, this is definitely the place to go!! They were very reasonably priced (cheapest in town, I checked!), quick to get me in, and super sweet ro me even though I ended up being 10 mins late to my appt. I highly recommend this company! Went for a lawn tractor tire and they said they would order and get in a couple days. Someone rechecked the shelf later on and found 1 in stock. Ready for pickup the next day. Everyone happy.

I had an issue with a tire and my spare tire with 2.5 hours left in my trip. Stopped by their shop and asked for help. I was told that they could not help, they had 3 tires to complete before 5:00. Really, it s not that they could help immediately or that they didn t offer to address once the others ahead of me were complete and it would cost more due to overtime...... it s that they flat said they couldn t help. They did offer to help the next day..... 4 hours later, two cans of fix a flat stopping every 30 miles to fill up my tire I made it home sooo I will decline the offer. Professionalisms severely lacking I would not recommend the, as I have never refused to help anyone and I would not recommend any business that would.

Excellent service. These people are not only expert but they are some of the nicest people I ve ever worked with. I m a complete stranger from out of town and I need a set a tires ASAP and I don t have a ride from work and there s no taxi service or uber. The owner drops me back to work and picks me up himself in his own truck. I don t know how it gets better than that! These folks really care! A+ plus plus plus plus plus plus

Stopped in to get an estimate on a stock rim replacement. Everything seemed great until they never called me back to give me an estimate. I had to call and ask about the estimate, because they never called me. Left a message for JJ, and they said he would call me back, never called. Had to call again, said he "couldn't locate" a rim. Said he would make a couple of calls and call me back. Never called me back... Decided to go elsewhere, somewhere that calls back like they say they will. If you want the run around go here. If not go anywhere else. Wouldn't stop here if my tire blew right out front!

I spent most of my time in the waiting room, which was a clean space with a TV, coffee machine, and neatly stacked magazines and pamphlets. I only talked with one staff member, the customer service representative, who was very friendly and honest. My car is currently in pretty bad shape. Rather than convince me to spend thousands of dollars on an old car, they suggested that perhaps it was time for a new car. It wasn't easy to hear that information, and it probably wasn't easy to tell someone that information, but the honesty will always be appreciated. Carko is where I will always take my car and suggest for others to do the same. Thank you.

Needed an alignment. Was told approximately $60. When I arrived was told vehicle couldn't be aligned because both outer tie rod ends were bad. They wanted $287. Both ends are new Moog Problem Solvers (lifetime warranty) less than 6 months old. I'm no mechanic, but I think that this would have been obvious...I guess I'll keep looking.FWIW. I gave two stars because they were quick, and it is possible I'm wrong and they're right. I won't be back, though, and I will warn all of my friends.

Great service and the price was more than competitive! They said it would take a couple hours to change 4 new tires and was ready in an hour...wonderful! Highest recommendations to these guys.

Need a tire ASAP, and they were very friendly and able to help me out. Even put my spare away and charged me a very reasonable price for a walk-in job. Definitely going back there for the other 3 tires
