I needed new tires so I gave Best -One a call. They had to order my tires which only took a couple business days. When I arrived they have my tires put on within an hour on top of dealing with other customers. Very polite and communication was awesome. I would definitely recommend

Got a flat tire and came here to see if they could help. They offered me a same day appointment and were very helpful and nice! I would 100% recommend coming here for very quick service and great prices. Thank you guys!!

Fast service and fantastic Bandag tires. I'm an owner operator and you cannot go wrong and save almost 1/2 over virgin tires. Check with Joyce here and she will get you the best deal!

Driving through on the expressway with my family and got a flat tire. These guys were very quick to help and made sure we did not leave unsatisfied. Very quick friendly and reasonably priced! Would recommend them #1 anyday!

I cant say enough about the great service at Best One Tire, Findlay Ohio. I always know when I call and need service, I am able to schedule quickly. Speaking with Joyce Maag has ALWAYS been a pleasant experience and she really makes getting my car done very convenient and accommodating to my work schedule. I was even able to drop my car off and she took me to work, then picked me up when the car was finished. I have never had any other business go that extra mile. Thanks again Joyce, you are the best. I have been taking my vehicles to Best One for sometime now. I would never let anyone but Matt Hammer work on my car. He is honest and sincere and willing to take the time to explain in detail what is going on with my car. Not knowing much about how cars work, I appreciate Matt taking the time to explain. He is a top notch mechanic. Thanks again guys. I appreciate all you do:)

Nicest people and best service! They go out of their way to be awesome to the customer, we love this place. We have gotten new tires, rotated tires and just general check to make sure all was good before a big road trip. They have been awesome every time. One of the guys even went out of his way to give my son a piece of metal they found in a semi tire and although it was junk, my son LOVED IT! ***NOTE: Photo from before COVID

What an amazing experience. I could not ask for a better group of professionals to work on my vehicle. I have had tires replaced, oil changed and even my headlight replaced. They can do it all. Each job handled perfectly to my satisfaction. Fast and friendly service from start to finish. If you want a place to take your vehicle that keeps honesty, integrity and competency as their objective, then Best One Tire of Findlay, OH is the place to be! Dan, Joyce and the crew....You are doing something right! Keep up the good work:)

Just tried them for the first time. The employees were very professional and worked very efficiently. I got two new tires installed in a little over half the time quoted as the maximum time for install. Very fair price. Would recommend and will be giving them my business from here on. Overall quality experience.

Wow! Let me tell you that I am very impressed with this Best One Location. I am new to the Findlay area & wasn't sure where to go for new tires. Best one was recommended to us by another auto business because of their reputation for very good customer service & honesty. Joyce helped me immensely & was very kind & knowledgeable when I spoke to her by phone several times. I was given an appointment time, but arrived early & they took my car right in. The technician (Brett) happened to notice a wheel in the back seat which I forgot to remind them about when I checked in. Brett noticed the wheel in the back seat & came & asked me which wheel needed to be replaced. He introduced himself to me first & was very professional. That omission on my part could have been a real pain to correct. New wheel replaced along with new hub cap, viola! The store Manager, Dan also spoke with me & helped me understand the "Road Hazard" policy, which was great! I was not even there for an hour for 4 tires being replaced, checked & balanced. Go to this location & do not worry, you will be taken care of! The Head office needs to read this review, keep these people & even give them raises!

As soon as I walked into the building I was immediately greeted by the receptionist, and Dan, the manager himself. Needless to say, I was helped right away! Was scheduled for a new tire and alignment, but with everything being checked, turned out I just needed the tire. That really helped me save a bit of money so I was happy. Very professional! Kept me updated on the progress of the repair, etc... I was very surprised by the volume of business they had and by how fast I was in and out of there. I would definitely recommend this place to new customers, and would go back for future repairs!

I always get the best customer service at Best One! I am treated like family and I have never had a bad experience. I take both of my cars in for routine maintenance and whenever I have an issue. They get me in in a timely manner and make sure my vehicles are safe to be on the road. I highly recommend!

This was my first time to visit Best - One. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted kindness and eagerness to help me. The tire that needed repair work was completed quickly. I told my wife that I was very impressed and while this was my first time to visit, It would not be my last. So good to see that there are businesses that really do care about their customers. I noticed a slow leak in one of my tires and a nail in the tread so I went in here on a Wednesday at lunch to see how long it would take to fix. The lady at the desk explained that it would probably take a couple hours and so I made an appointment for Saturday instead. As I made the appointment, the lady at the counter mentioned other nearby places that might be able to get me in today.When Saturday came around I brought my car in and was out the door in just over half an hour. In addition, I was fully expecting to need a new tire, but the technician looked at it and told me I didn't need one and did a patch instead. Overall, everyone I spoke to here was very polite and helpful and the prices were reasonable to.Highly recommended!

They are very friendly and professional. Went in to have all 4 tires replaced and I was in and put in an hour! Very reliable speedy service, oh and they were the best quote I recieved in town. So they're killing it at app levels. Will definitely be back!

Just moved to Findlay, OH from Wheeling, WV. Had service done on my tires and due to poor workmanship at a different auto body shop, I needed my wheels and tires taken care of again. Brought it to Best One and I am glad I did. Staff was overly willing to make me feel secure about the work being done and explained everything in detail. Very professional team. They are willing to work with your schedule to help with your concerns. I will definately be back for future needs. I highly recommend this business if you have tire or wheel needs.

Everyone at Best One is super nice! I had a broken brake line hose RIGHT before I was supposed to leave on vacation! But the staff (Hi Dan!!!! :D) helped me out of a bad spot! They re-arranged their schedule to fit my car in and fixed me up! They also checked the other hoses and made sure I was good to take off on my trip!! You guys really made our weekend! I am so appreciative that you made us a priority! I'll never go anywhere else!! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!

I popped my tire today going to my parents house. Best One Tire & Service came to my parents home and did a full service tire change and balance in my parents driveway! Brennan provided quick service all with a smile. Avoiding the hassle of putting the spare tire on and hauling the kids around to find someone in a pinch to replace my tire was so very convenient. Thank you so much Best One!

Tire One was easy to schedule my vehicle s oil change. I called and I was given a choice of good appointment times. It was a quick in and quick out. The staff is always kind, friendly and courteous. The car is always parked for easy out onto the highway.

I ve always had a pleasant experience at Best One Tire! Joyce is great to work with on the front end. Dan and his mechanics always do a great job taking care of our cars, providing recommendations / feedback, and explaining what to expect moving forward

Went out to my car while at work to find my tire was flat. Called Best One around 2pm and they said they would be able to possibly get me in around 4pm. I dropped my car off immediately after getting off the phone with the receptionist and I received a call to come pick up my car before 3:30pm. Really wonderful service!

Got a screw in my tire Friday night. Called in morning when I woke. They said they would work me in. Very friendly and great service. Price was reasonable. Next time I need tires I will definitely be back. Thank you

4pm on Labor Day Friday weekend right before they closed and this shop helped us as we were traveling from Florida to Michigan. They got us back on the road in under and hour. Absolutely recommend!

Came in for a wheel alignment cheapest in town! All went smoothly with no extra bs with saying it needs new this and that. Going there again indeed! Joyce was great at helping me threw pricing over email and calls

I have never been to a business where the service and employees are top notch! They are very informative, helpful and knowledgeable! They aren't there to just take your money. They offer reasonable prices and other ideas to help you save! I will go there every time for tires!! A big shout out to Dan who always makes the visits a pleasure!

Great group of guys who do great work and are upfront about everything that needs to be done. They take care of all our vehicles.
