Wish I could give zero stars. Bought a brand new tire $250, less than a month ago. After they put it on, woke up the next morning and it was flat. They had to replace the valve stem, that should've been done in the first place. And now this, obviously this tire was worn and shouldn't have been sold to me as brand new. Would not reccomend at all.

I sent my car in to have new brake pads installed. They told me I could leave my car running. This is around 8-9 in the morning, I get a call from a kid around 1 telling me that my engine was overheating and listed the degree it reached. The kid wanted to tell me that my Overhead gasket was damaged. Now I would have believed him but a common issue that doesn't cost $800+ is replacing the thermostat. When this kid told me what was wrong I told them I need3d my brakes changed, and to ignore it for now. He insisted they didn't want to "work on it until that issue got fixed." I told him tough and to do what I asked of them. Didn't heat anything back, next day I go up there. Supervisor had no idea what they did or did not do with my car. We all had to walk out because apparently they put in a new battery and no brake pads... The owner did his best to deescalate the situation but my car was still broken because they never solved the thermostat. This was a huge headache when people aren't being honest with you.. Lone and behold the thermostat was the issue.

Showed up early for an alignment appointment - scheduled ahead of time. Waited over 1.5hrs and they still had not started the alignment. You might want to plan on waiting 3-4 hours even if you have an appointment. Never received the alignment because they were taking to long.

We bought our tires at Tireman/Belle tire . We were told free rotations for life . Big selling point but good luck getting them to do it. They won t allow you to schedule an appt . First come first served but that doesn t work either . We dropped our car off at 8:30 AM today and 7 hours later they haven t touched our car . Sure seems like they don t have any intentions of honoring the free rotations . Seems like they want to make it as difficult as possible to get the free rotations . Won t buy tires there again . And recommend you don t either.

They put defective tires on my car. They said they could put my old one back on for a fee. I left and called their customer service and I am still waiting. I am out the cost of 4 tires and I have to go somewhere else and buy new one. I cannot believe itSo disinheartenned.

I just went to belle tire in findlay ohio to get my tires aired up. I sat there for 15 minutes and no one came out so I did it myself. I have bronchitis currently and asthma so this wasn't good for my lungs. Thanks alot! Not to mention it's 25 degrees outside!

My son's tire blew out and they got me in as soon as I called and fixed it within a couple hours. The staff was very nice and thorough in explaining everything. Thank you guys!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE. Ever SINCE IT HAS BECOME BELLE vs TIREMAN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. TAKE YOUR CAR TO BEST ONE OFF TRENTON. SO MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. GOT ME IN RIGHT AWAY AND GOT MY TORE FIXED. I will also be turning into Better Business Bureau and any state of Ohio help I can get. This place should NOT be in business.

I d give it a zero if I could. They charged me 1.3k for tires and new breaks. They then messed up my parking break and two days later they charged me so they could just take off the break because fixing it would be a ton more. Now a little over a month later my car is back in the shop (same issue) and they are saying they didn t change all my breaks and it s gonna be another thousand to fix. They are now saying I can t pick up my car because they already took it apart and are refusing to put it back together so I can take it elsewhere because they cant do things right the first time and overchargeEditing this though I picked it up a couple months ago. When I had gone to pick it up the paperwork for the warranty on my new breaks had the wrong mileage on there showing that it was 1k less than what I had so the warranty was shorter. They even told me they guessed the mileage

This team has worked on my F150 multiple times this year, went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied, and got my truck running like new. I've replaced all 4 tires, rotors, calipers, brake pads, air conditioning was fixed, brake lines, and a rear axel tire hub.Picture is of my truck off roading in the sand dunes of Corolla National Seashore in the Outer Banks, NC. We were able to see wild horses walking on the ocean coast, all while driving on my new Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac tires.Thanks a million times over.

Fair prices and Great looking tires to go with the new wheels on my caddy, Brandon was a great person to work with and took the the time to make sure everything went well with the custom after market wheels, caddy looks great, thanks tireman.

My experience with this store was as good as can be, they were nice quick and efficient. They offer bottled water and coffee for free to customers, will go back 5/5

Went on 08-10-2023 and indicated that the front-end pulsated at higher speeds while driving and that the steering wheel was not centered, all of which I wanted corrected. An alignment was recommended at $149.44. Alignment was performed. On leaving I noticed that the steering wheel was still not centered, the vehicle pulled to the right, and front-end pulsation was still there. Returned and was refused a full or even partial refund. Vehicle was looked at a second time with employees then claiming that the front brake rotors were warped, that all four tires were out of balance, and that a wheel was bent. No estimates for these issues were given, and none of the alleged issues were found during the initial visit - despite my mentioning that the vehicle pulsated and the steering wheel was not centered. Employees were not thorough, were unprofessional, and unknowledgeable.

Originally scheduled an appointment to replace 2 tires, which includes a free brake inspection and optional tire guarantee. I was called about the status of my frint brakes and they recommended to replace worn parts and a brake fluid flush along with the cost to do everything. The salesperson/Technician wasn't pushy at all. I might have waited to do the work, but I was going on a long road trip and didn't want any other problems.I'd recommend comparing their tire prices against online and local places. I was delighted to find Uniroyal tires (now owned by Michelin) much less expensive than other brands.

Highly recommend this place. I got a flat tire on my way home from work and needed a replacement to get home. They stayed open an entire hour later to replace all 4 of my tires that were in bad shape and gave me a great deal. Excellent customer service and really helped me out.

Tireman has always been willing to work with me with whatever I needed done. I had more things wrong with my front end than an alignment. They worked with me, I'm a senior citizen, with the service that they gave me, they helped me to be able to get done that really needed to be done & gave me the price for a few things that I didn't know I needed & couldn't afford right then They told me what the cost would be & I could get by waiting a few weeks until I could afford it. When that work is done, they will do an another alignment free of charge to make sure my car is ready & safe for the upcoming winter. I can't say enough about their service & caring that I have a safe car. I've done business with them in the past & will continue to use their services. I've never been disappointed with their A+ service & how they have worked with me since I'm on a fixed income. Still, as always, impressed with their service & helpfulness. Wonderful place.

Great service! They got me in on a day when they were really busy, so that was very good. Only reason it s a 4 star is that it was a bit overpriced. All I needed was a patch for a tire with a slow leak. Most places that s $15-20. They charged $35+ Still overall satisfied, just surprised by the cost relative to what others charge.

I ve been using this business for years and they have always done well by me. Put new Michelin Crossclimate 2 tires on my son s Corolla. The salesman was very helpful and recommended this particular tire as I was looking for the best possible traction tire without full snow/winter tires. He said his wife had them and loved them.I was also on a severe time crunch and they hustled and had me out in 40 minutes flat.Great job guys! I appreciate it and so far, I am very happy with the tires. They handle excellent.Very satisfied.

Bought quite a few sets of tires here and always had a good experience and good prices. Recently had a 3 month old tire get a hole in the sidewall and they put a brand new tire on my rim, balanced it, and got it back to me. Cost was zero. Based on the tire I bought I had hazard protection but figured I would at least pay some shop fees or labor and they covered it all. Nice to be surprised in a good way.

A simple oil change and taking a nail out of a tire turned into an hour and a half and then some. I noticed the mechanic sitting in my car for 8 minutes, doing nothing. And, he left behind a huge greasy mess on the fabric upholstery. 9 of grease.I had to look up how to get grease out of upholstery and spent more time washing it.

I consistently receive prompt and professional service here. Their diagnostic analysis is thorough and clearly explained to me. Their price quotes are detailed, honest and fair - definitely good value for your dollar. I appreciate they will take the time with me to discuss what needs to be addressed most urgently and what can wait until next time. I leave the shop with confidence that my vehicle is in proper working condition and can safely convey my family and myself wherever and whenever we need it.Schedule routine maintenance well in advance. If the situation is critical they will work you in as quickly as they can - giving you a good faith estimate of when they will be able to get to your car. Keep your expectations reasonable in these situations, their calendar is typically full on any given day.I depend on these guys, and recommend them without reservation.

It didn t take them long. I easily went to Arby next door to grab something to eat so nice location. I had time to go shopping behind Tireman to look around to use time up. They got my car out 2 hours before I needed to leave which it was great!

The salesman was very courteous and the service was fast. So far, I'm very happy with the way my truck handles with the new BF Goodrich tires and the front end alignment. I'd be happy to refer my family and friends to Tireman.

I was told $127 a tire and charged $147. I work for a dealership and they taxed me. So, if you don't mind coughing up an extra $60 (on 2 tires) for nothing, go ahead. I personally don't like being lied to. I was still able to make 50 cents per tire, so not a total loss (heavy on the sarcasm here). I was in a pinch though and we didn't have this size in stock, so it is what it is. Only in moments of desperation will I call them again.

Dropped my car off a day early just because of how my work schedule is. They got the car in and repaired that same day! That made the rest of my week smooth sailing. Since I wouldn t have to wait. It is appreciated!
