Traveling in the area when our radiator developed a huge split down the top. They had one in stock for our car plus excellent customer service. Thanks to manager Ryan and staff. Highly recommend.

Hey, it seems that they fixed the self checkout at this store. Good deal! I picked a couple of items that I needed, went through the self checkout in a jiffy. Didn't have to wait for a cashier while they were helping a customer with something more important. And was on my way

I ordered the first batch of parts to do my breaks on line for in store pick up. That went without any issues. As normal I found out I would need a couple other things part way through. Ran up here and was able to get what I needed quick and easy. Finally get done and come in for one more thing to fully finish the job and return my core. The bleeder kit I wanted showed it was in store on the app but when I got here unfortunately they had sold out. They made a quick call to the other store and had them pull the exact kit I was looking for and had it waiting for me when I got there. Great price great service.

We have 5 daughters that are grown and married now. I have been dealing with autozone since they opened years ago with our vehicles and 5 daughters vehicles throughout the years and wouldn't go any place else.

It was kind of busy when I stopped. I didn't need to get parts at the counter, just getting some from the shelf... the customer representatives were busy, but there was a sign saying "Self Check Out"... it wasn't available so I had to wait. So, there's the 4 stars.

Had a car issue driving home to Michigan from Florida and they were helpful and made fixing my van in the parking lot easy and fast. I was able to fix the car and get back on the road. My spark plug was bad on cylinder 4 according to the vehicle scan.

Initially went to advanced auto and got a new car battery and they said they couldn't install it even though there were giant window clings advertising free battery installation. so we then went to auto zone and they said it wouldn't be an issue to install so we got the battery here Instead and will be returning the other one to advanced auto. The guy was super nice and it was a great experience overall. Thankful they took the time to help us.

This previous Saturday I went into Auto Zone nearest to me on Trenton Ave., Findlay, Oh when I had 4 different code lights on. I encountered Joe(I think was first name) Brown. He went above and beyond with his customer service. He took his code reader out and printed off what the likely sources were of each of the codes. The most likely that could make all of them go off was to get a new battery. Instead of waiting to get into dealership I decided to go back in to AutoZone and Mr. Brown installed the battery also!!! Awesome job!!! I had my brother with me the second time and he was even impressed!I called to let management know today about the great service and while waiting for her I had 2 ppl check on me Kudos to this manager and her team for giving great customer service! Something over the last year I have become frustrated with because I feel big corporate companies are using the pandemic for an excuse for poor customer service. From day one in my 34 years of working in service business we had ALWAYS been short handed. So whatever these guys are doing they need to bottle it up and send it to these Companies(Walmart for 1) who are still using the pandemic for their poor management skills!!!

Stopped in today looking for a lug nut for a camper.... asked guy for help and of course when he couldn t just look it up in computer wasn t interested in helping showed me the selection in an isle and says we have these and many others in back for specific vehicle lol... went down the road and in 3 minutes had the lug I needed....

Recently I had need of some parts for my 1999 F350 diesel. Sara the manager was over the top helpful and really knows about auto parts. The industry could use a lot more Sara's working there. Sara rocks.

My car wouldn't start at the neighboring carwash so I walked over to Auto zone and Bill came out and got his truck and drove over and gave me a jump and got me going. Two thumbs up for his willingness to help. Thanks!!!

They have what you need for your vehicle, sometimes they will have to order parts, but will be in 1 to 2 days, they will help with choosing parts, testing some parts of your electrical systems, putting on wipers, installing batteries, loaning some tools for you to do your own work, try them they will help you

This isn't so much as a review for the brick and mortar store more of the online shopping I order a alternator for my truck that was supposed to be next day delivery I ordered on April 13th and it is now going on April 23rd my truck has been sitting waiting on this part I would have never ordered online if I knew it was going to take this long I would have went to advance Auto who had it in stock so if you are in a rush don't trust next day delivery

Most of the time I have to return what they sell me because its the wrong part that I need. Never seems to fail either. Last few times I even gave them the vin number off of my truck and still got it wrong. Last resort when I go here...

Has everything your car needs and a staff that'll pretty much bend over backwards to help. 10/10 definitely impressed and grateful
