I purchased a battery for my Gmc Denali. Caleb Egner did a great job installing it in record time. We really appreciated it.

Would be more stars at this location but my past few times I have gone in have been less than helpful. The lady at the counter claims to be a manager which I was told the next time I went in she is not at all and she just got hired in. This same lady a couple trips later could not give me a discount for the place I attend for School, which I have used in the past and is still a working discount for active students with IDs. Instead she insisted there is no such thing and gave me a Military discount instead. I then let her know how to go about in your system on the computer and relay how to properly pull up the discount and apply it to the task at hand, instead she just stood there with a blank face. Real professional

Always my last stop because they are always the highest price with the least welcoming staff. They use to do a good job at price matching, but now it seems like they have new guidelines. They do occasionally have parts that others can't get.

Small selection and if you don't look or act like a loud hick the employees won't help you without YOU asking first. I got what I needed but I had to deal with a lot of spray paint fumes because an employee was painting her licence plate frame ON THE COUNTER IN THE STORE. Probably won't go back to the store ever again but it wasn't the WORST time ever, just don't appreciate being treated poorly because I'm not covered in dirt and oil.

I went to the Tiffin Ave store in Findlay to get a battery for my 2012 Ford Focus. The battery change for this model of car is far from quick and easy. The employees could have told me to take it somewhere else to get it installed but instead took the time (well over 45 minutes) to figure it out and get it installed. They went above and beyond what is expected of them and I am thankful for that. I remember one of their names was Robert and the other I can not remember. I will continue to do business with this store.

Very clean store. Thought I had the right turn signal bulb, for my Jeep. Was wrong. Very nice gentlemen helped me find the right one (wasn't to far off). Friendly and helpful in every way.

This store is amazing my starter went out I will try Lecy around this time last year I only Malibu and the guys working help me change in the parking lot and I even stay past closing time I do not take my service to anyone but Advanced the employees there are very awesome

The selection of products are good but the staff would rather not be bothered and hide in a back area of the store talking instead of walking store helping customers.
