I normally don't go to an oil change place. Overpriced and this is what you get (see pic). But unfortunately for me, I haven't had time to do it myself... so I went to these guys to get it done. After 3 days from the oil change, I noticed some oil on my new driveway where my car is parked. Looked under and saw this... the oil filter was so lose that it just easily spun... the filter could have easily just fallen off... if you guys get your oil changed here, better take a look at your filter and plug to make sure they put it on right. Probably need to check oil levels as well....

Be careful going here. 90% of their employees are always high on the job. If you have to make a claim, make sure you ask them to be drug tested. Trust me.

I hardly EVER write reviews but I really wanted to after Nick the manager worked on my car. He was simply AMAZING I had a low budget and he applied coupons and was able to get me the oil change & battery!!! He was so sweet in explaining it all. They had no place to tip or card or I would ve!! Just wanted someone to recognize his awesome service!Service: Oil change

I come here quite often with my girlfriend and both of our cars. I am from out of town but I ve always loved the service they ve given me. I am very disappointed that I went to go get my AC checked, and I wasn t sure if they could but they have a sign out front saying that they can then I get in there and they say we don t have the tool to check the air pressure and then someone pulled something out of their pocket says they can check the pressure with it pulls off the camp and everything and then says Yep pull around to the side we can get the machine waited for about 10-15 minutes and I said oh our machine is broken and then I go somewhere else and they say that they there s no caps on the covers for the pressure for the AC so not only was never given service, but they stole the caps to my AC pressure I know they re not that expensive but that s still stealing it doesn t matter because I know it might ve been an accident but I m very disappointing because I really do I come in thereService: Air conditioning

A little disappointed this time. We have been taking both our cars here on a fairly regular basis. My husband brought the truck in & forgot his coupon. They didn't even offer him a deal & they can tell in that computer he has only taken the truck there. Now before you get on me about use your phone, he isn't tech savvy. He has no idea how to check email. I literally printed a coupon for him. Just think they could have given him a bit of a break since he is a regular.Service: Oil change

I waited 20 minutes. A lady comes out and asked getting your oil changed. I said no I just need my tires air checked. It s not time for another oil change. She goes oh I am going to have someone cut in front of you in a different line. I said it will take 2 minutes to check the air in my tires. Sorry we don t care. So I left. Great customer service ..NOT.Service: Tires

Stopped by on by way back to Cincinnati from visiting family in Akron...as the weather had turned colder over a couple days, my tire pressure was low and all I needed was a tire pressure fill. Although all 3 bays were full, a technician name Ethan was very kind and had me pull up close behind one bay where the air hose could reach my vehicle all the way around. He was pleasant and efficient despite the business and the late hour. Shout out to his Boss who allowed him to quickly take care of this while managing the other vehicles being serviced. Ethan was positive and really nice to deal with. Highly recommend this location. Thank you!

Never had an issue at this location until today. I told the gentlemen working that I would not be interested in any other services other than an oil change. I got a lecture about how things cost more money to fix down the road and still proceeds to pull the air filter out to show me. Again, I said I only wanted an oil change. My truck was running really bad after I left. They didn't put the air filter housing back on properly and it was rattling back and forth. I pray there isn't any damage to my engine now. I won't be back to any Valvoline location after this.

I ve been seeing the guys at this location for a while now, and I just gotta say all of them are amazing. Nick, the manager, explains everything fully every time. David is always on top of his politeness. Very disappointed in my experience at this location. These guys are borderline scam artists. I was given the typical sales pitch for everything under the sun by the manager Brandon, when I simply wanted an oil change. I was told I needed a differential fluid change. I had just gotten this completed at my local mechanic, I had the invoice in the glove box and was questioned on the accuracy of this service because my trusted local mechanic didn t report this to Carfax. Brandon also told me that I needed a battery replacement, used his visual test chart and verbal fear tactics to try to entice me to change the battery. I recalled that I had just replaced the battery 2 years ago at Marhofer GMC. I went there the next day for a full electrical system work up, and was told that the battery was completely fine, only left with a $95 diagnostics charge. I m following up with Valvoline at this location as well as the corporate offices, they denied my request for reimbursement for the diagnostic charges I incurred at GMC. I drive 45k mi per year between my two household vehicles and will NEVER use another Valvoline service center again.

If you want quality service at a great price this is your place. I recently went in for an oil change and Jacob and his crew made the process a snap. He did recommend future services for my vehicle that I will definitely go back for simply because of how well I am treated there and the quality of work they do. I would give them 6 stars if possible.

Exceptional staff at this location. I stopped in here in September and was greeted by Matthew. He was quick, efficient and friendly in assisting me. Jared and John got busy working on checking fluid levels and tire pressure while Janei worked in the bay underneath my vehicle. Can't say enough good things about how well this group worked as a team. It was impressive. Everyone was polite and friendly and the facility itself was clean.and orderly. Thank you to all of you for a job well done!

Their prices are comparable to other oil change places, but the level of service here is top-notch. That's what keeps me coming back to this location.When I was getting my oil changed, I asked if they matched competitor's coupons and the manager on duty said they did. I showed them a coupon on my phone and saved some money.All the workers were friendly and helpful. I also used the restroom which was very clean.Five Stars!

Fast and efficient! Very friendly! As they told me other things my car did/would need I never felt like they were trying to up sell me, just trying to educate me on what my car would be needing. But I felt comfortable since they were not pushy to add on services besides the oil change I came for. I will go back for sure!

You just pull right in and get your oil changed without even getting out of your car. It's the absolute best. You don't even have to leave your car to pay. Technicians were very polite and thorough, and there is regularly a ten or fifteen dollar off coupon on their website. My oil was changed and my air filter replaced in 16 minutes flat. They have a timer! All in all, it was the best oil change experience I've ever had in my life! Highly recommended.

Fast and efficient, even when training their new employee. Friendly and courteous staff up top, efficient tech down in the hole. A little more time than 10 minutes, but that was due to training, which I didn't mind.

Great place..fast..efficient....I would suggest having the attendees slow down a little when explaining everything...they are so use to do it that I'm sure it's repetitive....but for the client they can slow the conversation.Thanks

I found a $19.99 coupon online and called them to see if they would take this coupon and if I made it there minutes before they closed if they would still change my oil. They not only took my coupon but made sure I got in so they could help me since I explained I was going on a trip and had to do some driving. They were courteous and respectful. They kept me informed on everything they were doing as they were doing it. They also gave me all the information I needed for future services I was interested in having done for my car. I will definitely go back there and will be recommending this location to other people. I wasn't a fan of Valvoline cause of another location but this location changed my mind and have earned my business back. Thanks!

I have been using Valvoline for almost 6 years now and this location for almost a year. These guys are always great. Good recommendations and are never pushing parts or replacements. The crew on 12/1 around 10:30a did an incredible job!

Fast and easyHad a coupon, they were very polite. Let me know what was going on with my car's oil change. Checked my head lights, brake lights, and checked air pressure in my tires. All went very well. Very happy!
