Always coming here for my tires! Fantastic customer service, great prices, and they also identify any other issues with the car (with pictures for reference) without being pushy at all to have them repaired by Tire Source. Just all around a great experience and highly recommend

For this Christmas I bought a hub and bearing assembly a front sway bar and links a RF strut assembly and a four-wheel alignment with two new front tires for the low price of $1947.92 Not exactly what I wanted to buy myself for Christmas and it ate into my budget of buying gifts for family. But you got to have a car to survive and I'm glad I had all the work done. No more anxiety or stress.A big thanks to David Hylbert for getting me into Tire Source in Montrose at the last minute and out the door before they closed for the holidays. If you need someone to trust and to do the work right give Dave a call down at Tire Source. They do great work been taking my vehicles there for years.

Burke assisted me with knowledge to help with the right solution for a vibrating steering wheel. Another shop couldn t fix it, but Tire Source did and in less than a hour. I highly recommend them for your tire and auto service needs!

The folks at this store are the best! When customer service seems to be disappearing everywhere else, it's front and center here! I had tires mounted, balanced, and aligned at a fair price in short order. About a week later I found tire weights laying in my driveway. Without hesitation they scheduled a re-balancing and even did my spare tire which was not part of the original deal because it is an exposed mounting (Jeep). All of this was a free follow-up service! They have made a new customer, a customer for life!Now six months later I put new tires on my wife's GMC Terrain. I scheduled the install and alignment, I arrived just a couple of minutes early, the work was planned for 1.5hrs and it was completed exactly when they had originally stated when setting up the appointment. I just wanna say wow what an amazing group of people. I was going through hard times and lost my job and needed my other car repaired so I can do ride share to make ends meet. I do most of the work on my cars, but there was an issue that was out of my reach. The place I was working for is a partner of the shop and it was close to my house so I took my car up there. Must I say these people were amazing not only did they tell me what was wrong with my car they checked out my whole car. There were some issues present that I couldn t afford at the moment, so I just wanted to get the check engine light off they help me out with that no problem and we ended up running into another issue where I was almost out of money. They were so kind to allow me to bring in my own part and just charge me labor. If it wasn t for them, I don t know what I would ve done. Since we were familiar with each other, and they understood my situation. They were even kind enough to waive the diagnostic fee so I could have a little bit of money in my pocket still. I would just like to say thank you to all at tire choice for helping me getting back on the road! I am forever grateful and will always recommend them to anyone. I forgot to mention how fast they were everything they checked out. I either got calls back the same day if it was earlier in the day or if it was later in the day they would call me back the next morning. I just want to say thank you again, I trust you With my life I cannot be more grateful! Thank you!!!!Rashad

I was taken advantage of by Tire Source. I brought in my car with aligned tires and bought new ones. Tire Source scammed an elderly woman by saying the newly installed tires were not aligned so she had to sign and pay for the extra $89 charge for alignment. They either could install the tires correctly or not and should not add an $89 scam to an elderly woman. I will never come her for service again and recommend others do not either.Service: Auto tire replacement

Customer for many years. Friendly service and fair prices. Rely on the team at two of their locations (Montrose and Canton South) for tire and auto repairs...small and big. I like doing business with family owned businesses where the owners are part of the community.

The staff at Tire Source were; professional, courteous, and very efficient. The service was performed in a very timely manner. They were done in approximately half the time they estimated to me. The waiting room, restroom and customer counter were clean and inviting. I was treated respectfully, not a common experience for a mature woman in a car service business. When I got back into my car, I realized that they had wiped the steering wheel and there was no dirt or grease on the floor mats. I recommend Tire Source.Services: Tires, Brakes

Tire Source is a great place . Always busy, but they get you in right away!!! I love the way they send you photos of what they looked at on your vehicle and the recommendations!!! I didn t pay a cent for the diagnostics!! I ve used them in the past, but this time was just getting prices for what needed to be done. They also refer you to other places which might be cheaper for certain things, which I appreciated.

Took the truck in today to get an alignment and road force tire balance. The guys at Tire Source did an amazing job. Had two other places supposedly balance my tire (one did a road force) and still had vibrations. Another place did an alignment and it was not right. These guys at Tire Source knocked it out of the park. alignment is dead straight and with the road force balance the truck rides great again. Thanks again to the Tire Source team. Next time I need tires/tire services or alignment I will be back!

I have used Tire Source for many years now for multiple vehicles. It has always been easy to make timely appointments. I have always received a phone call explaining what needs done ahead of repairs. I always receive fantastic service from Tire Source, and my recent appointment was continued excellence. Had them swap out my winter tires and install new summer tires. They took excellent car of my car including bagging the winter tires before putting them in a back so as not to make a mess. Came here to replace a tire and the crew was so helpful with resetting my car s computer system and keeping air at optimal level for my make and model.Came back because my car and steering seemed off and vibrating. They rotated my tires and suggested that I try using Nitro premium gas as a initial fix for my engine issues before throwing money into more inspections his tips were perfect! I drive from Rootstown to have my car serviced by Tire Source in Montrose because as a women I completely trust them and know I am not going to be overcharged or told something is wrong when it isn't, and yes there are place out there that do that to women.
