Dave and the team at Rad Air treated me very well. They helped me get my grandfathers car back on the road when I ran into problems with the transmission. They knew what I was trying to accomplish and their recommendations all made sense. Honest and fast service. Thank you!

Great experience!!! Woke up early am and my left front spring on my suspension snapped. Called and I was squeezed in right away! Towed my car in and not only was m problem fixed same day, but they even accommodated some extra work I had to get done so I didn't have to make another visit. I wasn't offered the loaner car I'd read about online, but was thrilled they were able to take care of me same day! Give them a try!

Very satisfied with my recent service by Dave George and his team at Rad Air. Rad Air very effectively determined that my rear wheel bearings were in need of replacement, and completed the repairs. I ve got great confidence in them.

Last year I came in for new brake pads and rotors but the cheap parts they used wore out so fast I already have to get them all replaced again. Less than 10k miles and the brake pads wore down to the metal and ended up breaking my brake line.And on top of that the replacement cost $300 less that what I was charged here last year.

I went in thinking I needed to just get my tired balanced but ended up that I needed two new tires and a balance! Dave took very good care of me and even showed me the tires when I picked it up so I knew how badly I needed new tires. I would definitely recommend anyone going here in the future!!

Let me tell ya I was stranded in Ohio, on way from Michigan to N Carolina, after a doc visit at the Clinic. No one was willing or able to get my truck in until the next day, leaving me to find transportation and a hotel and the whole nines. The manager, Dave, pulled some strings, and made it happen. Truck done same day, way cheaper, and very nice guy!!! I so so so appreciate these guys, and I highly recommend them to anyone!

About a week ago I find myself is a difficult situation with my car overheating right after getting off the highway. Being close to Rad Air, I stopped by and had the pleasure of speaking with Dave at the front desk. Not only was he friendly, but he squeezed me in at the end of the day on a Friday, 1 hour before they closed for the weekend.Him and his team find out what the problem was, ordered the part needed right away, and had my car fixed the same day that the part came in. I plan to go back to Rad Air next time I need help with my car. Great people, Fair pricing, and honest work!

I m a first time customer, I needed my car worked on right before going on a trip for Thanksgiving. They were able to fit me in short notice and replace my radiator, patch my tires, and give my car an oil change all same day. They were very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend.

Very nice and accomodating staff; my exhaust system was broke we were seeing if it could be welded back on and it could not; said they could put a new one on right then and there; didn't have to go back!

They worked on my 2016 GMC truck and did multiple repairs on a 1966 Cadillac, all of which were a bit of a mystery. Two of the issues on the Cadi had been addressed by two other shops previously, which they were unable to resolve. Rad air did a great job with both vehicles. All repairs worked. Dave is great, as he actually listens and then tries to figure out what is really wrong instead of just starting with what may be the most obvious solution and racking up subsequent repairs. Repairs are done on time and at a reasonable price. This is now my go to shop for all my vehicles.

I can't say anything better about Rad Air Fairlawn. They treated us like family. When the issue was more expensive then the value of the car to fix, they were patient with us while we decided what to do. They spent a lot of time helping us out and could have charged us lots of money, but they didn't. They will never know how much that meant to my husband and I because I just finished chemo and radiation and we really needed that act of kindness.Thank you Rad Air for being a top notch business with amazing people!Service: Vehicle Inspection

I watched the video from the owner of RadAir and thought if he was half right on what he said then I've found a really good place for my car repairs. Well, he was 100% spot on and his Fairlawn shop exceeded my expectations. We've used the same car shop for almost 16 years and due to a relocation picked RadAir for an oil change to "test the waters". First impressions were amazing so gave them more business with an exhaust repair on my old van. Initial quote was to replace the entire system. That sinking feeling hit me when you are spending money on an older vehicle that's on its way out! The RadAir tech, forget his name, of course finds a way to repair the exhaust without having to replace it much to my surprise. You just don't see that kind customer "service" in the repair shop business. I would have never known anything different but an honest worker and diligent manager saved me some cash! I told Dave he just gained a new loyal customer. Thank you to RadAir and believe that video. Six stars in my book!

I just wanted to share my positive experience with Rad Air over the past couple of months. I had the chance to work with Dave, the owner, on both a transmission and alternator repair for my vehicle.From the start, Dave was super friendly and easy to work with. He was able to squeeze my car into his busy schedule and quickly diagnosed the issues. Throughout the entire process, he kept me in the loop about what was going on.Dave did a really good job on the repairs and offered affordable prices. It's nice to find an auto repair shop that combines quality work with fair pricing.I'd definitely recommend Rad Air to anyone who needs vehicle repairs. I've taken my Mazda CX-5 here for routine inspections and oil changes a few times now, and the service has always been great and efficient. Reasonable price too for tire and battery change last time. Dave is friendly and helpful. Will come back for sure. Highly recommend.

Quality service and reasonable prices. Went in due to my Electronic Throttle Control indicator light flashing on my dashboard. Dave kept me updated with the status of my car and was able to replace the throttle body that same day. There was also an issue with the PCM, which also needed to be replaced. Dave was able to find a good part nearby and replace it the next business day. No one tried to sell me parts or services I didn t need. I ll be coming back to these guys in the future if I have any more issues with my car.Service: Electrical repair

Dave at RadAir has been excellent in diagnosing car problems when our Toyota was revving for no obvious reason and speed of service in an emergency (screw in our tire sidewall and located same brand tire to replace it). He also is very good at communicating when car repairs are needed. He also was very helpful when we were searching for a second hand car offering to check over the car at no charge before we purchased it. Maintenance service has also been top notch and I have recommended RadAir to others.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires

I had terrible experience with my vehicle warranty paying for the repair of my vehicle, it was a lot going on but Dave the manager kept me well informed about the process and each time he talked to them (warranty company)and what they said and he was very professional in explaining what was wrong and needed to be replaced, he gave me a breakdown of all parts before work was started, I am very pleased with the customer service and the repairs of my vehicle, Thank you Dave.

After having two cars at Rad Air for service I can say its been good. I appreciate how clear and concise the communication is from Dave the service manager.
