Fair prices. Good technicians. This shop can be trusted with different tasks not only tires and breaks. They replaced my radiator and did a super job for reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Manager was very personable, helped me within minutes of entering the establishment. The waiting room is very comfortable with lots of space. My family always comes to this location and I will be back. Thanks so much for the help.

Appreciated the helpfulness of Mike and John out front - helped me get in quickly, run a diagnostic, then ordered parts for an 8am engine servicing. They were understaffed and still did right by their customers (watched many people come in and get help while I was there). Brandon was the expert who took care of my Jeep; it was nice that he even walked me thru what the issue was. Will continue to come to these guys.

I love this place. Someone came out of the busy shop to talk to me as soon as I walked through the door. He told me that they d check out my tire and let me know if it could be repaired or if it needed to be replaced. Despite being very busy, he said I d be out of there in under 45 minutes.My wife and I went next door to record exchange for about 20 minutes and returned to our car already pulled out of the garage and parked in the lot.Not only was the service FAST and FRIENDLY, but because I m a regular customer, it was FREE.That s why I come here. That s why I ll be back here again.Thanks!

I went in to get tires put on they were very fast and efficient. And most importantly very helpful with helping me pick the right tires. Also showed me a problem with the weights that were on my tires prior to them correcting it. Extremely happy with the work.

I worked at an auto shop for over ten years and I will say with experience,these guys are HONEST and won t rip you off. I was in a bind and needed a new battery and I must have called 6 places ALL of which told me no, nor did they so much as offer a time when they could. I drove to rad air and his excuse was I only have two guys as he stood there looking like he s not an option to do actual work himself while sporting his crispy clean mechanic shirt. Frustrated as all I needed was a battery which I had already purchased and literally took 8 min to install with my child in the car and we kept breaking down and needing a jump start as I inched my way farther and farther calling every shop.. I called NTB- they got me in right away and only charged me $20 and were super professional and very friendly. They only had 2 guys as well as other cars in the bays they were clearly working on. It s very hard to find a good trustworthy shop and this is it! I won t go anywhere else from now on. I m an insurance agent and have an endless supply of customers always asking what shop do I recommend so I will confidently recommend this shop to anyone who would ask. A+ service

I received the best service at this location today. I drove in with a nail in my tire and was seen within 15 minutes. My tire was repaired within an hour. The in processing and repair technicians were very polite and professional . The service and price were excellent. I highly recommend this place for car repairs.

Had a flat and needed to get in quickly, Mike was able to get us in right away. Honest and personable, was great to work with and even recommended a better tire at a better cost. Ended up getting all 4. Thanks for the service.

Started my morning with a flat tire and too little sleep, but the folks at NTB were great. They got my tire fixed quickly and had me on my way in a short time. They were very pleasant and professional.

Woke up this morning with a flat tire in my garage. Got enough air in it to drive up to NTB Fairlawn and the service there was incredible from the moment I walked in the door. John immediately helped me, and got my tires repaired very quickly knowing I have to head to work. Great environment too! If you need any tire work, the guys there know what they are doing!

John is a LIFESAVER!We drove 55 miles to Fairlawn for a chiropractic appointment on a busted tire, with the other front tire ready to blow.We had a budget & the manager, John was able to get a whole set of tires on our car right away.I'm so glad to be ALIVE!!!THANK YOU NTB FAIRLAWN for your EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!

This is the place to go! Today I had discovered my left front tire was bald and I had intended to road trip to Cleveland. I knew I needed to get this fixed ASAP! Went in unannounced and not only did they get me in I got 4 new tires. I will be going back for other maintenance, such as oil changes too. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and get the job done right!

DO NOT GO HERE! I went to this location to get an oil change and tire balance and rotated. Was on the Indiana turnpike coming back to Ohio and. 4 of the 5 lug nuts came off my tire. It was only the grace of God that I was able to maneuver off the highway without accident!Spoke to the manager after taking a Lyft home , having AAA tow my car to Toledo, having to drive to Toledo to pick my car up. Management apologized and said they would reimburse me all my expenses incurred. Almost 3 weeks later and contacting upper management I have yet to receive reimbursement.If you value your life. Do not take your car here!

I went in for an issue with my car pressure light and a random sound happening to my car. Steven helped me the entire time and even fixed something else for me I was struggling to fix myself. He was very helpful and friendly! Thank you again Steven for the help!

The guys that work here are very knowledgeable, helpful, and shoot it straight with you. I had a flat and they took care of me very quickly, and even stayed after closing time to help me out. Highly suggest!

I was heading to Pennsylvania, with bad weather on the way due to a family emergency. I have a Chevy Spark, and was worried about driving through the mountainous areas. I went to two tire places before I got to NTB, who were minimally helpful and couldn t get the tires in until the next day or later in the day. NTB was my third stop. I had three employees who went above and beyond to get me assisted and on the road. One of the men said something to the effect of, We re going to get you taken care of, which really helped me feel reassured. I have been looking for a new service center since my previous one closed; NTB will get all of my car care business from here on out. Steve, Mike and John were rockstars, and really represented NTB in a top-notch way. Can t thank them enough.

Fairlawn store really helped me in an emergency. Helped refer me to a tow truck and stayed late to get me on road. And their solution was fair priced. Highly recommend this store!
