I had a long day but came in with issues on my car as a walk in and Stan was so nice I didn t even feel embarrassed that I knew nothing about my car. Seriously, brung me out and showed me everything and explained it so well I really do know a thing or to now. We need more people like him, that care. Thank you thank you thank you. You saved my life, and not only that my day was better. God is good.

Amazing! I originally went here because I needed a back tire really bad and I usually go to the bmw place for just about everything, my mom suggested I to take me here and it was the best decision I could ve ever made for the sake of my car! Norman (manger) took good care of me and was genuine with his intentions for the of the state of my car. The quality of his work and the kind of person he is, both fantastic. Hopefully whoever reads this review and is coming here for the first time that this lets you feel at ease. Thank you once again Norman!!!!!!

Norman at Mr. Tire s was extremely kind, he communicated to me my problems with respect and kept me aware of the issues at hand, guiding me through from start to finish. He didn t try to manipulate the chargers because of my gender or anything. He was very considerate and helpful, I will be back and spread the word to others. 10/10 recommend.

Great service and great price! They didn t have my tires in stock but sent someone to get them so I could get them installed the same day I called. With bad weather was coming it was much appreciated to get the tires on quickly.

Norman was so helpful while I was shopping around for tires for my Tesla Y. He found the Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires, had them in store the next day, got me an appointment at my convenience and performed the service in a timely manner. A++

The personnel are always very friendly and they let me know what's going on whenever I have work done. I have been pleased with their performance and I believe that the pricing is fair.

I'm very impressed with this shop and Norman in particular! I have taken my mom's car there twice and each time the service and staff have been phenomenal. Highly recommend getting your car service at this shop.

Great service all the way around!I'm new to the area and needed my car serviced, brakes were shot. I looked at reviews and decided to bring it here, plus it was close to my work which was very convenient.Spoke with Sean who explained everything well that needed done on my car. Brought it in for all new brakes, pads and rotors. Also needed new rear calipers upon free inspection. They just happened to have all parts in stock, which was great, because I was hoping to have my car serviced within the week. Sean even offered to get it done the day I took it in for inspection, saying they would stay late to get it done. Very much appreciated that but i took it in later that week.This shop is close by my work so it was very convenient for me to get my car serviced, as I could walk to work. They even offered to drop me off at work, or to drop the car off to me at work after it was fixed. The fact he price matched was also an incredible plus, and clearly they do everything they can for the customer!5 stars all the way around!!I will def be returning here for any future car services, including oil changes.Thank you to Sean and the gentlemen that serviced my car for all your hard work and help!!!

Norman was great. He met me in the parking lot and before I could even get into the store was helping me with my vehicle. They had me in and out in 20 minutes. No more Goodyear for me. Mr. tire on Ghent Road in Fairlawn Ohio is where it s at. Thank you for the efficient job and great customer service.

Norman is a dope shop owner! He really made sure he got us the best deal he could so we could drive off in an hour upon them fixing our issues. It was a 2 hour job done in 1 hour. They know what they're doing and highly recommend. Only place I'll be going for car issues!

I was down the street when I realized My tire was losing air quickly and drove to the nearest tire place possible which was mr. Tire. The manager ( norm ) so very kindly helped me put the spare on and even is going to help repair the old tire whereas I just needed a new stem valve. He did not have to help me at all seeming as all of the mechanics had left but I m so very grateful he did. Definitely recommend this place if you re looking for genuine care.

Mr. Norman is exceptionally good and kind, helpful. The service here is amazingly good and quick.I truly enjoyed my experience here as they take me right when I walked in and charged very reasonably!!!I will strongly recommend this auto shop to anyone who needs car repair, oil change or brakes etc. very wonderful people and service here!I would give 6 star if there is one.Yan

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional. Shady work and WAY OVERPRICED. Do not come here. Stay away.Not only are they terrible at keeping appointments, they are rude and never apologize for it.I also went to go get my AC fixed and Tire Rods and Links replaced. They said my AC had a leak and quoted me hundreds of dollars to get it fixed and even more to replace the links and rods. When they first told me the quote I thought it sounded way too high.Went elsewhere and discovered that there was NO leak in my AC. For ALL the work to do it at another mechanic, I was saved literally hundreds of dollars. WILL NEVER come back here ever again.

10/10 experience!!! Store manager is an incredibly kind guy and assisted in detail through the whole experience. Is alway more then willing to help in anyway possible and in a timely manner! Being a return customer feels like V.I.P status and this location always has your back no matter what your situation is!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE AREA. DO NOT GO TO FAIRLAWN LOCATION. Super long story, but I bought a set of tires for my car and they just weren't the right fit. So, knowing they have the 500mile/30 day guarantee, I got a different set of tires ordered and sent to the store. I was willing to pay the difference in cost for the new tires, even though the guarantee doesn't state I have too. Due to the manager not being in the store when I got there I had to wait for him to show up, 2+ hours! I wasn't allowed to leave with the new tires installed until the manager showed up to figure out the billing of the new tires. The corporate customer service was absolutely no help and said the store had to call IT. Shady shady shady! Stay away! No concern for the amount of time you have to sit at the store.

It was an excellent experience. I was towed in on a Saturday night. She contacted me by nine and I had four new tires and an alignment by noon. Excellent service and, after checking, a fair and reasonable price. I'll definitely be back.

Went to my appointment for an oil change on 8/3/22. After paying almost double my usual price there, my oil censor light came on 2 weeks later, saying oil change due. Went to another mechanic & found that the oil & filter had never been changed! Not happy after spending $50, which is more than I usually am charged, to only find out they didn't do it. Save your time and money, go elsewhere. They further said I needed additional repairs when I had two second opinion on the same issue they said needed fix and found no repair was needed.

So far this is the best Monro I have been to. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They diagnosed the problem and gave me cost effective options. They answered all my questions with a smile. They were also quick without it effecting the outcome of their work. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my vehicle needs. Sean the manager was awesome! I definitely recommend this location!!

Had a great experience at this location! Manager Sean was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from the moment I called to make an appointment to when I left with my car after service. He was patient and detail oriented when explaining the services needed on my car. I'm very happy with the service I received and with the Sean's willingness to work with me regarding the cost. I will definitely bring my car back the next time it needs repairs.

Manager Sean Hunt was so helpful, he squeezed me in without an appointment (late in the day on a Friday!) and was able to fix my car quickly. Really excellent, fast service - much appreciated! Highly recommend, I will definitely come back next time my car needs service.

Great service! The new manager there, Sean, was excellent! My car was acting up on my way home from work and I had to pull into their shop to get it checked out. They diagnosed the problem very easily and were able to get the part in that same day and fix it. Good prices and all of he employees were personable and willing to stay late to work on my car if needed. I will definitely be going back. Sean even auto started my car so it was warmed up when I got in it. Great service and great people.

I had a really good experience at Monro Fairlawn. They were friendly and courteous and were able to squeeze me in their schedule. They took the time to explain their proposed repairs for my vehicle and helped me decide and prioritize what needed to be done first. They gave me a discount, and I felt their pricing was comparable to other places I've been in the past for the same services. I would definitely come back.
