I went in to test drive a Bronco Raptor and Logan was just phenomenal! He was friendly, sincere, easy going (not pushy), knowledgeable, professional, and charismatic! I knew he genuinely wanted to answer all my questions (which he did) and see if it REALLY WAS the perfect fit for my busy family. Even though I decided I couldn t part from the SUV I have now I know when the time comes, I will most definitely go back to see Logan. I am confident he d search out the best deal possible.

Mat Mills helped me get a 2021 rented by 1. He did such a great job working with me and my family! My credit score is fair but I have lots of debt and low income. He helped bring my monthly payments down a bit. Finance team was awesome! Great deal!

Ordered a 2024 Mustang GT with Ford x-plan. Fast forward 5.5 months later after the car comes in. They forced me into paying an additional $1600 in paint or rust protection. None of this was brought up till the day I came to get the car, they could have told me this when I came to order it and I would have gone somewhere else.. I came into Ford just to Browse and I left with a brand new truck! I wasn t planning on buying a Ford but this place was great! Roz was the best salesman I ve had and I ve bought about 30 cars/trucks in my life. Not only did I buy a truck but they set me up in beautiful truck. The place is loaded with them! Great sales team, great prices and they have probably the best selection of trucks I ve seen anywhere. I will be back and if you go there ask for Roz!

I purchased a Ford Focus RS from Alex at Montrose Ford. Alex did an outstanding job assisting me with my purchase. I was not the easiest customer to work with since I live about a 1,000 miles away. Alex took a video of the vehicle running and sent it to me. He took detailed photos of the interior, exterior, and underneath the vehicle too. There is a lot of anxiety that comes with buying a vehicle across the country, but Alex put me at ease by sending me so many videos and photos of the vehicle.Additionally, Alex was very responsive to me. He would always answer my calls or reply to my text messages within a few seconds of me sending them.If you are out of town and find a vehicle you want at Montrose Ford, ask for Alex. He will give you a great experience.

Great dealership. My salesman, Matt, was amazing. I had a long order process based on what I bought and he kept communicating the whole time and really help me close the deal when it came in. Deal was amazing. Best purchase experience I have had. Financing and paperwork was short and efficient with no hard up sell on anything. This the place to go for Ford!!!!

I'm thankful for the help I received from John and Jennifer in purchasing a 2022 Ford E-Transit. I will be arriving next week. John assisted me with understanding the out of state buying process as we are located in NY. Overall we feel we got a great vehicle for our business at a great price. However one significant downside is that Montrose does not allow 3rd party (Bank) financing when selling a vehicle to an out of state buyer. This was a drawback but we did find a way to work with the financing they had.

Logan is the best!!! I went in just for an oil change and I left with a Bronco!!! Honestly, he was just so kind to let me ask questions about a new Bronco. Thank you for helping me find the right car. I went in fully intentioned to buy the Mustang Mach-E. As a previous Ford owner, I should've been an easy sale.Thanks to the wonderful dealership experience at Montrose, I was forced to book a test drive at Tesla and guess what guys, we ended up buying one.The salesman would never give us actual range numbers until I had to force him to print the window sticker. He had absolutely no information to give us about the car although he claimed to be a proud owner of one.When I asked about the $7500 rebate, they were just clueless.They were clueless about the NACS adapter, clueless about the ability to use the Tesla supercharger network. Clueless about the whole dang car.Not sure what the legality on this is, but I'm surprised that none of the cars in the lot had window stickers or prices.Again, thank you for forcing me to test drive a Tesla against my wishes. The interiors might be lower quality than the Mach-E but I'm willing to put up with bad interiors over a terrible sales experience.

We had a great experience with Will Sutton! The whole process was seamless and we were 350 miles away from the dealership!!! We purchased the car sight unseen, that s how wonderful Will was! Brought my truck in for bad rear brake caliper sticking and overheating. Andre was the service advisor who assisted. I let him know while truck is in, do any other maintaince required for 36k miles to save me down the road and any recalls I might have missed. He agreed and said he would call once truck was diagnosed, to see if my extended warranty would cover caliper. Also let him know truck is in great shape watch paint and wheels. Well he calls next day says truck is all set and done. Doesn t mention if it had any recalls, come to find out on their website you can check Also doesnt mention if they changed and flushed brake fluid per manual. So I ask, he says well yeah if it hasn t been done. So again I have to ask him to do something I already said to do. Fast forward, I get truck back all looks good. Caliper fixed and covered. Upon inspection next day in sunlight rims are scratched from brake tools tech used. But it gets worse, tech somehow upon taking off old oil sticker and putting theirs on cut my windshield tint. So I call Andre is full of excuses and rude, ask for him to have Dave service manager call, more excuses and I go back to dealer show damage. Dave says I ll call tech is back following week, no call ever comes. Call ask for Dave more excuses, tech only used his finger nail on windshield and no tools on wheels or brakes. Finally I get Dave s boss, Randy show him damage at this point all I care about is front windshield, he agrees to cover damage and check is issued following days. If you care about your vehicle, don t go here they will damage something! Dave and Andre need retrained in customer service!

The staff, especially Matt Mills the salesman and his manger Matt were more than helpful and accommodating. No one wants to spend the money to buy a car and they worked every angle possible to get the car I wanted at a price I needed. I drove 30+ minutes to get to this particular dealership and I can guarantee I will again. Everything from being upfront about the price, expectations of what I was looking for to staying open late to get the deal done so I didn t have to come down the following day. Great experience.

John Nageotte sold me a 2024 Ford Maverick and I m really pleased with the purchase. John is knowledgeable about all of the Ford vehicles and he even showed me his personal vehicle since there were no other Mavericks on the lot. He was helpful in every way & kept in touch on the progress of getting the truck delivered to the dealer so we were able to get what we wanted. Had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle from Montrose Ford of Fairlawn to accommodate my growing family. Matt made the process very easy communicating clearly via text in advance of our appointment to pick up the vehicle so that I could provide the needed details for the credit app in advance, saving a lot of time in person. When at the dealership, he was very helpful in setting me up with the Ford phone app (getting it synced for remote start etc), and ensured the settings in my vehicle were adjusted to suit me before driving off. Overall, he was friendly, patient, and professional answering any and all questions and never seeming rushed. The same can be said for the other associates I encountered, as well. A great experience obtaining a great vehicle, thank you! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car and smooth, non-pressured sales experience.

Lynn was so amazing and helpful!! The whole experience here was very smooth and everyone was very kind. My vehicle had a few problems off the lot, however the dealership immediately fixed the problems. Fantastic experience here
