Apparently customer service isn t a thing here. Walked in to get a set of tires for my Tesla, a 1k plus purchase, and the employee couldn t even be bothered to to help me. Instead he was making himself a coffee. Then after he already seen me waiting, proceeds to help another customer that walked in behind me. They just lost a sale from me. Definitely wouldn t waste your hard earned cash here.

I got my 4th pair of Goodyear Adventurers with Kevlar in December 2023 on my Ram Truck(s) over the last 10 years. This tire is great on this truck which currently is a 2017. Tim, the manager at the store was very helpful in ordering the tire I wanted in my size and black-wall preference. They did a super and timely job of mounting, balancing and performed a wheel alignment. It rides like a totally different truck! Such a nice ride for a truck with 85k miles! Thanks for the great service Tim and staff. It is much appreciated!

My experience today at the Fairlawn Goodyear Auto Service center was outstanding, mainly because of the high level of service and communication I was given. Everyone I met was positive and the facility is immaculate. I came home saying this is actually an auto experience I want to go back to, as I bought a three year alignment plan. Thank you Goodyear!

Autumn greeted me with a smile and responded with knowledge to my what if s and symptoms my car was having. Both Anthony and Autumn explained why the car was acting the way it was and did not try and sell me something that I didn t need, which other places try to do reassuring me most was good. They were knowledgeable and friendly Anthony and Autumn are Awesome!

Highly recommend. Can t say enough about the great support from the Fairlawn team. I had a problem at a different location that managers Jessica & Rachael resolved promptly, courteously, & professionally. Will be my go-to Goodyear service location from now on.

Service technician attempted to scam wife on oil change services and wanted to charge $103 for a full synthetic oil change on a car that can take conventional oil change for around $30. Claimed he did not agree with Goodyears good, better, best selections on the website.Also claimed this was a drop off appointment when the confirmation email clearly says in-store waiting. Increasing the potential wait time by 2hrs.Walked away and will not be back.

My husband and I were at the Summit Mall on Saturday afternoon. When we went out to the parking lot my car wouldn t start. Thankfully a young lady pulled up next to us and let us use her car to jump my car. So my husband decided to find the closet s Goodyear store to get my car checked out. Thankfully for us Frank Riley the service manager was working that day. He immediately came out to check my car s battery and determined that my battery was dying. Frank was able to get us into the shop immediately and said that he didn t have the battery on hand but he could get it quickly. Within 30 minutes the store called to tell me my car was already done. Call it being at the right place at the right time but the quick service we received from this location was beyond anything we ever expected! We so appreciate Frank and his crew for being so kind and handling the problem so quickly!

amazing staff. Jessica made me comfortable as soon as I walked in the door .. She explained everything above and beyond. Jessica incredibly knowledgeable about the business, Goodyear is lucky to have her talent.

Had a 10 am appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. When i got there to check in the whole vibe was off. I told the guy I had a 10 am oil change appointment told him what info he needed i noticed my husband had his car selected which he meant to do mine. I told the guy what car i brought in he said okay. As we are putting my car info in the system he goes i see u selected car drop off u dropping it off? I said well i brought it and will be waiting til its done. He goes well its going to be a few hours since you selected drop off. I asked how long he goes 3 hours. Im like 3 hours with a baby!!!!???? Yea NO . Then he goes on to tell me that the cost will be 100 bucks!! Again NO i have always ever only paid little over 20 bucks. I said im not paying that ridiculous high price im calling my husband. Called him told him they wanted to charge us 100 bucks and wasn t paying that would u like to talk to the guy. Husband said sure put him on. They talked husband got back on phone said he canceled the service and to walk out he was trying to scam us! So sad that good year pulled that on us twice now!!! Not just once but TWICE!!! Disappointed .

Excellent service!!! I can be very meticulous when it comes to my vehicles. I am a bit of a motor-head. The Goodyear team at Summit Mall did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

Really nice employees who are honest and up front and never try to upsell you on anything. They are efficient and have a quick turnaround. Seem to be highly competitive with pricing and the best place for pil changes!!

Beautiful new store in Summit Mall! If you are at the old location, go to the left or clockwise around the mall and find the new one. Friendly helpful service writers and good technicians. Nice new waiting room and facility. Really clean neat bright and pretty place for a tire store.

SCAMMERS!! Seriously do not get your car maintenance done here without a second opinion.I went in to fix a slow leak on a tire with less than 10,000 miles on it. They said that the nail was too close to the sidewall to fix, and due to the AWD drivetrain I would need a full new set. I told them I would need time to think about it before spending $1000 so close to Christmas.I then took the car to a local mechanic shop, who said the nail was FAR from the sidewalk and patched it for $30.I am so appalled by this business practice I will not do business with Goodyear again. Next time I am in the market for a full set I will be going to Costco.

The Service Manager Frank immediately informed us that there was a coupon available, was able to fit the service into their busy schedule same day, and provided a ride both ways! Joe, who came to pick me up to get the vehicle, was a very friendly driver and customer service representative. The overall experience was outstanding. Thank you!

Had a flat. None of the stores in the area were open on Sunday but I saw Good Year was open for another 2 minutes, called and was told I can come in to get my tire either fixed or replaced. The manager Rachael was friendly. The two gentlemen working were also nice and one of them, Joshua, who worked on my car, was knowledgeable and quick to replace my tire. He answered all my questions. The job was done in less than an hour and I was offered coffee and water while I waited. Rachael also worked with me to pick a tire within my budget.

First time coming here and had an amazing experience!! Everyone working there are so kind, professional and knowledgeable. I had come to get my AC fixed and tire rods and links replaced. They were able to do it all quickly and efficiently. I had previously taken my care to another shop and they quoted me hundreds of dollars more than GoodYear. I am so thankful I was able to get my car looked at at GoodYear and 10/10 recommend this place! Will definitely come back for any other work my car needs in the future. Thank you so much for making my experience an amazing one!

Have been using Goodyear at Summit Mall for several years and with multiple cars. They provide excellent and timely service. Fixed my husband s tire today in no time flat.

I unfortunately got a screw in one of my tires while out of state. I drove home on the spare, called and left a message on a Sunday evening. First thing Monday morning, Matt called to get more details, and set up an appointment for the car at noon. Upon arrival I was greeted by Mason, who took time to listen to me about where the screw was located, and my emotional 4 hour trip home on that spare. After examination, the service crew determined they could patch the missing tire, to my relief!! I happen to have Goodyear tires, there was no charge for all of the work they did for me!! I cannot speak highly enough for the integrity of this business. Absolutely wonderful, I m recommending Goodyear Service Center at Summit Mall to all of my friends!Thank you, you made my day!!!

I got a flat on the interstate, I m from out of town, was passing threw. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately. Josh Kerlee was prompt to get my order up and get my Acadia in the garage. The staff was all so kind. I ended up puncturing a hole in the tire and it was fixable. Josh was so sweet to not charge me for the fix and had me back on my trip home fast. I can t thank Josh enough.

We were very pleased with their service. While traveling through Ohio, we discovered a screw in a tire. Luckily we had not lost any tire pressure. Josh Kerlee and Hunter Moore did a great job in getting us back on the road in no time. This was the cleanest, most comfortable tire repair shop we ve ever been in. My husband was grateful that the tire was fixed before the mall opened. :-)

We had no means to replace our flat tire, but the employee Josh Kerlee helped us out and even helped us free of charge. Truly a generous and friendly service!
