First time using, but not the last. Called after hours, Heather answer came right out. Sanitize wash the trailer. Gave fast, courteous service with a smile. Also a little appreciation bag. Will definitely use them when i am in the area. Thanks.

The staff here were very kind and generous! They made sure I was taken care of while from the time I walked in. Got told what I needed to do without any confusion. The woman that did my wash out was Fantastic from start to finish. They even allowed me to stay in the lot afterwards. I will say I will be back when I am in the area! Thank you for everything yous do for us.

This place is amazing! Parked over night here and got a trailer Washout when my break was over. They offered a washer and dryer to do laundry, plus a shower! They were also able to fix a light issues with my trailer! I'll definitely be coming back here in the future!

This place respects and appreciates truck drivers like no other. $50 trailer washout and complimentary snacks, drinks, laundry, and shower. Only thing they could use is another entrance to help with the traffic flow when they're busy

This place is at the right place where I was,and the lady at the desk was so very nice and even offered me bottle of water.It was only a mile away from where I delivered.For those truckers who are looking to washout their trailer,this is a nice place to come to!!!

Any KLLM ppl or truckers perfect mom n pops wash and repair. Definitely convenient if in Fairfield OH. Easy parking quick and tedious cleaning. Def come here even if to say hey this is my first 5 star.

Get wash outs done weekly here. Never had any problems and always satisfied with there work. Always treated with respect and honesty. Wash out is always top notch work. Heather always does her upmost best. I'd always recommend this business for wash out or repair. Thanks to everyone I talk with when I'm there for making me feel important. Lot of business has lost that and everyone there do there best to give that.

Came in right about 5m til 5 boy was I happy Ms Heather and Cj got me in an out clean trlr and great customer service beyond jus in case I came earlier I could ve grab me a hot hotdog and water great!!! Great place

I arrived for a trailer washout , The woman inside was very pleasant and helpful for my first time being here. Quick wash out services. Very convenient facility especially if you offload down the road at Koch Foods.

without a doubt is a honest and knowledgeable shop. I have searched and used many shops in the area in the last couple years and have been burnt by most. I am very comfortable and happy with the service and prices that I get at without a doubt.. all I can say is keep up the good work and thank you.

Really a best place to work for truck and Trailler repair. Heather in front desk is good lady, she find some to do the work pretty quick. Ran is also a good gentleman fixed the issue very quick, don t have to wait long. I recommend my friends and all to this place if they had any things to do on truck and Trailler.

The best trailer washout ever! I arrive and I m greeted politely, the washout was very fast and efficient and did a great job. They offer driver s complimentary drinks, showers, washer and dryer I will definitely be coming back here

Parked overnight for a blown airbag. The folks were polite and pleasant to speak to during office hours. Very easy to work with. Unfortunately they didn't have the equipment to lift a loaded trailer, so I'll be seeking another repair shop, but I did enjoy every other part of my experience.

After washout the trailer still smells like it did not washout, I hauled checking I spoke to the lady that handled the washout and she said we use sanitary..But it seems to she did not use any thing but water, this is my worst experience ever in trailer washout, I don't recommend this location.
