Josh and thomas did our oil change today which is sun 4/14. They were polite and very professional. They asked thorough questions and checked the filter after filling. They also gave our kiddos suckers which is always a plus! Never been here before, will definitely return.

Wow! Such great service & kindness! Quick, efficient, and thorough. The price was right! My last oil change experience was Take 5 sending me a coupon, then telling me I can't use it. That won't happen again!Strickland Brothers will be my new go to. They are also now detailing and I'm anxious to give them a try.

So friendly and fast! I had only 20 minutes to spare before I had to get on the road for a 4 hour road trip. I only came in for an oil change even though I knew I only had one working headlight. But I was assured they could do the headlight and the oil change in no time at all, and they were right. I would definitely recommend to anyone I know!

First time going here. Very nice people, and much more accommodating than other places I've been. They greeted me with a bottle of water and a treat for my dog. Checked my lights and tires. Explained their prices and services well. They were efficient with my time but didn't go so fast that I felt like they were rushing. I will be back.

I went to Strickland Brothers today for an oil change. I was greeted in the driveway with a bottle of water and an employee explained there was a car ahead of me, it would be about 10 minutes. While I waited in the bay an employee checked my tire pressure and filled my tires.I couldn t have been more satisfied with the service and quality of work performed. My oil was changed along with the oil filter and fluids filled.The employees were incredibly nice and customer service was excellent! I highly recommend Strickland Brothers!

Came here for an old change a few weeks ago. I was greeted by a kind smile and a bottles of water! They were thorough but well timed. They even brought to my attention a possible issue with my coolant level being very low! They did NOT try to upsale me on any products or services like your other quick changes. I will absolutely be back for my next oil change.

I stopped in with no appointment and still got oil change done quickly. I stay in my vehicle but could have waited in their lounge area. They checked all my outside lights and fluid levels. My coolant was very low and they filled it at no extra cost. The price for the full synthetic oil change was reasonable even without the special they offered that day.

First time coming here and we was in and out. You don't have to get out car either. Danielle greeted us as soon as we pulled up with water. Both her and the person changing my oil were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

The guys at the Fairfield location were super friendly and so helpful. As it turned out the drain plug on my car was stripped. They finally got it off but they didn't have my part in stock. The manager went in his own car, picked up one from the local Auto parts store,and installed it without charging me. In fact they gave me a discount because I had to wait. Don't see that kind of service much these days. Thank you guys.

This was my first visit and I have to say these people go above and beyond expectation. I was greeted warmly with a brief explanation of services and free bottle of water. They didn't just change my oil, they inspected the vehicle, topped off all fluids, checked and filled tire pressure, alerted me to a few mechanical issues and recommended a local mechanic. At no time was I pressured or upsold into purchasing "extras". When it came time to pay the bill I was rewarded with 25% off the total cost. They won my business and I'd recommend them over other chain owned lube stations.

Great job!! Offered bottles of water for me and my daughter while we waited. Courteous and friendly - both employees! In and out as expected. First time customer- It started with the water they offered me when I got there. Thank you. The techs were professional and I wish I snapped a picture of the handwritten sign on the desk. I got an oil change, replacement air filter and a rear windshield wiper not knowing that about 1 hour later I'd get a call telling me that hospice had estimated my father had 24 hours left on this earth. So 2 hours after leaving I was on a congested, rainy, windy road to Illinois. So much on my mind but I didn't have to worry about my car! I was able to share his final hours with him. Thank you for helping me do that. Youve earned my continued patronage.

Edit' amazing follow up on my issue! Guy who installed my old insisted nothing was wrong. Turned out later it was but the owner genuinely cared and followed up about the issueWent back for another oil change because I enjoyed my first visit. But after change, there has been a clicking sound that I cannot get rid of
