Southwest RV was referred to us by an acquaintance. Phil, Scott and the entire staff worked with us during the insurance process following some storm damage to our RV. They are absolutely phenomenal to work with! We felt like we were dealing with friends - everybody was so friendly and knowledgeable. While their shop is quite a drive for us, it is well worth it to be able to deal with people who excel at their craft. Wish I could give them 10 stars! Exceptional company and staff!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Phil was very responsive and helpful with getting my RV awning motor replaced. He provided a quote that was more than competitive with others in the area and there were no surprise costs with the work. I was very appreciative that he had the tech go out and demonstrate the workings of the awning after the work was completed. I will not hesitate using Southwest for my future maintenance needs!Service: Electrical

We had a hole in fresh water tank and was waiting for a new tank to be ordered. Well kids and family wanted to camp. Scott made so we could camp at sites without full hook up and gave us a temporary fix till our new tank came in. Thank you so much guys for helping us keep making memories.

Phil and his technicians do an awesome job at getting repairs done right. My younger daughter had a rear ladder added to her 2016 Grand Design Imagine after Phil checked with manufacturer to be sure her unit was built with extra blocking in wall to accept a ladder.I had awning fabric replaced on a 2000 Jayco 314 and was in and out in one day.Carefree awning hasn't worked this good since it was new. Thanks

I love the service team. They have gone above and beyond every time I ve had my coach service there. They have performed waterline repairs on my icemaker commercial fridge, inspected motors for intermittent wipers, replaced slide out awning cover, changed incandescent or LED bulbs, and oil changes on my generator. I feel like I get a real good honest answer and honest price. This place is so much better than Holman motors. I will never go any place but Southwest. I live all the way in Anderson on the east side of Cincinnati, and I will make the extra drive for the service I have received for this team.Services: Electrical, Oil change

Just had a faulty switch on my motorhome's power seat repaired under warranty, along with a safety recall involving my propane tank. I give them five stars because before he called to let me know my motorhome was ready to be picked up, Phil called me twice to give me a status update on the repair. I wish more service agencies understood how appreciated it is to get calls like this rather than wondering for days or weeks what's going on before finally having to call to get the story. Even bad news is better than no news. As a warranty repair and a safety recall, they didn't make much money off of me, but they did earn my future business, even though they're an hour away.Service: Electrical

We were able to make a furnace switch repair appointment on our class B RV within a few days (which is almost impossible with many RV service shops), and they worked with the furnace vendor on warranty call in a day. Furnace is all fixed, and we are very happy with their service. They were professional, especially with recent OH lock down, and they took proper initiatives for us to be "distant" to each other. Thank you Phil for taking our call, and I highly recommend their service!

This business a scam artist! Beware!! Brought my brand new trailer here for warranty work in which they agreed to charge to manufacturer. They Could not duplicate the issue. Charged me $135 just to look at it and did not even contact the manufacturer for payment as we talked about previously. Trailer still has the issue. In addition, there was another non related issue that arose days before taking trailer in, as the waiting list is 2 months long to get in, they said, for that issue, i could restart waiting list and bring trailer back in 2 months?!? This place a total joke and should be ashamed of the way they operate. Will not be bringing my trailer here again.Furthermore, This place didn't even contact or work with suburban rv furnace like there supposed to. He said they tried to charge scamp?!? The warranty on my furnace was to be covered by suburban rv, not scamp!!! It should not matter what brand trailer it is. Same furnace as any other trailer and the warranty should have been started by them with the furnace manufacturer before they even worked on it. I will state that this business did not make it clear to me that i would need pay anything, when i dropped the trailer off, we talked about the warranty covering everything.

Phil has been nothing but upfront, honest & VERY HELPFUL with me throughout my first 18months of ownership! Doesn't force any regular maintenance on you, but encourages you to do it yourself & will give advice if needed. When I needed some work done, he was truthful and open in depth of needs! Will always store my TT here & will pay the extra $$ outside of warranty to have Southwest RV complete any/all work!

Scott, the owner was great. He was thorough and analyzed the electrical problem. Even better he explained what he checked and how things worked. Although it was a Frieghtliner issue he at least diagnosed the problem. I will use his service again if needed.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

I drove from Kentucky over an hour away because of the reviews. I was very impressed with how fast and friendly everyone was to have us back on the road. They know what a inconvenience repairs and services can be to the camper owners. I know how expensive things can be with repairs so having people who you can trust and treat you like family is awesome. I say thanks to my new friends at Southwest RV repairs and service.

So happy I found this shop while camping near Cincinnati. I live full time in my RV and they were extremely accommodating when my water pump broke. They squeezed me in to their tight schedule and fixed me right up. I am so very thankful! Great job, great people!

Friendly and very helpful staff. Scott, Phil and Robin have been wonderful over the years. Even while working on other units, Scott will stop for a few minutes & answer a quick question. If you can't find something for your unit let Phil know. The resources he has is amazing. And Robin always has a smile for the customer.

Phil and his team kept our old Jayco motor home running for years. When we got our new Montana 5th wheel we were very excited to find out they could do some warranty work on it. I tell everyone who has a RV this is the place to go. They are the best.

Took my RV there for what we was led to believe was a $25 inspection, told them my main area of concerns, and what we noticed. Was invoiced 399 for a inspection, that only listed what i told them(the owner did knock the price down to 200), this place is a joke, and basically repeated to me what i told them at drop off, but charged 200 bucks, and didnt check anything other than what i already knew was working.. my pop out wasnt all the way retrated in, and they cant even fix anything without being 2 months out, but they will be quick to try to charge you 3 hours labor for a 1 hour job at 125 a hour.. BEWARE!!
