Outstanding staff. Quality work. From start to finish nothing. If you need wheels and tires go see them. The techs did a great job installing my wheels and tires, the staff up front was extremely helpful and the transaction went smooth. Thanks again guys and glad at RNR tire express

A big huge thank you to James, Kate and Esther at RNR in Fairfield they were not only so helpful and professional but one of the only companies to be able to get my size tire in stock the fastest. 25560R19 I ended up replacing all 4 tires and the financing was super easy. So far the best tire place I have been to they will definitely be getting all my business going forward for my cars and my families. Thank you guys so very much.

James the owner was so helpful and friendly. He explained each tire option in detail. He provided top tier customer service and my car now has fantastic tires that will last me a few years. They had a fantastic promotion going that he applied to my tires. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RNR Tires because James will make sure you are getting a great deal but also top quality tires. Thanks James!

Please think about calling this business next time you need auto service!!! over the moon about my experience with them called them this morning to have four brand new tires put on my old wheels and dispose of my old tires. My husband dropped them off and they finished them a couple of hours later. excellent customer service, excellent accommodation and I am so happy with the price. Forget big box business call these guys.. this makes me happy that my husband works in Fairfield right down the street from them.

I stopped in to get prices on 4 new tires, the process was so easy,( simple application) you'll need your Driver's license, registration for your vehicle,and proof of income,,and I was approved,, no credit check needed so I purchased 4 new tires,they were mounted and balanced, and I got 6 months same as cash, so I'm only paying,$ 92.00 a month, and my total bill was only $480.00 for everything,, check these guys out, for all your tire needs,

I brought my Impala today with no appointment for new tires. I was very impressed. Other buisnesses should use this place as a model for customer service. Outstanding!!! I will never go any where else.

Cannot express the gratefulness of the guys and girls at R and R tire in Fairfield. Very professional I have bought other tires from another location. They did not have him in stock that day so I went to Fairfield. The manager went and picked them up from the warehouse did not have to reschedule my appointment and was done in a timely manner. Very professional would highly recommend them I'd give more than five stars if I could!!

The customer service was exceptional! Management and the technician were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and able to complete the work on the car in an accurate, timely manner. I mistakenly redeemed the wrong Groupon and I wasn't able to use the Groupon, however, they honored the price of the Groupon. I would suggest calling them 1st before buying the Groupon. I highly recommend their services.

There's a reason this shop has so many 5 stars, they've worked hard and have earned them!I requested a quote online, and Esther was prompt and professional about getting back to me. Getting the quote via text, and setting up the appointment was a breeze. When I got there, they were nice, professional, and knew what they were talking about.Can't beat the price- this is going to be my go to shop for tires in the future.

Stopped in there with a crazy bald tire. Taylor was quick to help. He checked my other tires. Quoted me quickly and also spoke with other technicians about my problem to help me. Price was fair and his service well above 5 star. Will definitely recommend.

Quick trip for food ended with a stop at RNR Fairfield. As we walked out of restaurant we noticed a nail in a tire. Google searched and found RNR. Even though they were about to close in 15min James said bring it , they would wait for us to get there. Appreciate the awesome customer service. We will definitely return when we need tires!!!

Tyler at the Front was very knowledgeable, everything he quoted me on the phone, was the Exact same when I came into the shop.The Tech men did a WONDERFUL job with my new tires and alignment.I ll be back for another cars rims and tires soon!

Friendly staff. Mike the owner is a awesome person. Fast friendly service. The tire plan that is offered through RNR Tire Express has a lot of benefits that come with the tires. Alot of discounts and free stuff like alignments, tows, tire rotation, dental discounts,and more. Benefits alone that come with the tires pay for the tires. They even have a free air pump at the store. The service that the staff delivers is unbeatable. I had a great experience with them and highly recommend RNR Tire Express located @ 6500 Dixie Highway Fairfield OH 45014. I recommend the staff and service they have to offer. Good job RNR you have a happy repeat customer.

Called in an talked to the manager Mike, he was very helpful . He got me a great deal on new rims for my car at an amazing price. All of his employees are very wonderful people and are respectful. I highly recommend them to other people.

Great customer service. My tires on my car were in pretty rough shape and they really cared about making it safe for me to drive again. I won t be visiting any other shops for my tire and wheel needs. They are awesome and affordable!!!

Great customer service everybody was super nice mike helped me with all information I needed. Lawrence worked on my car fast a did a great job overall super satisfied and happy I choose this company as my experiences haven t been so sweet in the past, will definitely be coming back. 10/10

I m going to put 5 stars because I appreciate the free air you offer for the community. Unfortunately I wasn t able to use it one day because someone was parked in the space for air. Maybe you guys should add a no parking sign to keep others from parking there. Thanks for the free air!

Mike and the team at RNR where fantastic. I had a flat and called Kia service and learned that I had no spare in my car, just fix a flat. No help for a two inch gash. Across the street I saw RNR and asked for help. The rushed to the warehouse to get me a tire but it was late Saturday and it had closed. They put on a serviceable old tire that would get me home. That tire was bigger so they jacked up the car again and rotated a back tire to the front so the replacement tire was on the back and would not rub. They did this at NO cost. I was in their town for a funeral so their kindness was extra appreciated. Thank you RNR
