I can't say enough great things about this store. My experience from start to finish was superb. I got pricing from a different store before I bought &they didn't match the price, they saved me$800!! I worked with Josh & then Les & I think they're invited to the next Carne Asada cuz they're fam now. You guys have a sister for life.

Hu wish I could give a good review but every time my car has got service they have broke off a tire stem. Leaving now only two stems and lug nuts. With a hefty price tag of about 750 to get them replaced. Granted initially on the one tire there were 4 ... out of 5. But how do you break off a stem every time. When they broke off the 4th one I asked would I be ok to ride like that. They said you'll be fine . You just have to get it replaced. Now three weeks later I take it back because I thought I was loosing air. Not knowing weather effected my tires cause it's never been an issue before til now. So this second visit they broke off another stem .. saying it's not their fault but because I was driving with only the three.. Which was because of them. I wish I would have just got some used tires!!! This was not worth it at all. So disappointing now I have to put out even more money

My man got his rims here today but there were a few issues. The tire was the wrong fit for his car and he needed spacers. After the first initial insulation. They got everything pit on right after the 3rd time. It took them 5 hours to do the job. They didn't have the Spacer's in stock so the service guy had to go to a Auto Zone to buy them. He's happy with the overall out come. They told him the install was 45 minutes before they started. Which was a lie. The staff needs to work on their costumes service skills. This we a bad experience for me and I am thinking about putting rims on both of my car but I WON'T COME TO THIS PLACE.

I do like their selection, and their pay options are great. HOWEVER on the day they told me to come back the tires was not there and no one called or anything just wasted my time and gas. Then they don t tell you much of anything like after 50 miles you need to come back to get them rotated or something lucky I needed a nail out my tire and I saw the sign. Then you need a special key to get the rims off, which they claim they just place in the cup holder but don t tell you ANYTHING about some random thing popping up in your vehicle. I do Uber my vehicle is CLEAN, there was no key but we know how companies work . If they had better communication, I could give them a 5 star, the staff is nice as well, the manager is superb which we know is rare to find.

Place has went down hill since Josh left customer service is terrible will never recommend this place again was told my buyout price was one thing on Monday when I called Wednesday to pay them off it was more was told he didn't figure it right than ran my card for more said there was a 3 percent charge for using a credit card this was all by your new manager and they would never email my receipt

These guys were fantastic. I got on their nerves for several weeks. They were so patient with me . they found the perfect rims. I love the service the people.this is a great place to get rims. I want to Thank Simeon ,Tip and Josh and service crew.

I had an excellent experience with this company. I would highly recommend. My sales person Chad was fantastic to work with also. They didn t have the size I wanted when I went in. But Chad found the same rims in the style and size I wanted. He told me to give him a week to week and a half to get rims and tires in. He called me a very quick 3 days later and had my stuff. He wanted to schedule installation for the next day but it did not fit my schedule. He worked with my schedule and got me in. I m very pleased and will be a return customer.

Excellent customer service!! We got a flat tire on I-275 on a 24 rim and they were able to fix our problem. We were able to tow our truck here and they worked with us right away!! Highly recommend.

Had a couple lug nuts stuck on my wheel. Came here and they were able to get them off, free of charge, under 5 minutes. Guys were all very nice and knowledgeable.

Buyers beware a family member got tires from here and I let them use my card once to make a payment and these scam artist took my information from my card and was taking payments without my authorization and the bank stopped it I let it slide twice but today they took it upon themselves to take 2 more payme ts after me warning them I don't play with my money I will be filing a lawsuit I don't have a contract with them nor have I signed a contract or document stating I give them authorization to use my card oh and by the way the bank said they are typing my information from the card they wrote down as a onetime payment that's how they are able to keep taking payments don't not I repeat do not give them your credit card information unless you want them to take payme ts when they feel like they want can't wait to see what happens in court when they have nothing with my name on it giving them authorization to use my card it's gonna be more money then the payments they took that I'm gonna get out of them for fraud maybe they will learn there lesson

I had such a great experience with RimTyme! I got home from work and noticed a nail in my tire (there's a construction site right by my work currently). RimTyme was the only shop open and I called them to see if they could fix it. They took me in first thing and patched the tire for me. Then they noticed a second nail in a different tire. It was right when they were closing, but the tire wasn't leaking so they told me I could stop by tomorrow after work. They took pity on my unfortunate situation and even patched that one free of charge!The employees are all very kind, polite, and provide excellent customer service. They made a bad experience so much more tolerable. Thanks, RimTyme!

Couldn't be more disappointed with my experience with Josh and his team. Got lied to about everything they told me while making a 3500 purchase. After two weeks of waiting went and got my deposit refund and took my business elsewhere. I would encourage you to do the same.......

I got a nail in my tire and I went to tire discounters but they told me they were too big. I heard about Rim Tyme and drove up and they were able to fix it no problem in less then an hour. My wheels are 20x12 with a 275x60 tire for reference. Not a huge setup but I guess tire discounters just didn't want my business.
