I purchased a 2024 Toyota Crown Platinum at this dealership. Everything went fairly smoothly as I had put money down on a specific car that was in transit as I was traveling out of state. The online rep matched me with Garrett who communicated with me every step of the way. Despite the key fob that disappeared the night I was picking up the car, Garrett was able to help me get the value I needed on my Honda trade, and stayed in touch over the weekend as a new fob was ordered. I absolutely LOVE my new crown and the couple days of waiting on the new fob was well worth it.

I am so glad I found Performance Toyota! After searching Toyota dealers nationwide for the latest 2024 Sequoia, I traveled from another state to find the best deal and service I could find anywhere. Working with Jeffrey Rhoads on financing options was a very smooth process and went above and beyond to help with my out of state buying process. From the beginning of my car buying process, Tristan Van Hook was amazing to work with and was extremely knowledgeable with everything Toyota and the new Sequoia, can't thank them enough. Overall, my car buying experience was 5 out of 5 stars. I would strongly consider traveling out of state to Ohio to buy from Performance Toyota again.

Thanks to Garrett Lee, sales person and Logan Burriff, Manager, my wife and my self purchasing process was excellent. We got a 2024 Grand Highlander, just like she wanted. Everything was nice, smooth and very friendly, not much back and straight forward negotiations. Communication was straightforward in purchasing price and trade in price. All her needs were meet. We are extremely satisfied with all the process. We got the best deal , compared to other Toyota dealerships in the Cincinnati area.

So, I will start by saying part of this is my fault for signing. I was direct and gave a sale price that was listed online. The amount was approved. The finance person added approximately $12k and tried to pass it off as warranty, but the warranty is a line item. Items were charged for that we don't even have. Pro paint? Interesting. That isn't listed as an item we have. It's wild. Anyway, my mistake was wanting to just sign and go. I started to call him out but was tired and he was ready to argue and even bragged about having to throw things and people out of his office in the past. So that's my bad. My patience was running short. BUT imagine my surprise when I realized the T on Tundra is missing! Haha. What a joke. Dulce is a super awesome sales person. Sid in Finance could fall off the Earth and I can't say I'd be sad. What is sad is taking advantage of tired customers that were ready to leave after over 3 hrs.Update: They have not returned my call about issues and my registration still isn't registered with the BMV.

Garrett is an outstanding saled professional. He is incrediblely cuatomer service focsed and just cool. No stress, no over selling or pushy sales tactics. He's a nice, easy going guy. Love the service, everyone was so nice and welcoming. Working with Michael Peak the Finance Manager was a pleasure. He was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I was looking for and help me to get what I wanted in a vehicle. He took his time to explain whatever I didn t understand. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Although I have loved my Rav 4, the service is terrible the workers in the service department are rude and have terrible customer service skills especially the female with the dreads who works in service department. If you hate your job please get a new one because my last visit there made me leave in tears. Unacceptable.

So I bought a brand new 2023 Toyota Corolla hatchback today from Performance Toyota. I must say, Sterling Jackson who sold me the car, went above and beyond to make me happy with my purchase, he even went out and wiped the windows and spots down that were still a little dirty after it was detailed. He was incredible and I d suggest you buy a car from him if you were wanting to go to Performance. Also, Brandon Traum and Michael Peak both in the finance department are stand-up good men. Men that I would trust and would say definitely earned my business and my respect today. Performance Toyota is wonderful, and the three men: Sterling, Brandon & Michael are phenomenal employees!

I find it funny that when people give bad reviews on this location. They either don t respond to the reviews or return calls. I called Toyota directly with my problems. I see now that a person should be very cautious around their financial department. If you have a problem with them they don t return calls. I just paid a car off to find out I have a savings account with the bank I financed through. I don t remember any mention of that when going over the paperwork. This place has burnt me as a loyal Toyota fan. BEWARE OF THE FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT.

I went in for service on my own car that my daughter has been driving and thought, while I was there, perhaps I should look into finally getting her a car. John Campbell happened to come in early to get ready for another client. But still offered to help me. I told him I wanted to see the cheapest car on the lot. He helped me locate it and by the time my car was done at the shop, my other car was purchased and ready to go. Michael Peake really did some good work with the financing too. The service dept helped keep my cost down, also. When I arrived back with my wife and daughter (under the deception that there was still something wrong with the car) My daughter literally gasped and then teared up when she saw that John had made up this beautiful sign for the car for her. Even though it was the literal cheapest car on the lot.

Elon is the absolute best! I came into the dealership as a single female-and I little nervous. He took great care of me! I told him my price range and he made it work out. He was so kind, and was very honest and upfront with me from beginning to end. I highly recommend him. I can t thank Elon enough!

Very bad service, unfortunately I ended up there, at the door they say that there is staff who speaks Spanish, when I entered a Mexican attended me and out of habit I spoke to him in Spanish, he acted like he didn't understand me, he wanted to respond in Spanish and he didn't. He wanted to do it and then I asked him in English, "Do you speak Spanish?" to which he responded with an arrogant tone in English "Do you want to teach me Spanish?" and he did not want to give me information about what I asked him in English and the treatment he gave me was like an insult and very degrading because When I was leaving the place I heard him speak in Spanish and make fun of me, in this place because of this experience that I had there, I suggest that they train their staff more and teach them that you should not judge a book by its cover and that everything be human that enters your establishment is a possible buyer, I was looking to buy a car but seeing the gentleman's attitude I better went somewhere else to do the business.

I had recently bought a Hybrid TOYOTA Avalon 2022 from this dealership and I am really satisfied with my purchase. This was my second purchase from them and both times salesmen Shack assisted me with positive attitude. He knows the car business and can tell you anything about the vehicle. I wasn't planning to buy a hybrid car at all, but he talked me through it, and I am so glad that I did. My car barely uses any gas and so quiet when I drive it. I am very thankful to both the dealership and salesmen Shack! I will for sure return for future loans :) Thank you!

Had a horrible experience here when looking to buy a vehicle back in 2019. My representative was not very receptive or listening at all to my requests. It's now 2023 and I decided to give this dealer a second try and I have to say that Tyler went above and beyond as far as being direct and trying to make sure I was happy with the vehicles he showed me. Tyler is truly an asset to your location, as he took my sour taste from previous experiences and completely turned it around. Cheers to him.

I will never buy another car from here again simply because of the service team. I've had bad experiences both time I tried to take my car there. They will literally tell you nothing is wrong with your car before they even pull it in the garage!! My car will be going to a different Toyota and I'm sure they will get a new customer out of the deal!!! Maybe tell your service advisor's checking you in to shut up about what they think is wrong or not wrong and stop downplaying people who are trying to get them to listen to their concerns!!! Leave the service talk to the actual mechanics!!! If your telling me nothing is wrong before I even finish telling you my concerns we have a problem!!!

We have bought several vehicles from Performance Toyota, our experiences have been great. Our salesman on each purchase has been Jeff Rhoades, we found him to be honest, no pressure and very informative, he knows his products, he's exceptional!I hated to give up my Tundra but we're trying to save money on payments and MPG so the new to us 2019 Highlander is perfect.Thanks Jeff!

Jeff Rhodes was extremely kind and helpful through the entire car buying process. He made sure I was up to date on any changes and/or news about when my care would arrive and be ready. Everything was super easy and painless!My new car is perfection too! Thankful I went to Performance Toyota! This is our second purchase from them and we won't go anywhere else!

Horrible service I ve been coming here for the past 6 years , this last visit was just horrible , they spilled oil on my engine , they said a manager will call you never got a call ,I went back they tried to blame me saying it was like that when I came in , but once I told them about there own service video they admitted that it was there mistake , they apologized and offered a one time free oil change .

Absolutely the worst buying experience of my life.I have a list of things that went wrong from my first encounter with this dealer. Like scheduling a test drive only to find that no one was aware that it was scheduled and they had to go find the car. "Now which car did you want to drive?" is what I got - on TWO separate occasions.Unfortunately, this dealer ended up having the very car I wanted to buy so I went back hoping for a more positive experience. Nope. After 2 1/2 hours of painful upselling for added warranties, I finally left the dealership with my new Camry SE.After a couple months I decided to cancel a couple of the added warranties, so I called the dealer to coordinate this with financial manager who liked me so much when I bought the car. No response. I continued to call and email over the next two and a half weeks. The poor receptionist knew who I was but the financial manager never did call me back. Still hasn't. Bottom line - even though I paid retail for the car and bought all that extended stuff - the finance manger Ghosted me. Ghosted me! Eight calls and emails went unanswered!I escalated the issue and got a call from the Sales Manager who promised that customer service was their priority. She promised to speak to the Finance Manager, but I heard nothing back. So I called again a couple days later and then I got a response about how they are now changing policy so the finance managers have been told to call their customers back.Not satisfied, I finally reached out to the General Manager (only 3 times this go-round). HE has not returned my calls either! I promise, I have been very patient and professional about this issue but I have also been persistent in getting the attention of a dealership who has deliberately disregarded me. I did not plan to write this review . . until the General Manager also decided not to return my calls. I am having a hard time believing this really happened even as I write this review, but it did - it is just so bizarre.

I had the pleasure of working with Tristan. I started talking to him back in Feb 2022 and told him everything I was looking for and wanted. He never gave up and I am now finally driving my dream vehicle!! Highlander XSE 2023! I seriously cannot recommend him enough! He s so personable and truly went beyond! He made the whole process so easy and stress free. If you are looking for a Toyota go see Tristan!! You won t be disappointed and just know he will take great care of you! Thank you so much Tristan!! He took the time to really explain everything and all the packages so I could make sure I felt comfortable and confident that i was picking the best one! Bought a used Toyota RX back in August 2023 and had a great experience from the researching on their website all the way to driving off the lot. Worked with a great salesman who provided guidance and showed us where to test the suspension of the car since we walked away from another RX earlier in the month from a different dealership due to a suspension issue. This allowed us to feel confident in our purchase and have no issues buying the car (bought in cash, so cannot speak about the financing). There was a broken windshield wiper but that was replaced no charge to us and got a second set of keys as well!This was my first time buying any car and it was a great experience with wonderful staff. It has now been 4 months and there has not been any issues that have surfaced from the car. I highly encourage you to consider this dealership when purchasing a used Toyota product!

I just purchased a 2023 Toyota Crown from Jeff Rhoades and was so pleased with the personal service I received. Jeff took the time to know me--what I was looking for and the time frame I needed. He went out of his way to accommodate me and I felt like he was almost as excited as I was! He explained every nuance of the car and I never once felt rushed or that Jeff was anything but my personal advocate, teaching me every inch of my new vehicle.I highly recommend Performance Toyota and Jeff Rhoades if you are looking for a new.vehicle. You will be treated with respect and can know you can trust them to give you the best service available!

This is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought my car in July of 2022 and I am STILL dealing with the problems the dealership caused for me. The finance managers are terrible- they talk you into "amazing" deals with an "amazing" price tag and then end up charging you $8K more than the agreed upon price. I have been trying to cancel my warranty on my car since January 2023 and still have gotten NOWHERE. My calls are being dodged, my money is missing, and now it's been 10 months since I cancelled my warranty and NOBODY is helping me. I have asked to speak to a manager MULTIPLE times and have gotten nowhere. Also let s bring up the fact that this car is 100% in my name with no other person attached.. can someone answer WHY my husbands contact information is the primary phone/email for my account? He isn t even ON my loan. Not to mention I traded my vehicle in, got my plates transferred, was told it was "taken care of" by the dealership... but a few weeks ago I was pulled over because my vehicles plates didn't match my current vehicle. I LUCKILY got a warning but this place didn't even transfer my plates as promised. I look like I stole my car. Don't shop here, it is NOT worth the hassle.

Just purchased a 2024 RAV4 and couldn't be happier. Great vehicle, rides smooth and it's beautiful. Our salesperson, Zach Munz made the buying experience wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle, great person to spend time with. Made you really feel like you were part of a family and you felt he was trying get the best deal and options for you. Zach even came to our home to complete paperwork with my husband when he couldn't make it to the dealership. Will defiantly contact Zach the next time we are in the market to purchase a car!!!!

I have bought two vehicles here and absolutely loved them! If you have less than great credit, go see Josh Crowley in the special finance department! He will find you the car you want, at the price you want! He is the ONLY person that my family and I trust to buy a car from!
