Bianca made the car buy process so easy and stress-free! I like that she did not pressure me. After looking and test driving cars at different lots for a month the car buying process became daunting. She made it easy. I highly recommend asking for her when considering buy a car from here!If the review was just on her I would give it 5 stars. I gave it 4 stars because I did not like feeling pressure from the finance dept. It's okay to say no to the optional extra warranties. However I get it, they are in sales too and it's better for business the more they up sale you.Overall good experience! So far I love my CRV!

Jackie was a great help in us deciding which model to choose from. The process of buying a used vehicle can be stressful, but Jackie allowed us to take our time, was attentive and answered all our questions. Dalton in the business office explained everything really well and made the buying process flawless and effortless. A great experience overall, highly recommended dealership!

Saw the Tahoe online. Called ahead to the dealership to ensure that it was still an available. By the time we got there, the car was outside and ready to be reviewed for us. We were interested in discussing financing and sat with Bianca. She was attentive and provided us with our options. We finalized the deal and are satisfied with the results.

I enjoyed an awesome service department experience at Performance Honda in Fairfield. Also, I received a thank you card from the technician/mechanic that worked on my vehicle! Have you ever received a thank you card from a mechanic? Everyone was friendly from beginning to end. Cody, the technician, sent me video evidence of my vehicle's condition in the beginning and the parts he was going to install on my SUV. He sent a second video of the service work with the parts replaced on my SUV with 106,000 miles. This provided a tremendous peace of mind and gave me the confidence that I was getting what I paid for and that the job was done right. I now have no hesitation to take my SUV on a long road trip. I am confident I will drive another 100K miles after this investment. I highly recommend Performance Honda in Fairfield. I feel like I should send the technician a Thank you.

Just bought a 2024 Honda HRV Sport, Jacqueline was our sales lady. She did a great job helping us find the perfect car for our family. She helped us get a deal that we liked. We love the car and highly recommend anyone in the market for a new car to stop by and talk to Jacqueline.

First of all, I love my new Honda Civic Hatch-first time driving a Honda. I was surprised there was one available and test drove it the same evening. The meteorite gray metallic is beautiful. I also love the black cloth interior. The car has a sporty look. Not only is it fun to drive, but it also handles well.My experience at Performance Honda was positive. Josh assisted me with the sale and Zac with the financing. Both were very nice and easy to talk with, which I enjoyed. There were no standoffish or high-pressure attitudes. The buying process was smooth and easy.If there was something to improve for a future purchase at the dealership, I would say it would be helpful to see a better, more transparent breakdown of the individual costs in dollar amount for the extra maintenance plans and protection items so you can see the overall increase in the car purchase price. I still wanted them because I know too well how much car repairs can cost and how fast things can add up.I would buy another car from Performance. I sensed a more relaxed atmosphere, and that is helpful because it can be stressful purchasing a car.

I recently purchased a vehicle through Bianca and have a terrific experience. You hear horror stories about dealerships from time to time but my experience was the exact opposite. Quick communication, additional photos sent at my request due to living further away, car was ready when I got there for a test drive and mechanic inspection. After deciding to move forward, the purchase process was efficient with no waiting around. Bianca was communicative, responsive, and an all around wonderful salesperson to deal with. If you re looking for a car salesperson for a new or used vehicle I would highly recommend her!

Honest salesman on both purchases within days of each other. My beautiful wife loves her new HR-V and the new CR-V I leased will fit my needs of having our great grandchildren on fun trips with us. Looking forward to coming back to Performance Honda in three years to deal again.

Lazy and rude. I was seriously looking at a BMW they had. I asked the sales rep to send my photos of any imperfections, which he did, a week later, and out of the seven he sent, two weren't even legible. I called back to get a second opinion on the vehicle and talked to Jackie. She was nice and said she would go check it out and get back to me. I followed up the next day because she didn't get back to me, so I asked for a sales manager. The receptionist refused to send me to one as she said they never answer the phone. I called back immediately and asked for Jackie and when the call went through, she hung up on me. No callback or apology. Places like this are what give dealerships a bad name. I have bought elsewhere.

i highly recommend Bianca ! she was very helpful and nice ! it was my first time coming to a car dealership just trying to get a newer car than what i had (2005 ford taurus) , Bianca was patient with me, answered any questions i had, polite, and worked with me. she was able to get me to lease a brand new 2024 honda hr-v. she helped me understand the difference between financing and leasing a car. i am beyond blessed to have her as a sales woman !! excited to work with her again in 3yrs

Amy P and Joshua C provided absolutely outstanding service to me during my recent truck purchase at Performance Honda! Amy literally went out her way on a Sunday morning (on her birthday of all things) before store opening to get me the key to the vehicle I had purchased the day before. When I asked Joshua to put the truck up on a rack so I could check it underneath he readily did so. Dalton T worked with me to tailor a warranty coverage plan that met my needs (when at first I didn't want to get one at all). He was extremely knowledgeable about options and benefits for the offered plans. Additionally the vehicle I purchased was fairly and aggressively priced for sale. While I tried to negotiate a lower price, they understandably could not go lower...they were already where they needed to be on the price. Overall. I was EXTREMELY WELL PLEASED with Performance Honda...especially with the people I got to work with one on one!

I have had Hondas since 1999 and currently, everyone in my family owns a Honda. My adult son was in dire need of a car. I went with him to look at a used car he found on online at Performance Honda Fairfield. I was throughly impressed with the entire process. Amy Patterson, our sales person, was so kind and knowledgeable. Then we went to finance., Dalton Traum assisted us. Dalton was proficient and is clearly good at his job. I had the most awesome experience! Not only did I drive away in a brand new car with the biggest smile on my face, I had an unparalleled experience. A Experience that I ve never had before at a dealership. Kevin was extremely awesome (he has magic) He listened to my story, I came in because I needed a new car, I had lost my previous car due to a deer running out in front of my car, which was very traumatic, and I didn t know what to expect when I walked in, but the moment that I walked in, I was presented with professionalism, understanding, compassion, and a willingness to make sure that I left better than I came in. Most people talk about how they spend so much time at the dealership. The Honda team not only presented me with an amazing car that I wasn t expecting to get but they had me in and out in a timely manner that I ve never experienced before. Most people can spend half their day at the dealership but everyone worked collectively from the front desk with Victoria to signing my paperwork with Shawn who talked through all of my questions about the deal. I am officially apart of the Honda family who takes care of their customers, and I look forward to doing business with this team for all of my future car needs. I am grateful and thankful.

After we received news that our daughter s car was being totaled by the insurance company we found a vehicle that fit her needs online. We came to check it out, even though the mechanic had taken it in the back to replace brakes etc, Bianca was able to take us to look at it. We weren t able to come back up to test drive it for two days due to our schedule and she held it for us. We had already missed out on two other vehicles at another dealership because they would not hold them. Bianca was amazing, she was able to get a second key made and programmed before we got there, and the vehicle was out front ready to go. We have never had a sales process go as smoothly or quickly. I highly recommend Bianca, she is not your typical high sales pressure type, it was easy and comfortable!

Conrad was fantastic. We came in just to look and he was extremely patient and provided excellent options for us to consider. We found a Pilot that we liked and 30 mins later we were driving off with it. Great experience, no rush not pushy very professional. We will be back and highly recommend.

WOW. I have been a lifetime Honda member. Not anymore. The past 2 years of dealing with performance Honda has been awful.Repairs = a runaround with poor communication, return calls that ring once, but certainly you will reach a voicemail when you return their calls.Purchasing used - their salesman are too good for you. They are very pushy to know how you will pay before you even look at a vehicle. Super lazy. Might as well search online before you go. No customer service these days.Verbal agreements - it MUST be in writing. They will not honor their word. And they will SAY whatever to make themselves a buck.Integrity? Not here. They screwed over a pregnant woman and her family by promising to make necessary repairs to a vehicle, so it would operate safely, but then made themselves inaccessible to begin said repairs until the vehicle was unusable.Dalton and Joe were direct contacts that talk the talk, but will not follow through with their promises.

Update: finally got a hold of them to check on the status of our plates and registration. We were asked at time of purchase if we would like to pay the fee to get our plates and registration mailed to us so we did not have to go to the BMV. We said yes absolutely. Turns out whoever filed the paperwork didn't indicate that we wanted that done so here we are waiting on our plates and they're actually not being mailed. Our temp tags expire Tuesday and my husband now has to miss work because of this so he can make it to the BMV on time. We are highly disappointed and very frustrated. This seemingly "little mistake" has cost us income and time.If I could rate my experience when we did business in person, it would be a 5 star review hands down. My sales rep was very kind and knowledgeable. All the staff members there were kind and purchasing a vehicle was a smooth process. However, I have had a couple questions since then and every time I have called I have either been hung up on, sent to a voicemail (which would be fine if I could leave a message but their mailbox has been full) or when I'm on the phone with customer service to ask to be transferred, 9/10 times the connection is horrible and I get hung up on. The customer Service person is so kind so it's not her fault at all. If you're going to sell cars, make it a little easier for your customers to reach you.

I recently purchased a V6 Accord from performance Honda. It was due for a timing belt/water pump replacement which I knew when purchasing this vehicle. There were a few other issues involved that came about during the inspection. Katlynn was my advisor. I can not say enough good about her. I will definitely be asking to do my business with her even for a simple oil change. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a loaner for the 2 days my vehicle was being serviced as well as working with the extended warranty I had purchased. I am truly grateful for her great work. A+ and definitely a Satisfied customer!

Bought a 2015 Honda pilot from Performance Honda about six months ago. Sales person Amy seemed nice enough and I knew what kind of car I wanted so the transaction was easy. Last night The gearshift locked up, and the brake lights were lighting up on the dash. I was able to get the gearshift unlocked, but called to schedule a diagnostic code scan for the car. Texted the sales first who sold it she advised to call the service desk, I left a message for the service desk and never got a call back. A few hours later I called back and talked to someone who told me they would be happy to look at it but it was going to cost $102 diagnostic fee for each half hour they had to scan it. They told me that if I buy their extended warranty, there s a chance that the warranty company could cover the diagnostic fee.Update-3/27 Josh from Performance reached out, he helped assist in getting the scan complete and they honored their part in the agreement. Im making this 4 stars because of their commitment to helping even through out some challenging communication issues. At the end of the day, it was nice to know at least he was trying to help.Thank you.

Unfortunately my recent experience buying a new car here was not a pleasant one. Multiple times they increased the prices while talking to me; claimed there were mandatory dealer add-on mudflaps (which I was told over the phone weren't mandatory), and they incorrectly calculated the taxes so after signing and agreeing to an out the door price and running my credit, the cost suddenly went up several hundred dollars. The general sales manager in particular was aggressive with poor customer service. Hopefully this isn't the norm here, but I would not recommend this dealership.
