NAPA is great on car parts and prices. Cheaper than Autozone. May not have everything like Autozone but for basic parts, you can't beat their prices.

Guys working here are friendly and helpful. Always trust Napa to have what I need with good quality for good price. Servicing a 3500 turbo diesel, another v8 4x4, 2 backhoes and 3 zero turn mowers they havent let me down with anything yet and even if they have to order a part its relatively quick.

Amazing service!!! Went to Auto Zone 1st for a battery and was treated very poorly just because they did not feel like installing a battery. Plus they acted like they have never seen a Hyundai car battery before. Went to this Napa, meet Rob and he was incredible! Super nice, battery was same quality of the AZ store and was $70 cheaper and Rob was more than happy to install this battery. Plus he had it done in 5 mins. Thanks!!

Best Napa in Cincinnati besides the sister store in Hamilton. Mike is the smartest guy I know, and trains his staff very well. Only person I ve seen answer multiple phone calls and help multiple customers at the same time, he is a very knowledgeable professional.

The employees here were top-notch amazing! My car was having a heating issue and I pulled in trying to fix it myself... They came out and did it for me. I ended up getting antifreeze\ coolant. And they helped me tighten a clamp. Five stars in will definitely return even though I'm from Indianapolis.

Mike and his staff always treat me like I'm important. Very helpful, knowledgeable with quality parts. I grew up in a NAPA store with my father, and I just love the memories.

I love this place. Been shopping at NAPA since I started to drive more than 40 years ago. They usually have parts you can t get at other auto parts stores just call around prior to going to any auto parts supplier for the best price, value & quality. NAPA always rates high on quality but can also be much more expensive on some items while other stores are more expensive than NAPA. So shop around.

Napa in Fairfield and Hamilton are highly recommend very good guys work there they're nice and polite and very knowledgeable and car parts tractor parts and any other part you might need

Great guys there when I got ready to leave my truck wouldn't start and they came out and try to help me get started I'm for to long it was the starter but I had to different people come out and try to help me that's what I call service

I actually had forgotten that this store was here. Went there to pick up the parts to move my transmission cooler. They had everything I needed on hand.....usually the case with NAPA.
