I needed a coolant top off and basic services, and learned I need new tires. I m bad with names but the employee who helped me explained everything clearly and helped me understand the choices I was making. I was helped as soon as I walked in. He was friendly and made me feel welcome, and everything was completed quickly. Props to everyone who worked on the car as well, I left feeling way better about driving it

The 4.8 stars are warranted! These guys are the best! My previous mechanic only looked at exactly what you ask, which isn't terrible, but something else could be falling apart. Places like Midas hold your car too long and try to force a giant bill on you. A good mechanic is hard to find! My car got a good look, honest evaluation, and no high pressure sales tactics, and the guys were super friendly. Will be my first choice from here out!

I took my beater Ford Fusion in this past week for four new tires and an oil change. Ryan and the guys there had it done the next day!! I'm so happy I choose this tire shop and will continue bringing all my vehicles to them from now on! Thanks again Ryan and the fellas down at Mr. Tire!!!

Ryan, the GM, was great! He knew I was looking for a solution right away when I walked in with a flat/donut.He checked out the situation, ordered me a tire, and got me back on my way the same day.I appreciated his courteousness and speed to solution.Thank you again, Mr Tire!

I had a great experience at Mr. Tire. You can make appointments online, but I suggest calling to verify before making an appointment to ensure items are available at the local store. Ian was very knowledgeable and honest. He didn't try to oversell me on products/services I didn't need. I would definitely recommend using them, I will be using them for future services.

Every time i come to Mr. Tire, the techs are always friendly. They get me in and out in a timely manner and provide good work! I would recommend to anyone

These guys are great. I've been buying tires from them for years. As soon as you walk in the door, Joe greats you with a big smile. He is the guy to see for the best price on tires. He will sharpen his pencil and work with you until he gets the tire and price you a looking for.I have a 1952 Chevy pickup. I built this truck in my garage in 1999... got it on the road in 2012. The engine needed freshening up a bit so I ask Doug if he would take care of switching the engine out. Easy Breezy. He offered rebuilt engines but I wanted a Chevy 350 stock from GM. We found one at a dealership and he handled everything. This guy knows his stuff. I was worried because this truck was my 'baby'. He promised it would be done with care and that the truck would NEVER set out at night. He got the job done in record time and when I picked it up, it was as like magic.... old engine gone, fresh new engine in it's place. I want to thank Josh (the mechanic assigned to the job)... he did a great job and treated the truck as if it were his own.Great job guys.... I LOVE IT!

Stopped of the freeway to air up a tire, had a valve stem core malfunction and called local tire shops. Only one to offer help was the guys at Mr. Tire Fairfield Ohio. Jumped in a car and brought me a new part, getting me back on my way. Much appreciated fellas.

Had a flat tire on Thursday before New years Day . Used inflator but kept going flat. Sas thaf Mr Tire was open on New years day, stopped in, and Ryan Scott immediatly worked on rire. With 1 hour I was back home with nail removed and tire repaired. I will definitely go back when i need new tires or repair.Jim Willke

Everytime I take my truck to Ryan, Bryan, and their team I have no doubts that my baby is is good hands.They have handled everything from a screw in my tire, to a blown fuse in the dash and an alignment on my 4runner . With the special lift I have their willingness is hard to find

The guy here was absolutely amazing to me I had a blown tire and was struggling to pay the full amount for a new one so he helped me out quite a bit he was very nice and respectful and answered any questions I had and also helped me unhook my amp because my car keeps on dying and we believed that s why

Yesterday morning I caught two flats, I got my car towed over to Mr tire. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr Ryan Scott he went above and beyond. First I was told he couldn't get any tires because the distributor they use were closed due to cold weather so my car was gonna have to sit until monday. I was fine with it I was gonna walk home and make arrangements for the rest of the weekend. Ryan offered to take me home which was very nice and he also said he would call another store and see if they had tires so I can get back on the road. A few hours after he dropped me off I got a call saying my car was ready he went to the other store and got the tires for me. He didn't have to do that or take me home. He went above and beyond and essentially saved my holiday weekend. You gained a lifelong customer because of Mr Ryan Scott. I recommend everywhere go to this location. They do good work and have great customer service.

I had the best service today at Mr. Tire Auto Service Center on Nilles Rd. Ryan Scott, the store manager could not have been more helpful and courteous! I would greatly recommend Mr Tire and Ryan any day!

Ryan & Steve got my truck fixed after 5 other tire shops couldn't figure it out. Their extra friendly helpful & very fair w price & service. If your in the Fairfield Ohio Area I recommend Mr Tire absolutely

I wanted to say that I had my very first experience with a trusted mechanic someone that told me what was wrong and then fix exactly that did not take advantage of me. I strongly recommend them!! Thank you Ian and Mr Tire!!

I came in to get my tires repaired and was greeted with great service. I had a warranty on my tires from a Mr. Tire up in Cleveland and the guy at the front desk was able to get my invoice with no problem at all. The guy was able to fix my tire within a half hour at a very decent price. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

My elderly blind mother had her van brought in due to a possible dead battery. You guys were so nice to her and took care of her. It's so nice to hear of a place that takes care of it's customers and does not take advantage. Appreciate you and will refer all of my friends to your shop!

Had a flat on while traveling out of town for my brother's wedding on a Saturday afternoon. They repaired the tire on short notice and in time for the wedding. Because of their urgency, we were able to safely travel home on Sunday. All staff was very courteous and professional, and everything was amazing! Go to these guys, you won't regret it!

Our Color Guard was on the way to a military funeral in the VFW van, in uniform, with M1 Garand rifles and a bugle for TAPS when we noticed very low air pressure in one of the tires. Another business close to you would not help us. Your employee immediately added air to the tire and we made it to the funeral on time. We returned later to have the tire repaired. Salute and thank you. Cmdr. Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1069.

Thought I called the one n Fairfield then was belittled and rudely told I didn t. Had a tire mounted n balanced to a new rim. We had to ask about how much a new tire was instead of the them persuading us to get one. Acted like they didn t want us being there or wanting to help. Then had to carry our own tire out ourself and got oil all over myself and my shirt.

He goes above and beyond to service our vehicles, treating each of us as if we were his own family. We always leave knowing we are safe and up to date with our services! Excellent customer service! My first time using Mr. Tire's service was great. He was very professional and very courteous. In spite of a busy schedule, I was able to get an appointment the same day on Thursday, at 1:00. PM. I highly recommend Mr.Tire.

Very friendly and prompt service. The Tech Service Manager Mr. Stubbs was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and even though it would have been a very costly repair he didn't try to over charge me. He even cut me some slack on the initial diagnostic charge. All around, I would recommend this business to anyone.
