I had an awesome experience with these guys. The technicians were very honest, respectable and enjoyable to do business with. Prices were good for the maintenance I needed. They were quick with the work and flexible with scheduling. I asked them if they could do an alignment for me, even though they were close to closing and I didn t have an appointment, and they did. I will be returning to Monro for future maintenance!

The team was very professional and thorough. They rallied to solve an issue we didn't know we had. Found a solution and got back on track. Completed the job to my 100% satisfaction. Happy with the outcome. Also thought the prices were very competitive.

Went in for a routine Full Synthetic oil change. Justin was very professional and informative and didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need. If Justin continues to run the place, I ll continue coming back here. I view him as a truly trustworthy mechanic.

Great service!! They took care of our needs. I wasn't aware of the condition of the tires on my wife's car. She doesn't drive very far. Monro took great care of us!! See for yourself and you won't be disappointed!! I promise!! I have never had a bad experience at this location!! All I can say is just go!!

We had a camper tire looked at. Robert is a great guy and up standing. I didnt get the guys name that brought the tire out but he was very polite and helpful too. They made everything very nice.

The manager at this location is shady. He is short, has dark hair, and talks very fast. He will continuously try to up sell you on services you do not need for your vehicle. For example, I came in to have a standard oil change and a tire rotation done. I also let him know that there was a slight vibration in my tires at 70 mph. The manager told me that my tires also needed balanced and it would cost $40. I asked him to please just give me a tire rotation and I would come back if there were still any issues with the vibration. He told me that a rotation would not fix the problem. When the manager found out that I had two different brand tires on the front than on the back, he stated that this would cause transmission problems. He gave me a paper to read that stated they recommend having the same brand tires on my vehicle. I declined the new tires as well since this would cost well over $500. When I originally made the appointment over the phone, the manager stated that he would honor a $14.99 coupon. However, when I checked to ensure he would honor this, he stated that I had to open up a credit card. Lastly, the manager stated that my Lexus RX 330 uses a synthetic blend oil to run the engine. I stated that I have only ever used conventional. He said that I could not use this type of oil in a Lexus RX 330. When I checked the owner's manual, there was nothing mentioned about using any synthetic or semi-synthetic oil for the engine. At this point, I was so frustrated about being lied to and wasting my time, I walked out. I will never come back to this location.

Robert told me the part I needed was a engine cooler. I looked it up an say I can have you all order it or I can get it for 100 or so dollers. He said no your looking at the wrong thing you can't get it for that price. So I say go ahead order it then so he orders a engine oil housing unit because thats what the dodge actually needed. I see that on the bill the actual part an I look it up it's a 125 bucks I was charged 560!! An check this out where they order it from over at dodge it cost 440 they already charged a lot for labor that's was very shady!! Stay away from Robert over at Monroe Auto service Fairfield on feilds ertel he is out to upcharge parts an lie about what is needed to keep you in the dark as a customer Robert needs to be fired!!!!

I have been going to this shop for a long time and they are always friendly and fast. I have had breaks, oil changes, and tires from this location. The manager is always friendly and the staff do a great job to help my car run in top shape! They even pointed out an alignment issue to help save my tires from wearing faster than offering to just sell me me ones. I highly recommend this shop to all of my friends and family

I paid for an oil change and tire rotation and when picking my car up they rotated only the one side or did some odd clockwise rotation pattern and left one of my lesser worn tires on the back. After bringing it up to the manager, he argued with me about it for a few minutes and then finally brought it back to correct the issue. Nicholas the manager was rude and didn't know how to properly handle a customer issue. I don't want anything for free, I want to make sure any potential future customers see my review before making a decision to do business here.

Booked an appointment online for 3pm . Arrived at 2:45. A young lady came out and says " I'm going to the store, I'll be right back"No problem, I was early. I took that to mean ... back by 3pm. So 3:05 , I go inside. A guy asked "Can I help you"?Sure, I have a 3pm appointment.He gets frustrated and says, I can't get you in for another 45 min and it takes us 45min. When you book online, we don't know it!First of all... I made an appointment. If you do not honor online appointments, take the scheduling system down. I drove a good 20 minutes for this APPOINTMENT to be made to feel like I was the one who made an error. This is the absolute WORST place to go to get your car serviced. I will be reaching out to your cooperate office as well. If I could give zero stars I would because y'all definitely earned that.

I personally have had great experience here for my oil changes and brake pad/ rotor replacement. Robert was honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I'd be a usual customer if I didn't move to Dayton. Good luck to those looking for a more affordable oil change. As far as I know you won't find it. Thanks gents.

Went it to get an oil change with my daughter. I had a 15.99 coupon and ended up paying almost 30. That was just the beginning. The next day I noticed a oil puddle under my car. My husband checked it and the oil pan bult was about to fall off. They had us in and out but I d rather wait and have it done the right way. Now I have two huge oil marks in my driveway. Not to mention a small one from my daughters car I will never go there again nor recommend them!!

Terrible experience. LIARS, CHEATS, THIEVES. do not go there. I made an appointment for need at 5pm. My wife wanted an oil change too. She went at 4pm.(Coupon for $14.99 oil change). They pressured her into a mid grade oil change for her Ford escape she knew she didn't need, with snide comments about how the oil change techs wife "used cheap oil, ask her where her car is now!" (She mentioned that all 5 or 6 other people checking out all came in for the 14.99 "special" and were harassed into the high end oil change). I went down and she was checking out. The guy handed her a list of "things they found wrong" . I told him we would take it to a real mechanic vs a quick e lube and he refused to change my oil.

Went in because of a slow leak in one tire. Told me they couldnt find anything wrong. Said 2 people looked at it. He said he put air in it & it was fine. It was a half hour from the time they called & the time i picked it up. Guess what? Tire pressure is low again & warning light on. Seems like a basic job for a tire shop. Guess not. I definitely won't be going back.

Liars and cheats. DO NOT GO HERE.My wife went there on Saturday to get an oil change. she was met with insults and arrogance when she said she wanted the basic oil change (coupon for $14.99 oil change is current.)The oil change tech told her that her car would be "destroyed" if she did not upgrade to the mid-grade oil and pressured her into paying an extra $20.The "oil change tech" started telling my wife that "you better change it with the good oil, my wife (meaning the Oil Change Technician's wife) didn't and you can ask HER where HER car is" implying in the junkyard.So either the oil change tech is a liar and a cheat looking to boost his commission sales, OR the "standard oil" used by Monroe is SO BAD that IT will destroy the engine in a car....or perhaps the "oil change technician" is so unskilled that he puts the wrong grade or the wrong amount of oil in ?I am guessing choice # 1 is the correct one.The car does not need synthetic or synthetic blend, just normal oil is fine per the manufacturer.Furthermore, while my wife wait waiting 4-5 other people were checking out. They ALL PAID the extra $20 in spite of being there for the advertised $14.99 oil change.I guess these scammers have a good song and dance prepared due to lots of practice.When checking out her car, and waiting for MY oil change (I wanted to see if they would try to scam me with their "you need expensive oil" nonsense).They read off a laundry list of extra work the "oil change technicians" "found wrong" on hers car.I told the technician we would have any work done by a real mechanic shop, (meaning NOT an oil change quick-e-lube)They cancelled my appointment that was due to happen and refused to service my car.

Will never return. First experience was good. Car started acting up when i get it back from them. Took it back, and had to pay 146.43 just for them to tell me they see nothing wrong, and card was charged twice. A waste of money and my time. Highly upset.

I just have to say from just my call experience with these rude men that they are very unprofessional. Here some reasons why you should not have your car serviced here. I called in asking for an estimate on labor to replace a starter in my f-150 not the part I already bought the part. (Replacing a starter f150 remove ground from batter than cover . Remove the 3 clamp wires and 2 mounts than it's removed and install the next one. I just can't break the joints. But the labor price they gave me was 115. After that he asked me if i would like to set up an appointment. I said no that's way too much for the 20-40minute job. Which is true I continue to call around and find 2 other place and afew service men that said they can do it for under $80.00

i mad an appointment a week before and at the day of the appointment the guy at the disk was looking unhappy for some reason, of course he didn't even welcome me in, that was ok he probably wasn't in his day. the worst is to come, he asked me couple questions and he printed a paper and told me to sign it. i had to ask him a questions to see what he will deal with the problem in my car. his answers were shorts and when i asked him when my car will be done he said i don't know, it was 9.30 when i was going to drop it there. i told him can u give me an estimate time. he said no we close at 6 pm. it is going to take us the whole day to change the struts. couple hours of work. and when i told him no i cant he didn't say no sorry no thing. remain silent. no going back there for sure and good luck for anyone else.

Well I went to go get my tires rotated 3 weeks ago there and they did an "inspection" on my car and gave me an over priced estimate for all the materials. Thankfully I took it to my father who then bought the parts himself from various places for cheaper. A timing belt kit doesn't cost $400, at autozone for the year, make, and model of my car it only cost $125 lmao. I can provide screenshots of their estimate with the receipts to the parts which are cheaper. Everything was over priced ridiculously. Plus when I was getting my tires rotated he didn't tell me that I needed new rods for my tires, because they are weak but I'm getting that fixed elsewhere. I wouldn't go here at all. Only went, because of the reviews. $1300 work all done for $500 including parts so I would definitely look somewhere else!

Alternator on my Chevy Trailblazer went out in Greensburg, Indiana on our way to Maine from colorado. While driving with a dead alternator I had my passenger look up shops in the surrounding area and Monro was the only place opened today on Mothers Day. Robert, the manager was the only one working and did a wonderful job getting me in and out despite being backed up with other customers. He was very professional, courteous and answered all my questions. The total I paid was $533.32 and now my vehicle is running better then before, I'm glad someone was open today.

Couldn't help me today because the tire that my warranty covered wasn't in stock. Gentleman was very nice and polite and told me he could have it done tomorrow. I may not be able to use them this time but if I need something in the future would go back.

A very dishonest company when they make a mistake to cover it up. This business will never receive my business again. Shame on you Robert, taking advantage of a single white female. Robert refused to fix my tire that had five cross threaded lug nuts. I gave him permission five times because I felt it was dangerous. He let me drive out of his place of business with my front left tire in that condition. Studs had to be replaced also. Your on video. This is a typical example of a woman being taken advantage of. I'm not stupid Robert, I was uneducated. Now I have education.

My car came out in worse condition coming out than what it was coming in. I payed to get the AC serviced and now I have to drive with intermittent cold air. I did not have this issue prior to taking it in and now I'll have to pay even now to have someone competent look at it.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. DO NOT take your car here. The manager stole parts off my car and moved my car with critical components missing. Corporate is just as shady and would not reimburse for the part I had paid for. I will never give business to this company again. Total rip off.

Very knowledgeable staff. It s hard to find a shop you can trust these days, but with the excellent service I received I will definitely be returning in the future. Found out the problem with my truck and had me back on the road the next day!

FREE flat tire repair experience...In the photo shown, the upper point of the metal (above the pen tip) was all I had in my tire. They refused to patch it. Instead, they wanted to sell me a new tire, when I had at least 10-15k left of tread.During the whole customer treatment experience, they never actually removed the metal to see how much had gone into the tire - it just looked bad on the surface, and so they used that try to upsell me.
