I took my car to another shop and found out someone tried to cut off the Catalytic converter. I search around online and Jim's Automotive kept coming up. After searching a couple of days I broke down and called them for an estimate and to see when I can bring my car. To make a long story short, they repaired my car cheaper than what the other car shop stated and I decided to get my brakes and rotors done while they had my car. The price was very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and honest. I have told all my friends and family about them. So glad something kept nudging me to check them out. I found a new place to service my car. I am thankful for Jim's Automotive

I feel like I won the lottery! I had a great mechanic that unfortunately went out of business. I tried a couple of different places, but always felt like I was being talked down to, up charged, and I didn't trust them. A friend recommended Jim's. I took my older car in, it needed axles, boots, etc. They got me in the next day, called me in the early afternoon with an estimate, (that was quite a lot less expensive than the "other" place). I agreed and got a call later in the day, telling me my car was ready. I thought it would have taken at least 2-3 days. They are all so friendly, professional, and reasonable. They didn't talk down to me, plus they give a ladies discount!!! What???They have my business for life! Thank you guys! You rule!!

I took my Kia Optima to Jim's because I heard a rattling in the wheel and a friend had just gotten their car repaired there and recommended them. They got me in quickly, diagnosed it and gave me a fair price on the work. It was done the next day and now drives like new! No noise! Plus...a ladies discount! You can't beat that! Due to the untimely death of my regular repair guy I was taking my car to the dealer to service. The cost was outrageous. I gave Jim's a try and I am glad I found them. They were very professional and super nice and estimates were very reasonable. They are my new go to for repairs!

Personable and honest people like you'd experience with Southern hospitality but most important, the service was done in the time they said for the price I was quoted. The owner's vast knowledge and attention to detail is nothing like I've experienced in my 46 years of having cars serviced. They take the time to explain your options and work with u to resolve the problem. It's hard to find mechanics that u can trust but I feel very confident in returning to this shop when I need any repairs in the future.

I came to these gentleman with a broken axle, ball joint, and busted radiator along with a bent rim and gushed tire. They were so professional and helpful. They went the extra mile in quickly answering any questions or concerns I had. The service was outstanding and the price was fair. They won't charge you for the odds and ends you don't really need simply to drive up the bill. My price was just as estimated and they even got done a full day earlier than expected. I will using this shop for all my needs from now on and would certainly recommend them to anyone with any auto issue.

He came and helped me open my door because the door handle fell off, out of pure kindness. There s good people out there, and he s one of them! 10/10 recommend.

Man where do I from the moment I stepped foot in the door I recieved exceptional service. They didnt mess around with time and got my car in a bay almost instantly. The staff was friendly from too to bottom. I was getting some brake work done and an oil change. They said itd be about 2 hours and wouldn't ya know thats how long it took. Price was reasonable as well. Will be dropping back off to get more work done for sure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We got a great deal on tires for our Yukon. Great shop! Very good to deal with. They treat you with respect and the way people should be treated! We will definitely return there in the future!

My dad and I broke down in Fairfield while on vacation right before the 4th of July holiday. Jim's could have easily taken advantage of our situation since we were clearly desperate, without a vehicle, and not from around here. They did the complete opposite... From beginning to end, they were friendly and helpful. Not only did they recommend a great towing company (Fox towing), they completed the job that day, the price was less than we expected and we were able to enjoy our vacation thanks to the crew at Jim's. Thank you again for everything!

We had brake issues that we could not figure out & we tow a 10,000 pound camper - a friend recommended Jim s & he got us in just a few days, found the issue, took care of it & didn t charge us a fortune-he s earned our business by being honest. We have 4 cars so we are happy we found a place we trust.

I was there with my Toyota Rav4 yesterday because of a whining noise that sounds from the back when driving in a low gear with your foot is off the accelerator. The staff there are very very friendly especially the guy who did the drive test.although the noise reduced, it still comes sometimes. I will recommend Jim's Automotive Service Center 100% ... I will still go there for a recheck. Great Place!

I've been going to Jim's Automotive since I was 17 when I had my first car handed down to me from my dad. My grandparents were the ones whom would take me to get my car worked on earlier on and would always hangout with Jim Siebert, the former owner. You would've thought they'd been childhood best friends the way they stired up conversation and laughed. The guys at Jim's have always done a nice job - super cautious, diligent and friendly. Even though I no longer live in Fairfield, I still make the drive for my tri-yearly oil changes. I highly recommend the team at Jim's.

I had a wonderful experience at Jim's Automotive. Since the new owners have started it's like it used to be when Jim Siebert was alive. I am a woman so I have encountered service shops trying to take advantage of me and/or not explaining repairs etc. I did not encounter any of this at Jim's. The mechanic as well as recption personel treated me with respect and were willing to discuss maintenance and repairs in depth and provide me with options. Great experience!

Fair, honest, reliable. Took my car in for a wheel bearing fix after a massive pothole jumped out and attacked my Subaru. After several phone calls, quotes, etc., these guys were where I landed. Very happy with my choice.

I was very disappointed in the service I received today. I went in to get my tire censor replaced. The light was still on so they told me I would need to take it to a Toyota dealership instead. I also asked for them to check my horn because it wasn't working. The serviceman didn't do it because he said the guy didn't tell him to and they didn't offer to it then. Instead, they told me they'd look at it next Time I got my oil changed there. There won't be a next time there....

Repair took 10 times the time that any another shop would take to complete, and then they charged ME to repair THEIR mistake when they didnt assemble my exhaust correctly, which caused major vibrations and humming noises. Their follow-up repair which they wrongly charged me for didnt solve the problem. Also they rounded out the head of my oil drain plug and couldnt even tell me about it.

We love Jim Seiberts! Their prices are great and they are always honest about what services your car needs. We will not take our cars anywhere else!
