You can't talk with anyone when you call. I'm checking on my 2020 KIA car towed in and no one can tell me anything. No one answers the phone and the voice-mail is full. I get frustrated with this dealership but they love selling cars, but no customer service when needed!!!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership almost two years ago. The purchasing process was fine, but service and maintenance on my vehicle from the dealership has been less than satisfactory. I dropped my vehicle off this morning before going to work and it wasnt serviced at all. Before this, it took 7-8 hours for an oil change and routine maintenance. This is the last time I will attempt to deal with them for maintenance, and I will consider buying from a different dealership in the future.

Great sales experience, but the service department is a nightmare. I was unable to get ahold of the department to take care of something covered under warranty. When I finally did get ahold of them 3 reps gave me the run around. After calling back a day later and speaking with Chad in Nissan service (Kia s service manager was out, imagine that) I was able to be helped promptly instead of bounced around and given numbers that can t help. Also beware that a lot of their cars come without a spare tire that they want you to purchase :)

Literally the worst service department, really the worst company I ve ever felt with. You can NEVER get ahold of anyone, the only time I get a call back is when I have to be a Karen and email the GM because other than that you re going months on end without updates on your cars parts or getting the service itself done. No one ever calls back so you re basically harassing them to get anywhere. It s an extremely annoying and frustrating. When you do get in, you re easily spending 2 hours on any service (even when it s quoted only to be 45 minutes to an hour). I would not recommend purchasing from her or using the service department at this location at least.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We bought a pre-owned car at the beginning of December from the Kia Fairfield dealer. It s been an absolute nightmare ever since. While the sales interactions were great, having a car that has now stopped working multiple times, has been stuck at the dealer service unit for four weeks, only to get the car back and 5 days later have the car have the EXACT same issue is appalling and severely disappointing. Service wouldn t return calls or provide any specific information as to what the issue was with the vehicle, what checks were done, or how much time it would take to repair during the four weeks they had the call. Calls and requests to speak to management went unanswered. It was our sales person who was only able to tell us the car was ready when I went to pick up. Throughout the whole experience anytime we did talk to someone they suggested buying a new car instead which is just so inappropriate and unprofessional. DO NOT come here or give them any of your time or money. Avoid at all costs as this is a HUGE regret and I will never buy another Kia ever again based on the absolutely terrible experience of this car and trying to get service done on this pre-owned vehicle we ve only had for 6 weeks and been able to use and drive for a total of 8 days.UPDATE JULY 2023: 8 months later, still not able to use the car - it has been seen a total of over 100 days in service (yes, you re reading that correctly) because no one seems to want to take on the issue properly so at this point I ve got a very expensive paper weight. Avoid this dealer and Kia service - it is so disappointing that 8 months after buying the car - preowned and certified by this dealer - has not been usable. They held it during the actual return period and won t refund the total cost of the car now just the market value which is significantly less than what was originally paid.

Horrible. They had my car for three weeks with an appointment and still didn't even look it. When I picked it up, they had the nerve to trash talk the other dealership I was taking it to. No excuse or explanation for not addressing the car.

Terrible customer service. Can't get an appointment within 2 months. Used to have walk-ins for oil change/wyler care but now they don't do that any more. They force you to buy maintenance on the vehicle that they are unable to deliver.

Very disappointed with their service. Not recommend to come. I come to check the AC for the car with the note that the car has leak and i need to find out where and the cost. We agreed with $250 cost of inspection. After checking it. They said everything is good to recharge the freeon with $100 more. It is strange as i know it has leak. However we agreed to pay as they promised it will work, if not they will fix it. After 3 days, it stopped working. Instead of fixing it, they ask for 1200 for the part they should have found in the first place. I came to dealer as I believe they are professional. I know there should be the cost of inspection. I just disappointed because of their promise while I emphasize it has a leak. Will not come back.

I bought a new Kia Soul with Jeff Wyler about 3 weeks ago, upon agreement of sale I was informed that a small paint nick right above my back passenger tire would be taken care of. Due to Covid and it being a weekend I had to bring my vehicle back out (29 miles 58 round trip total). No one informed me the guy who does paint isn t there on Friday and only works Wednesday. Fine, right? I will begrudgingly reschedule. Inconvenient but not the end of the world.They did my detailing, gas fill up and wash that should have been done upon the sale but can only be done Mon-Friday on my first appointment. I then set up the paint appoint for Wednesday the 22 of July. They had me arrive at 7:30 AM. I called to confirm that my car would be painted upon arrival and was told that was the case. When I arrive they inform me the paint guy won t be in until 10:00AM !!!! To say I am irate would be a understatement! I called to prevent the predicament that I am currently in. In short if you have a service issue be prepared to have your chain jerked around. I felt valuable to them when I was in the market for a vehicle but after purchase it has been a nightmare to deal with them on upholding their end of the bargain in terms of service. I know this world is crazy that we live in, but that is just plain bad and disrespectful customer service to have me come out to stand around for literally 3 hours at 7:30 AM. One last parting thought, I work late and got off at midnight in order to be here on time at my appointment. Don t be surprised if your time is wasted.

If I could give a zero I would takes 3 months to get a appointment and when you go they say they don't have enough staff and to come back in a month will never buy from this dealership judging by yhe other reviews I'm not alone
