I called and made an appointment the same day and left with my car! Working with Howie Zade, the sales consultant went great. He was friendly, courteous, and thorough with all information about the car. Low pressure sales at its best. It was a great buying experience. Say hi to Dan in sales, too! Completing the financial paperwork went easy, too. I'm a happy customer!!

I purchased a car yesterday. With.Kera she was the representative Who negotiated a price with me but? she did not send the sale price that I had agreed on to the finance manager.The contract I have states higher than what I had agreed on.I'm coming back today to get it.Taking care of or i'm not taking the car

Denisse made the entire purchase process exceptionally transparent and uncomplicated. They worked with me over text/email before coming in. That cleared up a lot of questions before I hit the lot. The staff was friendly, super nice and made the buying process a breeze. We love being the owners of our new Kia Soul. It is a great value for our family. Our purchasing experience was not great though. After months of research we showed up ready to buy, but several of the stereotypes about car dealers occurred. After we test drove, we were asked to wait a long time and then the first offer had $4000+ more than sticker. We pushed back and then waited again. We were ready to pay sticker when we walked in the door and it felt like their goal was to upsell. Will I buy another Kia? Probably. Will I start with a different dealership? Yes

Just purchased a new vehicle here, and I am really stunned by the quality of service. The salesman Jonte was very professional and friendly, very funny, and helped me find a car that I love within my price range. I have had negative experiences at other dealerships in the area recently, so it was awesome to meet a salesman who truly earned my business. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here.

KIA Fairfield has a few excellent car salesmen, but the service is not up to my standards which I'm used to. Repair my KIA which was stolen, service left ALL the glass from broken window in the car seat and floor. Kept my KIA for almost month and half. Said they were waiting on parts???. I tried to clean it out and cut my hand. Did anyone care NO!! I complained they finally got someone to vacuumed it, but NO washed car and glass still there. We had to vacuum it out. Now it's at the body shop in Forest Fair and let's see what results I get. I'm on a 10 day rental car. I need them to get busy. I will never purchase another KIA. Easy to be stolen and the insurance may not insure another one!! But,I understand why!!!

Howie did a great job! He listened to what I wanted and where I wanted my payment to be and made sure he got me as close to that as he could! He is very courteous and caring! We will definitely be coming back when we are looking for another vehicle!!

Aaron was an AMAZING salesman. My husband and I agreed it was hands down the best car buying experience we ve ever had, and we have bought a lot of cars. He did everything he could to get the numbers where we needed them and made the process easy and quick! Cole was amazing in finance as well and helped us find add on options to fit exactly what we needed. These two are truly such strong aspects of Jeff Wyler Fairfield. If you go to this dealer I wouldn t request anyone but them. 10/10 experience.

We had reserved an EV9 back in Oct. with a $750 deposit with KIA. We were notified that first EV9s had arrived in Dec. We got to see one at JWFKia and were given a comprehensivetour, including a chance to see the remote control parking. Austin was very helpful and answered all our questions.We ultimately decided it did not suit our needs. Aaron was very prompt in securing the return of the deposit in less than two weeks. (The company required the dealer to initiate the refund!)Very courteous and helpful throughout the tour and the refund. Great experience!

Service manager Tony is doing his best with the staff he has. I took my car in to get a recall taken care of. The service tech replaced the part but did not do it properly. When he put the new c pillar garnish on, the part was not painted and had no kind of shine to it (no where near a match for my car). Turns out he was supposed to take a chrome piece off of the new part and put it on my old one. Once they took the new one BACK off to repair it correctly my original part ended up with heavy scratches on it. They ARE going to make it right, but I may have to wait a couple of weeks before they are able to paint it and have a loaner for me while they have my car again, I do not blame the service manager one bit because he is doing the best with what he has it just irritates me because I do a lot to make sure I take care of my car and make sure it looks as good as it did when I drove it off the lot.

Every single person we encounter at the dealer was friendly and helpful. We loved the energy, the atmosphere, and the music. Carl and Keeno were both no hassle, no bull, not pushy and helped me get into a vehicle I felt good about quickly. Adam had the coolest shirt I d ever seen overall a great experience and I m thrilled to have something safe and reliable for my family.

Found a vehicle online with Jeff Wyler Kia. Because we live 2+ hours away customer service was very important. Our salesperson Aaron went out of his way to send us a video of the car we were interested in and answer all our questions. Was very helpful but not pushy. We got up early Saturday and drove 2 1/2 hours one way and had the car waiting for us when we arrived to test drive. Aaron made this the best car buying experience I have ever been through. I would recommend him and the way we were treated at Jeff Wyler to anyone. Thanks Aaron!

This was MY FIRST car purchase, & the thought of that was honestly TERRIFYING!! I honestly did not know what to expect & had a gazillion questions!I called & Danni picked up the phone, boy was I lucky he did! He was an absolute joy! He answered all of our questions/concerns, he was VERY knowledgeable & super sweet! Even kept my daughter busy with some coloring pages! Danni was able to help us get what we wanted, & was also able to maximize our benefits while keeping in our budget!Then we were also helped by Arif, he was so helpful in explaining the more technical things. He was very delightful, again super knowledgeable & friendly!!Everyone there seems to be really nice, but if you can make sure to ask for Danni & hopefully you ll also be helped my Arif!!They have a MASSIVE selection of cars, I don t know much about cars but I like to ask A LOT of questions/advices & 9/10 of my customers recommend Kia! This is our first Kia & I m definitely in love!!Thank you Danni & Arif, you ve definitely made our first car buyer experience exceptional!!

I setup a standard maintenance for oil change, recalls and check brakes I m hearing them screech & slight vibrations. During the check in I mentioned the brakes again. After I picked my KIA 2022 Carnival up I hear the brakes. I called to ask why my brakes were not done? And the woman who checked me in said that s standard for those type of breaks and I need to upgrade to premium brakes to stop it. I said these were new with the new vehicle. She said all new KIA s come with brakes like that and they all do that noise. I called a week later asking to speak with a service manager and was told none were available. But she would have one to call me. No one did!! I know this isn t normal for brakes and either the rotors or brakes needed to be turned!

Austin took great care of us! We came looking for a particular trim and color of Carnival which wasn't on the lot at the time. Austin and the Wyler team in Fairfield were able to bring the vehicle from another dealership and even delivered it to our home over 30 miles away the same day. It was a long process as it can sometimes be, but they made it easy!

I came up there to look at some options to get out of the negative equity hole that I was in. The salesmen Austin, recommended a couple vehicles and we checked them out. He showed me the Kia sportage and I fell in love with it immediately. It was perfect for what I needed. Now for the not so fun part financing, but Austin truly made that process a success and straightened the bumps we had along the way. I was nervous about applying for a new car not sure if I d get approved but decided to go for it! I worked with Howie, Justyn, and Tara. When we first started the payments were higher than I was wanting to pay but they worked their magic and got my payments to what I was comfortable with and put me in this 2023 Nissan Sentra! I came into the dealership because of a email/text & call I received offering me 3K over the Kelley Blue Book value for my vehicle. Once I selected a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing via trade in and agreed to make the purchase, the deal was not honored and I was offered 3K less. The sales price of the vehicle that was advertised was also not honored. I had to return to the dealership after I realized. The salesman added a package that was not approved which caused my payment to be more than what was negotiated. Bottom line this was not a good experience and I should have never had to return to the dealership to make them honor what was offered.

After having a less than optimal visit at another area Kia Dealership, my wife and I visited Jeff Wyler. For a car buying experience, I would rate this as one of our better experiences. Sales staff was engaging and easy to talk to. I would have liked to get a little more for my trade, but ultimately we were able to work to a price I was happy with. I would recommend this dealership if your in the market for a Kia. Our salesman was Keeno and was great, just ask him about floor mats if you get the chance.

We had a fantastic experience here! After being completely defeated at a different dealership it was such a breath of fresh air the whole time we were there. They were very patient us, helped me check out multiple versions of the Carnival, helped keep our kids occupied and content while we were signing paperwork, and checked in the next day to make sure we didn t have questions or issues with all the functions of our new car. They gave us a fair deal on our trade-in and helped us work through financing options that fit with our life. I would definitely recommend them to others!

I bought my car from them two months ago and they have been nothing but amazing! Continuously checking in to see how the car is, and just being amazing. My service today was top notch. Im sad that I live in Tennessee and can't come here all the time. But I always trying to plan maintenance when I am in the area so I know I am getting the top service!
