Went in on April 3 2023 to redeem my wylercare ( ford 150 2017) and waited patiently for them to get done. Upon them completing the service I immediately noticed a scratch on my diver side door that had not been there before they had my truck. The manager on duty noticed my displeasure and asked what was wrong. I simply showed him the damage and he "filed a report" took my contact info. He told me that the GM would contact me the next day. Well that was 2 days ago and I haven't heard a peep. I'm absolutely furious because the scratches are circular in nature and look intentional. This establishment is a joke and I will never return to thus dealership ever again. Now to be fair I'll update this review as the situation unfolds further and possibly change the rating but as of right now I have zero faith the will fix the damage they caused.

No problems with job required. Took a little longer than planned for oil change and tire rotation. Not a surprise with some difficulty taking off my after market wheels. Will go there again.

I purchased a vehicle from the Kia dealership almost two years ago. The purchasing process was fine, but service and maintenance on my vehicle from the dealership has been less than satisfactory. I dropped my vehicle off this morning before going to work and it wasnt serviced at all. Before this, it took 7-8 hours for an oil change and routine maintenance. This is the last time I will attempt to deal with them for maintenance, and I will consider buying from a different dealership in the future.

Purchased a new Cadillac. Some things needed to be serviced, and they took care of it for free and sent me on my way. Great job as usual! I did, however, take away a star because the service call center line is a hot mess. I got transfered so many times, and the CSR was so clueless about cars that it upset me to the point where I just drove to the dealer to schedule an appointment in person. Mind you, I live in Midtown Cincinnati, a good 30-minute drive away from the Rt 4 dealer.

An awful service provider. They overcharge significantly also. CHECK OTHER DEALERSHIPS FIRST. This place is very dishonest.
