My advisor was John Howard. I recently purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram truck from Performance and after the sale, I found a few issues. John was the advisor I was assigned.He was super fast to make the intial handshake reaching out. His communication was top-notch. More importantly he kept me updated constantly on the progress of the work. They had a fed-ex mix up on parts and he let me know immediately what was happening.I couldn t get off work to get there to pickup my truck until after service closed and he even made arrangements for me to pick it up after hours.The man is a rock star!He needs a promotion or least needs to be a trainer on how to teach others how to take care of customers. I never wondered what was going on with my repairs.

As always Performance Honda provides the best services whenever I bring my 99 Honda Civic and 2021 Accord in for services. They also beat competitor tire prices. Keep up the great job performance Honda team members service advisor Nicole and Technician Carlos. The vehicle received a car wash after services.

Will not be coming back here. Didn t fix the car correctly. Wrong part. Cost an additional $350. No one answers the phone and there s no direct way to get a hold of the service advisor. Didn t give us a time frame of when the car would be ready. We had to call several times until someone picked up. Then we were placed on hold for several minutes. Maybe give customers all information needed when you call?? This happened the last time we came in too.

CRV went in for recall work on Monday. Asked them to do a diagnostic on wheel noise at highway speed and check engine light. They thought it was noise at idle. did nothing and wanted to charge me $80 for blinking at the engine running. I had to reexplain whats wrong on the phone. They didnt convey the information to anyone. just dropped the request when I hung up the phone. once again did nothing. went back in person on friday, took the car out took a video and showed them and complained and finally they looked at the wheel noise. They didnt even check the check engine light. I still dont know what wrong with that. But I was so fed up I just picked the car up. I will have to find another place to look at this. This place just barely, I mean barely does whats required. Mind numbingly lazy and unreliable is how I describe this service location.Service: Vehicle Inspection

We had our Pilot serviced there and Katelynn was so helpful! Turns out we needed new fuel injectors and she was so helpful with getting them replaced under warranty. The injectors were on back order and she called us the minute they were in and they were replaced a few days later. We have the 100k maintenance coming up and we will be returning. Thank you for being so good to us and for making us lifelong Honda owners!

My last visit prior to the latest one was not good at all but I decided to give it one more shot - she s changed my mind. had an appointment for an oil change at 8:30am, came back to pick up at 3:00pm and the van was still on the lift and had to wait 30 minutes for it to be finished. there was no apology, which would have went a long way. the unexpected additional 30 minute wait resulted in being late to a doctors appointment. we had planned to have them change our timing belt and a few other things but will be going elsewhere now.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change
