Great customer service, timely and reliable. As a young woman it's hard to find somewhere where you don't feel lied to or not taken advantage of because you don't have any mechanical smarts. Here, they don't pressure you to get what they recommend done. They give you a quote and if it's too expensive they respect your decision and will give you the information anyways on a paper in case you change your mind or decide to go elsewhere. Somewhat expensive, but to not be swindled it's worth every penny. Quick service and friendly staff!

When the potential is the difference between a simple or very expensive fix, you can count on getting the best and least expensive solution. Grismer goes above and beyond expectations to take care of their customers. When they replaced my tires they re-attached part of the inner fender that had been damaged. When they cleaned corrosion from my battery terminals they attached the cables to a charger so I didn t have to reprogram my radio. They suggested additional services but didn t pressure me to approve them. Great overall experience!

This is the second Time that I have purchased tires from Grismer tires. Both times I received excellent customer service and the job was done exceptionally well. It s very hard to find a good and trustworthy shop these days. Most of them just want to charge you as much as they can, and do as little as they can. It really is a sad world when it comes to finding a good mechanic or tire shop, especially with the large chains. I would recommend Grismer Tire in Fairfield Ohio to any of my friends or family and I will most definitely be going back. They also accepted My Firestone credit card, which is Through CFNA, So I got an additional 5% off my Tire purchase And Six months no Interest. I used their website to pick out the tires I wanted after doing extensive research. And then I was able to pay for the tires online. The next day an employee from the shop called and they had an appointment set and my tires were installed two days later. I absolutely love my tires and have had no issues Whatsoever. Also, I cannot forget to mention the fact that I received four free synthetic oil changes with the purchase of my four tires. I generally pay between $ 75 and $100 to have my oil changed in my truck. S if you think about it, I saved almost $400 additional off my tire by getting the free oil changes. This is also ok top of lifetime balancing and rotating!. What an absolute great deal. There is no competitor that even compares! Thank you to all of you at Grismer tire! I couldn t be happier!

Took my car to be looked at the brakes were not very goodThey took us home then called to tell us we needed rear brakes. We said ok got all that done on a SaturdayThey came back and picked us up and we got the car. Thought the service and people were very good and especially for a busy Saturday afternoon . Scary not to have good brakesBarb B

We live in Dayton and our son attends UC. My son s Jetta has a flat. I told him to get the car to a grismer. Fairfield was the closest location. We had the road hazard warranty and the crew at Fairfield treated him very well. The tire needed to be replaced and everything went smoothly. Thank you for treating a college freshman with courtesy and respect.

This was the best car experience I have had in a long time. From the moment we spoke on the phone Scott and Tj both made me feel as if we were family and that my car was their car and where going to get me Right!! I trusted them and that s important when you re leaving your prize with someone else. So thank you and I will remain a long time customer of Grismer s!!

Went to get tires on my truck and they were great answering all my questions and was able to get the tires in for me in just two days. They installed them and I can t be any happier. Great local place for sure.

Very friendly staff,got us in and out quickly with 4 new tires. I do wish they would be more upfront about extra changes. I asked how much Total was out the door!Ended up being $26 more than told. I had no problem other than

Always had good experiences here. I ve brought my vehicles here since 2010 and I ve never felt like they ve taken advantage of me. They re always honest about the vehicles needs and they don t charge the highest prices. The faculty is clean if you need to wait. The front staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They do almost any vehicle repair in a timely manner.

I ve been going to this Grismer location since I got my first car and I ve never had a bad experience. They are always quick and really nice. They don t try to force you to buy and fix other things every time you re there, like car dealerships do. I arrived really early for my last appointment due to not managing my time correctly and they got my car done before my appointment was originally scheduled! I am always recommending this location to everyone who needs work on their car and will continue to do so!
