Picked up my Ford Explorer from an extensive $11,000 repair. Noticed before I left the repair center that the AC buttons on the dash were not working and the lights were out. I informed Scott the owner and he said to take it to Middletown Ford the following Monday morning. Over the weekend I found more electrical problems with the vehicle. The gas compartment Error light was coming on. The remote start doesn't work, The truck is way out of alignment and pulling hard to the left. After taking the truck to Middletown Ford as Scott said. They called me and informed me that Scott at Armstrong Collision is refusing to pay for anything. I called Scott because that's what he told me he would do and he raised his voice and said to go "F" myself and hung up the phone."DO NOT USE ARMSTRONG COLLISION CENTER IF YOU WANT YOUR REPAIR DONE CORRECTLY!!"
