Andrew, Al and Brandon all took great care of me. There was another gentleman in financing that was also very nice but I had limited interaction with him and I don't remember his name (I'm sorry!). The whole process was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. I didn't feel pressured and believe we all got a fair deal. I took a test drive on my own. When I came back I briefly spoke with Andrew and AL before I went home because they were closing and I didn't want to keep them after hours. I was sent a secure link via email to start the financing application process. I filled it out and got approved while the dealership printed out most of the paperwork prior to my arrival the next day. After a few signatures and a down payment I was off the lot in my new vehicle. I had to finish some finance paperwork via a zoom call a couple days after leaving the dealership. It was quick and also a no pressure situation. If you're looking for a vehicle, or even wanting to sell your current one, go see Andrew. He'll treat you right. I drove from Cleveland Ohio to see a used car here. Landon was so helpful and made our experience wonderful! They gave me a peace of mind warranty for free for 6 months. The car was clean and pristine, the whole time there was great from start to finish. Would highly recommend Fairfield Volkswagen to anybody!! Thanks Landen, I love my new Ruby!!!!

So my fianc� and I made a appt for an oil change for our 2018 Alas. It was our first time going to this location, After taking it in for an oil change our vehicle is leaking oil. We have never had this issue after any oil changes, and the vehicle was just fine before taking it here. My fianc� took it back up there and they stated the water pump was going bad, but this was never stated when we left with the vehicle or on the paperwork that you receive after the service appt. I have called several times to speak with the service manager and I have yet to receive a call back! Legal actions will be pursued. DON T GO HERE!!

Steve Haas has been amazing since we first connected a few months ago. He's checked in and has been very responsive every step of the way. Be very careful with this dealership! I did a trade in and decided to lease. The dealership owed me $19,000 on the exchange. It has now been 40 days and no check. No title memo. No license plate. Contacted the salesman numerous times and gave him a new address to ship everything to. Says he took care of it. I am now 5 days away from expired plates and currently out $19,000. General Manager is "checking in" to issue and will get back to me tomorrow afternoon.

The sales team at Fairfield VW worked with me to help me purchase a new car on terms that worked best for me & my use of the car, and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for - these guys are the best in the Cincinnati Tri-State area. You will not be disappointed.I'd like to give a special shout out to Rob Ernst. I was looking for a very specific GTI (specific color, trim level, and transmission) - and Rob was the guy that not only helped me source the car, but also helped walk me through my first time purchasing a car from a dealership.After doing my due diligence as a consumer and shopping around, I ended up going with Fairfield Volkswagen for a number of reasons - chief among which is the fact that the APR certified dealership. They will not only install a Stage 1 tune at the dealership, but will also still honor the VW warranty that the car comes with after the install.Second reason was the financing, Rob quickly got to the point and gave me an honest and fair purchase price for the car, no hassling or bargaining required on my end. Additionally, he gave me the time and space that I needed to think through my decisions. When it came time to purchase the car, Jared Goeseke in the finance department was easy to work with and even was willing to have me sign my paperwork digitally to accommodate my travel plans. He did not push any coverages or additional warranties that I felt that I did not need - he was willing to work with me to get exactly what I wanted and needed out of the deal.Fairfield VW has a top class sales team - I had a phenomenal car purchasing experience.

I had the pleasure of talking to, and working with Ian and Landon, they both were very welcoming and made me feel good for being there. There was no pressure, only honest assistance in helping me find a car within my goals, and it did not take long to be successful! They were very personable and definitely the nicest people I have ever worked with when purchasing a vehicle. I felt they had my best interests in mind. I had friends ask me "how was the car-buying-experience" and the only thing I could tell them was that it was laid-back, enjoyable, and I would recommend to anyone to go to VW-Fairfield first, to chat with them about a car.

I feel that 3 stars is adequate for this previous experience due needing to pay for a rental car for two days along with Uber costs and a 5 mile walk to Enterprise rentals. However, this dealership has performed all of the milestone services on my car, and all of the previous services were excellent.

D Arco was a great help with getting me into my new vehicle. I didn t feel rushed and he made sure to be very informative and answered all my questions. Even after driving off the lot, I ve been able to ask questions and get timely responses. It was an overall great experience and I love my new ride.

I took my car in for recall work, nothing wrong with my car just thought I might as well get it done. I picked it up drove less than five miles and lights came on and my acted like it didn t want to go. I brought it right back and was without a car all weekend until Monday when they realized they had not plugged something back in all the way that makes your car run. I just hope me driving it like that does not cause any future damage. Other than that my experience was great, as they did fix their mistake eventually.

Long story short mt car was in the shop for about a month due to the part not being about to be shipped to the states. VW was able to accommodate me with the same car space that I had and I really appreciate that for my big family of 5. They also kept me up to date with any changes that happened during the process.

He was able to max value for my trade, and deliver my vehicle to me even though I live over two hours away. Buying a car is usually an experience that I dread dealing with. However, my wife found a 2018 Atlas at Fairfield Volkswagen that she really liked and was priced well, so on a Friday afternoon we were heading to Fairfield to look at a car. The experience was great. Our Sales rep, John Reszke, was very helpful and accommodating. There was no pressure, but he worked hard to answer any questions and was very patient as we worked through our decision making process. When it came time to get a deal done, he, along with the finance manager, Bob Bailey, met our asking price for our trade-in, and made the process of the deal very painless. Due to our schedule, we only had Friday evening to get this done, and I really appreciated that John and Bob both stuck with us well after closing time to finish the deal and get us on our way, again without any pressure or sense that we were an inconvenience. They made the buying experience the best I've dealt with in a long time!With this being a used car, we did have a few punch-list items that needed to be fixed: there was some wind noise from the front windows at speed, the passenger mirror wouldn't adjust left or right, and the coolant was slightly low in the reservoir. The team scheduled us back out to get the work done, and put us in a 2019 Atlas loner for the duration of the fixes, which, as it happened, took a couple of weeks (troubleshooting, parts delivery, and installation.) The wind noise was due to genuine VW sun shades that had been installed by the previous owner, and required the window seals to be replaced to eliminate the noise. The sales team covered the cost for that with no push back at all. The mirror was due to a bad motor and was replaced under warranty. My only minor complaint was that they did not top off the coolant as I expected them to do... as I said, the coolant was just barely low, so I'm not overly concerned about it... I would just have rather had it topped off and sitting between the min and max lines on the reservoir.In the end, though, we're very happy with the car! My wife is very happy to be back in a VW, and our experience with Fairfield Volkswagen, John, and Bob was great!

On September 8th, I visited this dealership for service on my 2010 Passat for a check engine. The light was static (not flashing). The car accelerated poorly and lacked power. In the auto zone, they read my codes and said it was the purge valve, but since I replaced it, it was still the same problem. Overall, this dealership gave me an estimate against all the codes I had and found out about at autozone. I am attaching a picture on which it is written by hand (apparently the system did not allow them to print it) how much it will cost me to repair which they claim is necessary and urgent. They didn't even want to turn off the car so it wouldn't happen to them that the car would never start again. They insisted on timing chain, turbo, turbo bust sensor, intake, injectors and many more. Paid $170 for diagnostics. The repair price they asked me is over $9,000 without tax for a car that is worth $600 on KBB. My tint is worth that much not to mention the other newly installed parts. I drove the car like that every day for almost a month and came back to Florida to my mechanic who connected the car to his computer and found out that fuse number 18 was bad and after he replaced the fuse the car ran perfectly with no check engine lights. Thank you to these pickpockets for opening the eyes of our fellow citizens that they are actually there to rob us, thinking that we are internationals and other nationals, who have nothing to do with mechanics or electricity, are stupid or not professional enough to deceive and steal from us, or are they just incompetent and stupid to recognize the fault. Avoid these thieves, pickpockets and robbers. Find your trusted mechanic and invest your money wisely and not in their pockets. Thank you for reading my comment from the heart!

Jesse was a great sales guy! He was very patient and had great communication through the month it took to find a car I really wanted. Once I found what I wanted Jesse jumped on it and was able to get the car from another one of their dealerships. Pretty much the whole thing was through texting which was easier for me. Jesse was nice and not pushy like some salesmen can be. I only spent about 40 minutes on a Zoom call with the dealership signing online paperwork. That s the shortest time I ve ever spent sealing the deal with a dealership!
