I came here to get a Tune and Downpipes on my Jaguar F-Type. From the start the communication and customer service was stellar from Durrani. Even though there was a manufacturer issue with my downpipes they worked quickly to correct the problem and get everything installed on my car. It is now sounding and feeling even better than I expected! Thanks again to the people at Eurocharged for taking care of my car.

If you are looking for place that knows European cars to get them sounding right and also increase your horsepower and torque this is the place to come to. I have a 2016 S63 AMG MB. I took it to local tuner here in Columbus Ohio and was completely disappointed . As a word of advice if you have a European car and wanted tuned CIA performance is the worse place to take it to. Eurocharged was very professional and understood what I was looking for. I purchased redstar down pipes along with mids and an X-pipe. My horsepower went fromFactory stock HP 577 Torque664Stage 2 tune w/ downpipes727HP. Torque 834 lbsTalk about freaking amazing . The thrill and excitement is off the charts !!!Thanks again Eurocharged Performance. I am a customer for life .

They guys work magic! My 2014 CLS550 leaves corvettes behind now, like why even waste my gas! And on a trip back to Florida from Cincinnati..my avg mpg was 28! In a bi-turbo v8 car! Awesome

Nothing but a positive experience. Dyno tuned my sl550, giving me unbelievable numbers. No uppity shop people, they let you walk around freely and see some high end cars you might not normally get to see.Very happy I chose them to tune my benz

Took my W204 AMG C63 Coupe here to be tuned. Great group of guys. Shop looks amazing and has a bunch of cool cars! Matt was very helpful with answering numerous questions. Honestly, I'd like to give them 6 stars. Let's break it down. Matt and Akeem are super chill dudes! Phenomenal service! Super fast turn around on my vehicle. Great work, repairs, maintenance, and performance parts. Car is running like it did from the factory but much faster and that blower whine is GLORIOUS! Will definitely be back soon for more goodies!

First off let me say Eurocharged has went from a 1 star review to a 5 star. I had taken my 2008 BMW e60 M5 with ESS Tuning Supercharger them for a meth kit install, new plugs, coils, or sensors and dyno. The drop off was amazing coming in and seeing so many supercars you get that feeling that your car (baby) is ok. I dropped off on a Tuesday after making an appointment, the following week I called to check on how everything was going . They hadn't started the installs, so I was like ok ill check next week. So after 3 weeks they finally got it all installed, but was told pretty much every light was on the dash. Had no lights when dropped off so I expect it back it the same condition. So after another 3 weeks of waiting I pulled my car out of the building. With abs light on , check engine, adaptive light , steering sensor also. Come to also find out my side carbon vent was broken and my meth kit was wired to a turn signal. Was not happy about my experience i reached out to eurocharged corporate and got in touch with Owner of the Cincinnati shop. Let me tell you first hand this guy and Mathew the shop runner are a1 people. I was told to bring back and they would get a BMW tech over to look at it. I couldn't get the car running right to get back to Cincinnati. So i took to a local shop and got it diagnosed and fixed . The owner then kept in contact with me the whole process and paid to fix the car. And replaced the side vents . And also paying to repaint my wheels from dyno being strapped to them. I will always think of them for my needs and definitely earned my return visit if anything ever comes up. Great way for Mathew and Owner to step up .thanks guys

So I went by this new place just on a whim. I showed up with out an appointment just to get an estimate for a tune on my Ferrari. The staff was super friendly and full of knowledge. They really broke down what a tune can do for my car. I gave them a shot and I am beyond satisfied with the result. My car is now getting better gas mileage, more horsepower and the best part; it is so much louder! Amazing company and staff! Impeccable quality. I highly recommend them! These guys know what they're doing!!!!

So far so good haven't had any major mods yet just service but so far so good. Update 6/6/23. I have done a few mods and tuning so far everything is going great. Turn around time with these guys is way faster then the dealership. Exceptional service

Was wanting to get more out of my newly bought bought 2020 C43 AMG, and got a tune scheduled almost effortlessly. Made the 2 hour drive from Columbus and they made it worth it! I ve been coming here for almost 3 years now! Nothing but the best comes out of this place. Had my 2020 C43 tuned and serviced multiple times, and currently bring my 2017 C63 AMG in for work, which was also tuned by them. Great people, awesome place, and the quality of work has yet to disappoint!

Thank you Eurocharged of Cincinnati! From start to finish I was impressed with these guys and how they do business. They are very knowledgeable about their craft, don t BS or try to upsell. I asked a decent amount of questions for future mods, let s just say they know their facts and can straight up tell you what to do or not to do. Not only that but the shop was incredible along with all the cool cars inside. I will refer all my friends to come here. I would highly suggest anyone to come here for their after market car needs, got a stage 1 tune on my car today and boy was that a fun 4 hours back home. I m still grinning ear to ear! I recently had the guys at Eurocharged Cincinnati install a downpipe on my BMW 335i. The facility was very nice and the whole crew was very friendly. They did a great job on my car. I will definitely be return for any work on my car in the future.

Best shop I've been too. It's over a hour drive for me. But they are the only shop that works on my car. I have a 2005 SRT6 Crossfire it's no Ferrari or high dollar AMG Mercedes but they treat it like it is. They just opened last spring and I can truely call from the owner to the staff my friends. What a Great team.

Fair pricing. Knowledgable. I brought my audi a6 into this shop with a couple of different lights on. Matt and Akeem diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it all for a super reasonable price. Definitely will recommend to friends and family and will bring my other cars here

got my c63s coupe ecu tune and downpipes. The difference is night and day. Eurocharged was very professional and quick to reply. I'm very happy with the experience and the service. Every one there is very nice and down to earth. I recommended to all my friends who want to tune. Highly recommend eurocharged cincinnati. You won't be disappointed with the tune and service.

Eurocharged Cincinnati is an excellent shop, full of a good group of guys, who know what they are doing. I wouldn't recommend any other shop for anything. Im fortunate for finding this shop and trusting them through each build, rebuild, or maintenance process.

I must say this particular performance location is out of this world. The owner Durrani is hands on and very knowledgeable about his products. The staff rapport and demeanor is welcoming and inviting. They will go out of their way to make sure your every need is met and do so with a smile. It seems as if this particular location is making a quick name for itself in the Cincinnati car scene. I attended a few events myself and was left in awe by the turnouts. If you enjoy good food and fun, definitely check out the events and get familiar with Eurcharged Cincinnati. As a current owner of a Mercedes G wagon I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. After tuning my vehicle with these maniacs, I only refer to them as maniacs because the amount of horsepower increase I got was absolutely insane. My car went from a simple growl, to my entire street stopping and pausing to hear my sweet sweet turbo just crank. Come check these guys out and give your girl something to be proud about sitting in your passenger seat.

This is the new Eurocharged Cincinnati location. The reviews listed above are based on the address and it used to be one of the places that drives around with the cooler in the back trying to sell steaks.This is now a top notch performance automotive center that is using some of the best automotive running software available. Worked with Akeem today and he was terrific!They have a full service shop here as well and can do repairs as well as a Dynojet dyno in house. Clean, professional atmosphere and great guys to work with. Recommended! Come check this place out and get your car a tune while you're here.

Let me start by saying that im EXTREMELY particular about all my cars. I found Eurocharged "Cincinnati " and decided to let them service and upgrade my AMG E55 and im OVERLY impressed with there knowledge and promptness to get things sorted and fixed on my car. There master AMG TECH Akeem is most impressive he is above the standard in his field by far....so kudos to him. Matt up at front desk sales and customer service is the epotime of customer service and is patient and is a parts guru. He sells you what you need and I've found to be very trustworthy. Great job Eurocharged "Cincinnati "

Durrani, Akeem, and everyone at Eurocharged Cincinnati are world class! Had my MB C55 AMG tuned and dynoed and I honestly couldn't be happier. They opened up on Saturday early in the morning just to get me taken care off. Absolutely above and beyond. Can't wait to go back for headers, custom fabricated exhaust, retune, and another dyno after!

Typically I never give a 1 star review. However, this was such an atrocious customer service nightmare I felt compelled to post a review. After discovering the meat I was sold had a marinade on it, after being told it had none - I promptly called my rep (3 minutes after purchasing) for a refund as guaranteed on their card and website. However, he was unwilling to come back to return and scheduled to return the next morning. The next morning came and went. Phone calls went un-returned, their main office was nothing but more voicemails left and unreturned calls. The unfortunate thing is I would have continued to use them in the future in purchasing gifts for other people. What good is a guarantee refund policy when the customer is ignored and communication is so poor? What initially began as a very positive experience, digressed into the single worst customer service experience I've had in Cincinnati. No refund. No returned messages. Zero customer service that would warrant using them in the future.

I bought meat from a door to door sales person two years ago and it was the worst meat I have ever had. Today we found that our Visa bill included a $300 charge for U.S. Beef. Looks like it was not enough for them to scam us once but to also charge us for something we did not order and did not get. I am forwarding my complaint to the Ohio Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection and urge others to do the same.Wayne Chapman

BLOWN ENGINE - BEWARE --- After doing some extensive research on the company to tune my Mercedes AMG, I decided to go with Eurocharged Cincy. We dropped the car off on a Sunday night to get a cat delete and a stage 2 tune. We expected to get the car back either Tuesday or Wednesday, but due to their lack of communication and no initiative, we didn t get the car back until the following Wednesday, 10 days later. When we got the car back and left the shop, within 5 minutes of driving we had issues. Under acceleration, the whole car would start shaking and had little to no power. The guys at eurocharged Cincinnati labeled this as a misfire in cylinder 5. They pulled the plugs and noticed that the plug from cylinder 5 was completely black and burnt. It turns out that they used a tune that the car couldn t handle, there was too much boost and the engine couldn t handle all the torque. After they changed the tune, we immediately noticed smoke coming out of the left side of the tailpipes. This was not there before. A week later we took the car into a specialized Mercedes mechanic to have the smoke issue addressed. This mechanic noticed scoring and cracks inside the piston of cylinder 5. The mechanic said something broke inside there when they had on the first tune and when we experienced the misfires. This was a catastrophic problem, and the engine is now basically a ticking time bomb. We notified Eurocharged of their mistake and they decided to do nothing about it. We had a perfectly good AMG engine and now it is rendered useless due to a Eurocharged Cincinnati failed tune. DO NOT USE THEM!1/20/2021 Update to Owner's response -- It is unfortunate that 1) this is the first time we hear from you. As the owner of this business and having such a major complaint against the company you own, I would have thought you would have contacted us directly to discuss our issue and 2) your statements are incorrect and further reason that no client should ever use your services.Listen, there are many choices (with much better reviews) for clients to take their car to for a professional tune. I would ask any potential client, why would you take a chance on Eurocharged Cincinnati after reading all the reviews? Looks like you destroyed a 2020 Audi TTRS from another client. There just isn t any reason a customer should ever risk taking their car to this place. Just do not do it.---After further communication with the manufacturer of the parts we provided, they assured us the parts would fit our make and model but that you guys were forgetting multiple key steps in the process of installing them. So, for US to resolve this issue, WE had to contact the company ourselves to figure out the problem. You guys wouldn't even pick up the phone to call them (Matt says he tried multiple times but no luck). Funny how when I called the manufacturer, I got a hold of them on the first try. That is absolutely a lack of communication and initiative on Matt s part! As for the engine failure you guys caused, there were no previous issues like you have falsely accused my car of having. Our MB master tech that looked at the car said that the tune absolutely caused these issues. What you don t know is, before we purchased the car, we had a compression test and all plugs inspected. Everything came back perfect and was done within a few hundred miles before we brought the car to you. Our MB master tech told us, without a doubt, that if there were indeed issues before the tune, that inspection would show poor performance in the compression test and the plugs would have been burnt. That wasn t the case. It wasn t until after the tune did the plugs become completely black and burnt. It s not a coincidence that after your first failed tune had issues, the car started smoking from the left tail pipe. To say that this car would eventually have issues, tuned or not, is extremely ignorant and misinformed. The fact of the matter is that your company made a mistake and is failing to own up to that. Anyone reading this cannot take the chance with your company!Service: Auto engine tuning

I CAME HERE TO GET MY NEW BORLA EXHAUST INSTALLED AND THE GUYS THAT WORK THERE WERE COOL. I MEAN I GET IT, THESE GUYS WORK ON HIGH END MERCEDES AND MOSTLY FOREIGN CARS, SO MAYBE THAT'S WHY THE MANAGER/ OWNER WAS SOOOO ARROGANT.... HE SEEMED SO SELF ENTITLED AND UNCARING TOWARDS MY REQUEST. NOT ONLY DID I FIND OUT THAT HE CHARGED ME 3X THE PRICE FOR INSTALLATION, HE MADE A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE COMMENT, WHEN MY WIFE AND I ASKED FOR THE RECIEPT!Service: Auto exhaust system repair
