I thought my car was done for. My Audi was dead in the water and would not turn on. After taking it to multiple mechanics (Foreign Exchange) and finally even the Audi dealership there seemed like no hope. Finally I was so lucky to find Dale. When everyone else said it couldn t be done he found the right source and realized it as just a faulty programming. At least 4 other mechanics and the dealership could not diagnose this. He fixed it. My car is running like a dream and he gave an honest and reasonable price for the job. I would highly recommend him and his great work!

Well-organized and attention to detail. My BMW has been down for over 1yr, and I couldn t find anyone to fix it until I was recommended by a mechanic that came to check the BMW and assure me that the car would be fixed here. I'm always suspicious about five star reviews. Typically those are left by people with low information levels who simply had a transaction. This one was earned.I had taken my BMW F30 to a different mechanic, who completely tried to scam me. When my car was reporting low oil pressure, I knew I needed somebody who knew what they were doing and it wasn't going to lie about it. I had posted in Reddit Cincinnati, and several places had recommended D-Tech. When I dropped the car off, he asked me questions about it for half an hour. When he was having issues getting a correct diagnosis, he admitted it, and sent a lot of supporting documentation with a very detailed narrative. He also asked me to authorize more investigative repairs before he just did them, which I did. It turns out my problem was one that the last mechanic said was no issue at all. I was sent a lot of supporting documentation and photographs. Once the diagnosis was made, a nearly complete engine teardown and rebuild was completed within a day. Pricing was industry standard, but a lot of diagnostics got thrown in. It's really great seeing honest people doing good work.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

First, I would like to say how impressed I am with this business. The owner, Sadel Martinez, is one of the most skilled and patient people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I had a catastrophe of an issue with my Cadillac Escalade and I thought it would take miracle to fix. His knowledge and expertise were on full display. He didn't try to charge me a ton of money, as he easily could have tried to. The work was through and professionally crafted. It was the best automotive experience I ever encountered. For the severity of the issue (my engine died on me 10 days after I purchased it and I couldn't drive it for almost a year and a half), he made it look easy.
