Hands down the BEST car buying experience we have ever had from beginning to end!!!Troy is a rockstar We told him what we wanted and he made it happen.Very upfront, honest and an overall positive and nice person! False advertisement complete waste of time. Saw a car online was advertised "excellent condition" called and made an appt to come test drive the car. They sent us to the wrong dealership to begin with, after wasting our time calling around they found the right location, drove there only to be told that the cars transmission is "totally shot". They said they knew we were coming but didn't mention the car was "shot". As I write this that exact car is being advertised as in "excellent condition". Don't trust them.

They sold me a car with a bad tire. The low air signal came on literally the day after I purchased it and they didn't give me the key for the lugnut locks. They had to know that the tire leaked, and as I continue to find more things wrong with the car I am more convinced that I was sold a lemon....thanks guys

All the guys at Dixie Imports are awesome guys willing to work with you on the best deal they can give you. Working on car number 2 now and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good solid used car that won't breakdown a week later! A lot of great deals and a good time while doing paperwork and all the tedious stuff that comes along with buying a car. I highly recommend not wasting your time anywhere else in the Fairfield area cause these are definitely your car guys and your car dealership for the best used cars you can get. Purchased a car 2010 Chevy Camaro lt 96k miles car ran fine when I purchased it. No check engine lights on. 18k out the door. Drove it home check engine light came on. Codes said catalytic converter bad and thermostat. 3 weeks comes by engine starts knocking got oil change see if it would fix issue nope entire engine blew. Warranty only over 7500$ totally to fix it was about 9000$ Troy only one trying to help me fix this problem.

I have probably had the most honest and educating visit to a used car dealership that I have ever had. The young man who's name I do not remember was not pushy, over bearing and made myself and Andrea, my fiance, feel completely comfortable. He should quit his job and start his own Confidence in Customer Care Classes. I know A LOT of older, more "experienced" salesmen who could learn a thing or two. Sorry I could not remember your name but by description he was a younger African-American man with a smile that gleamed with gold. Thank you very much for the experience I just wish we could have bought a vehicle off you last night. Keep up the Awesome work and I hope the upper management there realizes your value.

customer service was fantastic the guy behind the counter when he got a free moment went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and the beverage was not cold so he offered up a cup of ice for free thank you guys great place to stop clean ! clean restrooms as well

I don't even want to leave 1 star. They falsely priced a used car for one price and then raised the price on me by 900 dollars. When I got to the dealership the car wasn't even there. It was at another lot that we had to go to. Every light on the dash came on. It looked like a Christmas tree. It would have had to be serviced immediately. When I drove it I couldn't even get out the car because the driverside door wouldn't unlock. Had to roll down window to get out. They never told me none of this before I spent 45 minutes driving there. Nor did they tell me this when I test drove it by myself. After all that they wouldn't even lower the price 400 dollars after everything I went through with them raising the price, multiple issues with the vehicle, and my time spent getting there and the car not even being on there lot. Total waste of my time. I would not recommend Dixie Imports. My experience was horrible.

Herb Singleton did an outstanding job. He was upfront and honest and very respectable. I told him what I wanted and he said he would make sure that I was taken care and that's exactly what he did. The owner, finance mangers really went above and beyond to get me a great deal. I was upside down on an old vehicle and didn't think it was possible to get in the new luxury car i wanted but the team there really mad it happen and got me a better deal than i honestly expected. I could not be any happier.

Horrible experience! The company pulled a bait and switch on me. After reviewing a car online we set up an appointment after the dealership confirm they had the vehicle. I explained that I would be driving over an hour to get there and that we were only interested in the vehicle I had seen online. We set up an appointment to test drive the next day. The dealership calls that day confirms a time we will be arriving and says they still have the vehicle. Once we arrive they say that there was a mixup they don t have a vehicle but of course they had several others that were more expensive . After agreeing to test drive several other vehicles we agreed-upon one of the vehicles when we sat down they tried to change the price of the vehicle. We then agreed upon the price. I gave an amount to hold the vehicle and that I would be back the next day to have someone look at the vehicle. At this time I had already been at the dealership for three hours and this did not include my hour drive. the next day when I m headed there I ask about the details. The details had changed from what we agreed upon the day before when I refuse that amount they tried to get me into a different vehicle with more mileage. I then stated I was not going to do business with them and insisted they refund my deposit the only thing this company did right was they did refund my deposit.

Went to look out for a car today and they had exactly what I wanted! If you go ask for Blake he s a great guy and made me laugh and smile through the whole thing. Brian helped a lot aswell. 100% would recommend.

I had a great experience with this place. Herbert and Stewart took their time to make sure I understood everything, and that I left with a vehicle that I was happy with!! If you're looking for someone who will be patient with you, listen to what you want, honesty, and genuinely care about you leaving with a great experience, I most definitely recommend Dixie Imports!!! I would highly recommend."While I do not take back what was said about Mr. Singleton, I absolutely would NOT recommend Dixie Imports as a place to do business. We have been getting the run around on our truck since the day we pulled it off the lot, which I might add was the only day we had it.We knew something was wrong pulling out of the lot. Turned back, but their mechanic said he didn't want to deal with it. The people in the office said to come back the next day and they would make him fix it. I was on my way with it in the morning with my three kids in the backseat when the front tire falls off on a 55 mph rural road. This truck is on 37s with a six inch lift. It wasn't a gentle breakdown to say the least. I called Dixie several times and they kept saying they were sending a tow truck. So I sat on the side of the road, in a corn field, with three little kids, all day. More than six hours later, many angry phone calls, and my husband getting off work and causing a scene at Dixie, they finally decided to send a truck. But wait, there's more....

Herb was the best! He did not nag or hound us but gave us the space to look but was ready to help when we needed. We got a great car that met all our needs. We were looking at cars in two price ranges but never felt pressure from anyone on staff to stay at the higher range. We bought at nice 2014 Chevy Traverse with three rows of seating. Clean car and they gave us deal when we mentioned items that needed fixed with the car. I will send friends and family their way and tell them to find Herb!

Worst place to buy a vehicle. I bought a vehicle there last year July with an ASC warranty and I was told that l can cancel it anytime, like any other dealership will do. Well, not with this place. Since February, I have reached out several times, drove down there twice from Dayton just to have this warranty which l don't actually need canceled and all l get from them is lie, lie, lie, and lie that they are going to cancel it. This is the second step l am taking to have that warranty canceled. The next step will be the BBB.

Guess no one has time for someone wearing a knee brace & moving a bit slow. Not even a hello in passing, no eye contact at all. The other customers were nice though. It's a shame, they lost a cash customer.Last time I was looking for a car, I almost bought one there- I had one in mind, had credit approval, but because it was 3k over what I wanted to spend- (he said they wouldn't do financing under 10k) I wanted to check a couple more at other lots... Which he knew b4 I did the credit app with his assistant. That salesperson didn't even give me a follow up call.They get 2 stars instead of 1 because -inventory- some of their cars seem to be decent. No accident reported, fairly clean- and pretty in line with pricing compared to other lots.

I have had the best experience coming here and buying a car. I highly recommend Mike to help you. They were busy and he was very attentive to my needs and very understanding to my situation and genuily cared. Him and other here made it possible to get me into a 2013 Honda Civic that was in excellent shape and with low miles. I thought my only option was a buy here pay here and they made it possible to have a better car. Thank you guys so much for all your help!!!

If you going here make sure you ask for Justin. He hooked me up, was very informative about every vehicle I inquired about.. he put me in the car I liked worked extra hard to get my payments where I needed them and set me up with a 2 year warranty.. I had a very pleasant experience there will recommend them! Oh yeah shot out to Karen also she's very persistent..

Great selection of vehicles! We will be back and would recommend!* my above statement was made the night we bought our van and as soon as pulled out of the lot. Herb asked us to leave a review and while I still agree with what I said about him specifically, I however will most definitely NOT be back to ever buy another car from there. We ve had our van now for a couple months. By the end of our first month, we realized very quickly our van wasn t taken care of. Immediately, we noticed the oil light was on and actually mentioned this before leaving the lot, but were told all vehicles had their oil changed and someone must have just forgotten to change the light. Luckily my husband decided to double check the next day because the oil was black as night. Now, I know this is NOT the end of the world, but when you buy a car, I feel this is something that should ve been taken care of. Especially when we were told it was. From there it s been constant fixes and trips to our mechanic. Break pads, tire rods, wheel bearings, and all new tires because the ones sold with our van were completely dry rotted. We will have spent close to 1,000 within the first month of owning our van from this lot and on things that could ve been easily fixed on their end. We also bought the warranty to cover any repairs and only ONE small thing has been covered.The most upsetting part has been the fact our respect and trust with this dealer has been broken after such a smooth buy. I called for days, being promised that they would fix this because they agreed we should ve have had to pay so much money after owning the van for a short period of time (and Christmas time). When I spoke to them on the phone they seemed so understanding and I truly believed they would make it right. I never received one call back after constantly being promised a phone call by the end of the day. This went One for a week before I finally gave up and realized they did not have any intentions of helping us. This seems to ring true to their values of customer care. To say we are frustrated is a complete understatement. I do realize these repairs were fixable and we still have a running vehicle coming from a used dealer. However, if I were comparing dealers, I would definitely want to know about our experience.

Today I just bought a Honda 2011 CR-V! The service here were friendly and willing to help as much as possible. Herbert Singleton was very committed to making sure I was getting what I wanted in a great used car. He is someone that's personable. When you come here just make sure you ask for Herbert Singleton he ll make sure you are taken care of!!

I purchased a Cadillac from there lot. I put down 6k as a down payment. Within 2 weeks of having it I had to pay 7k in repairs. I had the car for less the 24 hours and I went back and asked if I could trade it in for a different one. At first they were acting as if they were willing to help, but then they said they couldn't find my 6k down payment. It turns out that there finance manager stole my down payment from the shop and quit the next day. But the shop tried to make it seem as if I never gave a down payment. At first they were very polite but they will do anything to just make you buy the car. Once it's sold they do not want anything to do with you. DON'T GO HERE

My fiance and I both bought vehicles from here the same day. We were told one thing and come to find out it's another. I'm a customer of theirs and they don't wanna help. So if they treat someone that's gave them money already and my business like that, then why wouldn't they again to someone else? I'm highly disappointed and will NOT recommend doing business here.Earl from here though has tried everything in his power. Just people above him don't try to help or even care.
