Took my car in to have them check on a thumping noise when I turned. They had it for a couple of days, never called me I had to call them, when I showed up to get the car they said that they tightend my muffler but couldn't find anything else wrong with it and it should be OK to drive. Got about .5 miles from their shop and a tire stud broke off and I was missing 2 other lug nuts. I called them to inform them that I was bring the car back for them to fix it I was told that it wasn't their fault because they never took the tire off. So to me either they lied to me or they never did the job I asked them to do in the first place and check everything out. They fixed it but I did still have to pay half the price.

We bought our 07' Ford Explorer from them and they were so nice from the minute we started looking to the second we finalized the sale. Very pleased with our purchase and would recommend them to family and friends as well. We'll definitely go to them for all of our future vehicle purchases.Very honest people and a very nice variety and selection of vehicles. Your definitely not pressured into any vehicle. They let you and help you find the vehicle that is best for you without pressuring you into anything and without breaking the bank.Thanks Dixie Automotive Imports! DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE. They repaired my muffler in a hurry because they wanted to go home and it broke within a few weeks. Refused to fix it for free/discount, and treated me like I was incredibly stupid for even assuming they would. Made an APPOINTMENT with them again to fix it anyways, showed up and they said they were too full and did not apologize. I could not believe it. This is an absolute garbage business. Unless you want to have what they fixed to break within the month, do not go here.

Ya know. This place is great. If something goes wrong in something THEY DID then they fix it ASAP. I saw a few go in that couldn't afford the proper fix and had a bandage put on their broken POS car but overall these guys will do exactly what you ask them to do.
