Bought a 2008 Tacoma from them and have had no issues so far 2k miles in.Pricing was fair and even reduced the price by a few hundred considering the higher dealership fees. Overall good experience working with Q.

My son was in to buy his first truck. We worked with Mike Howard he was very up front and easy to work with. He made the process very easy for my son to understand and walked him through each step. Bought a used 2017 Honda civic, tires were so bald they were bulging out of the sides & they were not replaced. I was told they were within legal tread limit but when I got to the tire shop they said they were shocked I made it there safely. See bulging tire picture attached. Then two days after having the car it died, then it died the following day. I could not unlock the car because the key inside of the fob was not actually cut to any car- so they gave me a key that only worked electrically but not physically. First day I called the dealership the sales manager was supposed to call me back in ten minutes so I let an hour pass and they never called. I called & was finally able to speak with someone I had to deal with my car salesman (Brad) who kept denying anything was wrong with the car. The next day the car died again, so I called again & was told salesman would clock in within 4 mins & to call back so I called back in 15 mins & was told he was out with a customer so I asked he could just call me back & I was told no I had to call back. I have spent an extra $1,000 fixing things that should have been fixed before the car was sold. All I wanted was for the car to be fixed, terrible customer service. Not to mention I made an appointment and told them my intentions were to buy this car, and the finance guy wasn t there, it took him almost two hours to get there. I drove an hour and a half to this place to buy this specific car. Take your business elsewhere, it s not worth it.

Brad - My stepdaughter and I loved the services he gave us. He accommodated us to our situation at all times and did his best in everything to be able to sell us our now "NEW" car! We are now going home with a great experience! Brad was very patient and understanding with us at all times, which is something we really appreciate. He was very kind and professional, and explained in detail the "why" and "how" of things we did not understood. Overall, he is a great worker, thank you for your service!

Poor customer experience. This was our second visit, thought maybe we would give them a second chance to make a good impression. It's over an hour drive for us to get there, waited about an hour for someone to help us after we arrived. I understand they were busy so that part wasn't a big deal. We test drove a vehicle we liked/found online. There was a salesman named Que, he was extremely busy but went out of his way to help as much as he could. He had several customers he was working with at the time so another salesman helped us as well. We Tried to make a deal with him, he told us he worked there part time, he was tired, going home in an hour, stated he did not work off commission so it didn't matter to him if he sold a car or not, and that there is no negotiation on pricing. I sent an email inquiry on the same vehicle, got a phone call from another gentleman. I had a few questions for him, he stated he would find out and call me back. Been over 2 weeks and still have yet to receive a call. Will shop elsewhere.

I wish I could give it a one star! I'm an out of state buyer I worked with Q. Before purchasing the car Q would call me everyday to make the sale. I asked him several times about the condition of the car he told me no scratches, it had just been serviced with new tires and brakes. I received the car with damage on the rear bumper that I was never told about, tires that only one is brand new, and glue that seemed to have been applied on plastic. The car is an all wheel drive vehicle so I don't know how a dealership could only put one new tire and leave another tire with 20% tire tread. They initially told me one price then sent me the paperwork with a completely different price and told me they made an error. The best part is when I received the car and told the manager about my concerns he said he would speak to the owner. The owner stated "I should have paid for a vehicle inspection". Well thanks I know next time never to trust a salesman from your dealership!!

We had an amazing experience all because of Herb! He helped us out with trading in our old car and helping us finance a new one. He worked with us for hours to make sure we got what we needed and we could tell he was helping us out a lot. He was extremely personable, respectful, and fun. I would recommend him to anyone having car issues

So best advice is to avoid this dealership. They have two prices listed. When you start to discuss terms the lower price is cash only price which is not denoted as such anywhere. We were looking at two vehicles, the second car automagically had a deposit or hold placed on it while we were there. Only one other couple was there so how did that happen? They also asked for 250 dollars for us to put the car on hold-cash of course. Then the salesman informed us they had appointments for the following day, so we really needed to decide or pay the 250 to hold it. I would rate them a zero if I could on this site.PS. I started to read the other reviews while there and after we left. They have a 4.1 rating but the high ratings were very short and nondescript while the negative reviews were all lengthy with details. Hmmmm.I would only recommend them to somebody I really really do not like.

Just had the best car buy experience, joining the mini van club haha, with the help of Herb at Cincy Auto Mall! I purchased 2017 raptor. I took it home and when I got on highway I check engine light come on and also breaks started grinding. I took it back and Herb took care of me. They replaced the breaks and rotors and also determined a turbo was bad and ordered it. I still have to come back to have it installed. Herb absolutely took care of all my concerns. I do recommend cincy auto mall and I would definitely ask for Herb!

My husband and I spent hours looking for a vehicle here and Herb Singleton was the most amazing and patient man we have met in the car buying process. He did anything we requested without hesitation. Made an appointment to see a car. I live about an hour away I also asked for a purchase agreement ( for my bank) which I was told they would send. I talked to a lady that day and she was like yes I see that and I ll send it over to you let me get your info, I give her everything and then I get nothing I m setting in my bank wasting their time and mine. I called and no one would answer. I believe they sold the car and that s fine but you could have said something. I just talked to the about 10 minutes before I went to the bank. They just lost out I would have still been willing to look at other cars.
