Had a disagreement with the manager so I gave a1 star review. Since then we have resolved the issue with the management and they were helpful great place for new auto body panels

they re terrible. how tf do i go in there asking for a 2020 civic parts then they give me the wrong part? and when i go back to replace they won t take it back.

Customer Service was absolutely the greatest I've experienced Matt The Manager was very helpful and David Hauser as well if I ever need body parts I know where too go CertiFit.

If I could give you zero stars I would...... I have personally used CertiFit for at least 8 plus years at all of our locations. I have had to return products very rarely..... how ever, it is like pulling teeth from a crocodile to return ANYTHING !!!!!! I purchased a drivers side mirror..... they sent a passenger side mirror..... I called and they were out of stock of the drivers side mirror. I was told to keep calling back and check in..... long story short I have a mirror that is of no good to me. They refused to return the mirror even knowing that the mirror I need is less money and they would not return the difference I will not , nor will my other store locations be purchasing from CertiFitr EVER AGAIN !!!!!

It was above any customer service that I have seen in years. The staff was perfect. Dave took my original call and was wonderful. He helped me through each step. I know nothing about car parts but they made me fell comfortable and confident. The order and pick up service impressed me greatly.THANK YOU. YOU ARE ALL WONDERFUL YOUNG MEN !!

Aftermarket autobody parts very reasonable parts , but check your parts nothing to do with employees they were very nice , I have got a couple parts that were damaged most likely in shipping all parts are foriegn made

Very good parts for my vehicle. Very good price as well. The only thing I didn t like it is the customer service. It s kind of little rude. First i gave him what kind of parts im looking for than he told me to option I wasn t know the different between standard and Capa, so i asked him and he said I don t understand your question. I told him the question again then he said its the same. I asked him so why theres a different name that doesn t make any sense. He got angry and told me if i need the parts or no. I said yes i need the capa and I still wasn t know the different.

Great customer service know there parts way cheaper than keystone. The reason they don't take damage parts because u signed on bottom of receipt saying you inspected the parts and there good they don't know if it got damaged during transit. If you see what I see how people throw parts in there car and truck you see why there damage take it easy when you put your parts in you car and truck. It's like when u buy a new car and wreck it and trying to return the new car and say it was that way

We ordered a bunch of parts to repair one of our fleet customers vehicles. The parts were delivered shoved in the back of some kids car and another guys pickup truck. The hood we ordered was damaged and they refused to return it after 5 days. The bumper cover we ended up not needing we had our driver run back to them, a courtesy because we didn't want to make a new supplier drive back down here. They refused to take the return without a paper receipt, wouldn't take an emailed receipt per PDF even though we started an account. They agreed to drive down and pickup the part and receipt but never showed up. So we ended up having to drive their again to drop it off. In the end it has been a horrible experience and their is no way we can do business with them. I wouldn't recommend them, and now I'm stuck repairing a new hood that was damaged so I feel the need to express our experience to others.

Super cheap the bumpers are straight trash only go here if you do not care about the car.... cheap. Edit they are cheap for a reason just looking for a cheap fix they are the go to...

Dudes could have been much nicer. The 1st guy was a bit rude. I don't care if it is close time to go home. We bought 2 head lights n three tail lights! That reason to act right!

We use to order from certifit (sortafit) consistentlyconsistently but the parts ALWAYS have some damage that add man hrs to our already overloaded body shop. It worth the extra part price to get from keystones.

Great place for finding new body panels they do a wonderful job of making sure you receive a Flawless panel and if you don't they'll make sure to swap it out for a new one. They have just about any part you can think of

Part truck driving undafely. High speeds swerving in and put of heavy traffic. I know you have parts to sell. However causing an accident to sell parts is unethical.

Worst customer serviceI did buy hood for. 2017 they give me 2009 go back there to exchange next day they refused to take it back I did go tru 3 hoods before but other one for $110 when first day I payed $90 complete ripoff

If there were 0 stars I would give them that. They are difficult to work with and have no customer service skills. The young man that said he was the manager was terrible. I would love to talk to the General Manager or the owner.

They use to be a friendly vendor they lost my information and it cost me the parts were more than they quoted me on the phone by 15 dollars had to go all the way back to Batavia ohio and to westchester a second time over 15 dollars if i didn't have to go there i wouldnt unfortunately they are a necessary evil in the i want everything cheap body shop industry that all the dealseakers require oh just go ahead and blow a little paint on that side while your painting a mirrior on the opposite side of the car

Almost any part you will find. Easy and friendly staffs but make sure you know what you are looking for. It makes the transaction easier.
