I have had work done here several times. On my 2020 Tundra, my wife s 2015 jeep, my 2011 Tacoma (Two different times) A 2019 Dodge charger, my brothers car, my daughters car .. It has always been a 5 star experience!! The work done has always been over the top! Never a bad experience and the kindness and professionalism has always made me feel like I m way more important than I actually am. Thank you for that!! I can honestly say that if I ever need a body shop again, I will never go anywhere else but here!These people have always went well above and beyond on every level from making sure my rental was taken care of to calling me with weekly updates, explaining exactly what was going on , dealing with the insurance company for me to just checking on me to make sure I was ok. Super great staff! Super great company and super great work!! Thank you all so very much!!!

Strongly recommend! They did such a great job at fixing my bumper. Replaced it all decent timing too! Also it looks like they may have tried to fix some other dents which I appreciate!

They replaced my backup camera from an accident and had to take off bumper and fix a few other things. They also washed and cleaned the outside and inside of my car and left it smelling like new! FOLLOW UP: the paint on my bumper after their redo has cracked everywhere. looks like they didnt add a flex agent.After long consideration, I've decided to post this as the team tried to correct some issues, but I have found too many serious issues to ignore. I've previously taken two cars to Johnny V's/Carstar of North Fairfield, sent several friends and neighbors, and sent business to have signs painted there. Unfortunately my last experience with them flipped my view.Under a fender I have exposed bare metal, and what looks like welder-blown through holes and bare body filler showing.The paint literally peeled off my bumper, admitted to wrong prep work, which they resprayed, unfortunately now with some inconsistent textures.Turn signals were not reconnected. Side markers were not reconnected.Didnt install my fender liners, which caused my turn signal wires to get pulled into my tires and required new harnesses. Fender liners have since been installed, but I have found nearly a half dozen plastic rivots missing or the wrong size throughout. Nuts holding turn signals in were finger tight and one was missing.The underside of my car, theres a body plug that isnt sealed where it was dented.Theres a two foot long paint run on a rocker, a run above my tail lens, paint runs at my door jambs, several dozen nibs, orange peel thats inconsistent from the top to bottom of a panel. Bad tape lines painting over fender liners and trim. Overspray and marks on neighboring panels that were not painted.This car was a consistent show car and part time race car, now Im searching for another shop to fix this mess.

They did a great job on the damage to my Bronco. They made my interior sparkle! The girls in the office were helpful in explaining how Enterprise worked about the rental. They kept me updated about the progress on my vehicle.

The service was great on the car. always got updates every few days to know when the job will be completed. The staff is very great and friendly. I had my car dropped near Christmas eve to be completed within a few weeks. I will be using service here if I am in the area here in Ohio. first experience was great.
