I had a slow leak in my rear right tire so I went to the tire store where I bought it. I was told it couldn t be repaired so I had to replace it. They told me Michelin didn t make that particular tire anymore so, I would have to replace all four tires with the a new line of Michelin tires. The other option was to put a different brand tire on, and I would have to wait two to three hours. I didn t want different tires on my car so I left there and called a different tire store. The other store told me they would have to order the tire if they could find it, and it would take two to three days.I remembered the service I received from Best One Tires in the past so I thought I d pop in there to see what they could do. They agreed that the tire couldn t be repaired. I said I wanted the same Michelin tire that I had on it. I was working with a gentleman named Mike I believe. He said well let me see if I can get it. I was doubtful since I was told Michelin didn t make that particular tire anymore. About 15 to 20 minutes later, Mike comes back and said I could come to the counter and pay as they were pulling my car around. I m thinking I was prepaying for the ordered tire. I asked if he had to order the tire. He said he picked it up and its already its on the car. I couldn t believe it! I was there less than an hour with a brand new Michelin tire that I wanted. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. It wasn t lost on me that they even cleaned the rim. I was extremely happy with the service and the attention I received. I strongly recommend Big One Tires and going forward, that will be my first choice for replacement tires and tire repair. Thanks Mike and team. Great job!!

If you want good prices and expert tire services this is the place for you. No frills... just knowledgeable people who care about doing it right. I had my Class C RV fixed up with new tires here. Molly took care of ordering the correct tires for me and getting all the information I needed for a smooth transaction. Enjoyed doing business with them!

Highly organized and professional. I had all six tires replaced. Chad Campbell was the lead person and managed everything perfectly. He is warm, friendly and eager to share his knowledge with me. Chads team removed the old tires, mounted the new set, dynamically balanced the wheels, diagnosed a problem with my prior set valve extenders. He had me on my way having enjoyed the entire experience. Chad, I can't thank you and the team enough. I'll definitely be back.

Thank you Best One Tire!!! Robert was able to find us a tire for our RV late last night and sent a mobile tech out to the RV park this morning to repair the existing tire. Didn't need the new tire but they came prepared. Best Ever!!!

If you are a commercial account and need tire work, either at their shop or in the field, this company is hard to beat. Responsive, fair pricing and knowledgeable. I've been dealing with Best One for over 20 years and have never had an issue that wasn't quickly and easily resolved. Do not hesitate to call for semis, construction equipment, trailers, etc.

Worst customer service ever. Do not use this company ever. Tires are in worse shape than they were when I dropped it off. And the owner is jerk, wow. They will not give me my money back for their poor quality of work.

This is by far the worst tire shop in town, 2 days in a row they make me wait 2 hours just to get an alignment when I already had an appointment.
