Guy was not willing to help me and did not even act like he wanted to be there. Will not go back to this location again. Went to the auto zone in Hamilton and the gentlemen was so helpful.

Absolutely the best service ever! Fred Blair was so very helpful, going above and beyond, changing a battery in my car for one I had bought there and showing me exactly how to change it as he was doing it. All on a Sunday, late afternoon! Very professional and courteous, I will be going to that Auto Zone from now on.

I bought wiper blades and bulbs for my taillight that was out. The young lady replaced both for me and I really appreciate their help at AutoZone! They are so helpful and friendly!!

Friendly and helpful staff. They're a bit slow to the register or to help you sometimes, but this location also seems to be rather busy everytime I visit as well. So far everyone at this location has been great. They all help each other out on the fly and get people what they need as well as in and out as fast as they can. Thanks for a rather solid retail experience.

Terrible. Not once but twice I went in, in the matter of a month and the customer service is atrocious. First time I waited in line for nearly an hour to be helped so I could purchase a car battery for my van. I left and took my business elsewhere. I called corporate and discussed the matter with the regional manager who said it could ve just been a busy day (mind you, it was 10am on a Thursday). Fast forward a month later (today). I needed a bulb to replace in my car. Picked it up, waited in line for 20 minutes. Finally when the manager came in from whatever he was doing, he helped a customer who came to the desk AFTER I did... I asked politely, Is there not a line? . The manager looked puzzled as I put the bulb down and informed him I had this same issue once before with their lack of customer service. This place needs a complete overhaul and incorporate better customer service training. Terrible terrible terrible!

These guys/gals are always very helpful. Most if not all are knowledgeable or at least can fake it with enough skill to help you get what you need. I don't say "fake" it as a derogatory term. I just mean that I really don't know the amount of training that they receive in order to get you the exact part you need every time you need it. Customer service is usually always VERY GOOD. For the person who needs help with changing wiper blades or a battery, they will do it for you in most if not all cases without charge. The loan a tool program is great. So, if for instance you go to get your battery tested hoping it wasn't bad, then finding it is bad, you can purchase a new battery on the spot & borrow the tools necessary to change it for free. Then drive away from the store with the assurance that your problem is solved. Great store. I only give 4 stars because 5 stars assumes no room for improvement. Which at Autozone & most other businesses there is. So, 4 stars it is.

Gotta be the worst service ever. When walked up to counter ol boy made no effort to ask anything. Just glared at me. Ask were breakline was to be informed back here. When I then ask for a length he replied " Ain't got it. " The whole time he maintained the hateful glare. The break line may not have been a big sale but the rotors, drums, caliper and pads may have.

After doing my own research before entering the business, I knew what I needed. Cashier was sure to put his 2 cents in without me asking for it, told me incorrect directions for the item I was purchasing. After telling him he was wrong, another cashier chimed in with yet more incorrect directions. I'm no car expert, but I do know that when something says DO NOT ADD WATER, that I shouldn't add water. Don't trust these guys for advice.

There were only two staff members and they were packed due to a lot of people having battery issues so the line was long. However the 2 guys who were working were on it. Michael helped me and he was great!!

It says online they can look up your purchase and don't need a receipt for returns as long as you know the date you bought it, but I was told otherwise once I got there. So, I was a little disappointed today, but other than that, they are a great store with a great variety of car supplies. Pretty much a car heaven.

Great service. Needed a check engine light tested and it was super fast and free. They looked up my parts and were able to ballpark a repair estimate at local shops.So glad I stopped here first.

My mom and I stopped at auto zone to purchase windshield wipers, it was sprinkling out, the guy, I will not say his name put the wipers on, but as I left Fairfield the driver's side wiper came loose I could not see anything since it was raining harder. So if it doesn't look right say so! Even if they are the professionals!

Great employees! Great parts! Ok prices, iv never had a problem. You can always return every thing no mater the issue. Alot of the stuff has 2 year warrentys to life time.

It was a helpful experience. They don't have a part I needed in stock but the called around to different auto zones for me and got them to hold it until I got there.
