I have been a fan/customer of the Superior group for years. They have always taken great care of me in both sales and service! This was the first time I ve been back since they switched to Jeff Wyler and I received the same great service. Thankfully, they retained Leah. She is, I think, head of the service department at Jeff Wyler Acura and she knows her stuff! She can tell you anything you need to know about any car on the lot, including how to work the radio and the seats. She is super nice and very efficient. She s the reason I enjoy coming to get my oil changed and other repairs done there. The reason I keep coming back is the service team. They are so great about letting me know if anything else is wrong with my car, and they are fair and honest. They truly seem to be about SERVICE and not trying to nickel and dime everyone who comes in. I appreciate the status report they give me after my oil change. I came in for a replacement tire not too long ago, and not only was it reasonably priced, but they also found a little damage from a previous owner under my car and they gave me some advice about how to avoid making it worse. Other places would have tried to sell me on expensive, unnecessary body work. I wholeheartedly recommend Jeff Wyler Acura s service department! If you are LOOKING for a car, hit up Eddie Williams at Jeff Wyler (formerly Superior) KIA on Mitchell Avenue. He has access to all the Jeff Wyler lots and will take very good care of you. We ve bought several used cars from him and we ve been nothing but pleased with the experience.

Stop in just to browse and went home with a new car. Our sales person Ben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We received a great trade in value for our car. When it came time to signing the papers Brandon the financial coach went over everything and answered all our questions. Our experience at Jeff Wyler Acura of Fairfield was very pleasant, we never felt like we needed to run for the hills!

The purchase of my Acura was a very pleasant process I had an excellent salesperson to work with who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Great experience with the service department. I was able to get in for service within A reasonable period of time. They provided me with a nice loaner car to drive while my car was being serviced. My car was ready when they said it would be.The reason I only gave them for stars, was because I expected my car to be washed when I picked it up.

Service was prompt and as described. Could feel the improvement in my MDX's handling immediately. Reps had loaner vehicle available upon my arrival and kept me informed of status of my vehicle. Very pleased with every aspect of my visit. Thanks a bunch Ladies and Gents.

Automotive maintenance and repair has always been and continues to be a bit expensive. Such is the cost of doing business. However, excellence isn't always guaranteed.My experience with the service department at Wyler Acura was nothing short of excellent in spite of my particular automotive woes. There was courtesy and professionalism in abundance in both the front and back of the house.Highly recommended. Might even go there again myself, when I can afford it, that is.

Had a amazing experience with Jeff. He was super cool and professional. My family relocated from Dallas and he is also from Dallas. One of the coolest people that I ve met in Cincinnati. The people were extremely friendly!!! Everyone was extremely helpful, especially when they found a lower rate than the one I was approved for!! I seen and talked to 4 gentlemen, but only seem to remember 2, and that is Ben and Brandon, but all 4 were great!!!

Best auto service there is. I'm on my fourth Acura, and this is the only place in town I'll have them serviced. Friendly service advisors (Leah is great), knowledgeable techs, never gotten bad advice from any of them.

This is a life safety issue. This dealer replaced the rear driver side brake rotor and did not reattach the bracket correctly. The brake rotor is held on by 2 bolts and one fell out leaving the assembly hanging. We had to coordinate the tow truck as well as we were told by the dealer we don t have a tow truck. Well you know what, neither do we. The week before the bolt fell out this car was driving through the mountains of North Carolina with our 3 month old granddaughter in the back seat!

Keith kept me updated every day. While I was not happy with that I needed repairs, I am confident that the repairs were needed and completed in a professional manner. Service department applied a coupon which lowered my cost significantly.

I was not able to get any help from the dealer ship to update my Acura RDX Navi maps as I was having issues while updating from USB.They did not offer any help at all.I won t be going to Jeffry Wyler anymore .Will stick to Columbia Acura
