Every time I go to this store they try to rip me off,,, They have their own policies. I would recommend them to get air from at this store and nothing else. Not only trying to rip me off they put my new Nissan on the rack then lifted it by the door they forgot to close. This place is a joke. Sad but true.

Dropped off vehicle for repair. Was told later in the day that they don't have the tools and equipment to repair vehicles with tires that big. But please pay us for our time because we did look at it.

UPDATE 3/7/2023:Went to replace my rear brake pads (myself) recently and discovered that I have 3 lugnuts on the drivers side rear wheel that appear to have had a socket pounded onto them and are now well rounded off. Took an hour to get one wheel off. Classy - Screw it up and don't even bother to replace a couple of lugnuts.Do not go here if you value your wheels! Went in for a new TPMS sensor. They found that 2 were bad, not just the one. After that repair was completed there were two identical pea size chips in the powder coat of both of those wheels. I returned a few days later to discuss the issue and they were happy to trade some work for the damage. In the meantime a third sensor went out so they agreed to replace my other two sensors at no charge due to the chips in my two wheels. Upon picking up the vehicle after the other two sensors were replaced I discovered more gouges in a third wheel but this time even worse than the first two. They denied responsibility on that one. These guys had been great to me for a long time in their old building but something has changed since they moved into their new building.

Stopped by first thing in the morning due to a nail in my tire. Jason, the manager, handled 4 customers all at once and was the one to actually take care of my tire himself.We have all 4 of our family vehicles serviced here and always happy with the service.Thanks Jason!

Back in November, I brought my vehicle in as I had concerns that the tread was separating from the casing of my tires. The store manager had stated this was normal. However, as time went on the cracks appeared to be deeper and longer and I notice a vibration at a higher speed. I called to make an appointment on a Saturday and when I showed up to that appointment the store manager was not there. I had to reschedule as I wanted to speak directly with him. I came in a few days later and he still stood by his original diagnosis that the tires were perfectly fine and even compared them to another tire that actually was on a vehicle longer and had zero issues. My husband then stepped in and reached out to a Nokian representative and they requested photos and agreed the tires were defective.The Nokian representative told me to schedule an appointment and the tires would be taken care of, but I was responsible for the install, balancing, and mounting etc. Friday, July 29th I had my appointment scheduled for 12:30 PM. My vehicle did not get worked on until almost 2 PM. The vehicle finally got done around 3 PM. I was irritated about that as I took a day off work for this and didn t think it should have taken that long especially with an appointment. On my way home, I got to about 35-40 MPH my steering wheel started vibrating. I called my husband and he told me to bring it to his work to reassure the lug nuts were tight. However, he noticed 3 out of 4 wheels were not balanced. I have a receipt where I was charged $230 that included the balancing. I don t think it is right that I was charged when my husband ended up having to take time out of his work day to do the job that should have been completed before I left Bob Sumerel parking lot.

Been going to this place since my kids was in elementary and now they both grown and I still go their and my daughter also and if you have Triple AAA you can used it because they accept it and can get you signed up as well for the discount

Great service always!! Love coming here.. Jason, joey and Mr. Mike. Always great service on my Cadillac Escalade. Always take care of my tires when I need air with no problem. This guys are great. We will keep coming here and recommend AAA Bob service..

This was our first visit, best customer service. Danny was so knowledgeable with our foreign Jetta. We felt price was fair for the service repair. Given 1 year free membership for AAA. They have gained new customers. Thank you Danny & Jason you rock.

Our truck brakes went out so we had it towed to the Fairfield Bob Sumerel location. They said the repairs would be $4000.00. They have repaired the brakes in the past but even with the work they did it was still $4000.00 to fix. We had the truck towed to an actual mechanic and he fixed it for $800.00. He said they just charged you for everything they could and hoped you took the bait. Don't trust this place, find an actual mechanic.

I took my car in to get the light replaced for my front headlight and I had the light with me. They charged me $43 just to install the lightbulb but was told that my car needed a diagnostic ran which would cost $99 because the wiring was bad and the light still didn't work. The Bob Sumeral clerk informed that the headlight had to be replaced as well with new wires because water damaged the light.... I refused the service and went to Autozone and they ran the diagnostic FREE and I bought the part needed for $150.00..... this doesn't look good for Bob Sumeral because I always trusted them but the guy there tried to cheat me.

Terrible experience there. Recommeding stuff not needed the guys half do their job. I asked for a oil change and the tire rotation was free and these guys didn't touch any of my tires. How did I know? Because one rim was marked. Service was so bad I had to go make sure they changed the oil and oil filter. Never had this problem when it was owned by Ken Kirsch. Bob Sumerel just lost all of my business

Used to use this location for all my automotive needs until recently. I went in to have a noise inspection done on my front end. When I requested to have it looked at they printed off a paper to sign that said it was gonna be 29.99 to inspect my truck. If I get the work done there that money goes towards the cost. I m sorry but if you don t trust your pricing can compete with the competitors to go so far to charge for inspections then you have lost my business. There are plenty of other shops in the area that are confident in their pricing that don t charge for possible businesses.

DO NOT GO HERE. Under any circumstances, choose another store. Need an oil change? Go to valvoline. I'm out over $3,000 AND A CAR! If you have a check engine light, take it to a dealership. Instead of doing their job and performing a diagnostic, they went for the quick route. Now, we have 1 car, and it will cost +$8,000 to fix my car because they DID THE WRONG JOB!!! Go anywhere, stay away from this store. After being told of the problem they caused AND ENDANGERED MY CHILD they did not care to address us!!

I had a leak in my tire after work and once I got there they took me in immediately. Fixed my tire and I was out in 15 min. I was very pleased. They did a great job.

Tried to overcharge me and when I put that in my customer satisfaction survey they called me and tried to claim that it was necessary because of parts costs. Prices have gone up yes, but that's no reason to charge $780 for spark plug maintenance that should be $250 max. Ridiculous scammers.

I wanted to tell you that this girl was very helpful so was this guy help me out with fixing my tire on my 2004 Ford explorer sport Trac and I was crying I had someone from my job slice my tire on the passenger side rear they showed me and my friend somman what had happened I'm glad you hired nice helpful people like them if I knew names I'll tell you this was a red bank road

Great service for a reasonable price. I blew my tire and they were able to get it replace for only 107 with labor. Quick service and super friendly. Will be going here more often for tire needs.

Never been there before but very glad I stopped in. I had a nail in my tire that I had fixed. While there they had a offer for 2 aaa memberships for one year for a total cost of $58.00. One tow costs almost twice that much. Go in and see Jason while that deal is still on!

First garage I have ever been to, and I have been to A LOT of garages, who charges you for a diagnotics (twice) even if they do the work. NOT HAPPY with their service. Talked to them on the phone twice to get clarification and was NEVER told about that $120 charge. Will find someone else to work on my car. Thank you.

Love this place! They do great work however I would like to know what the hell Spencer does? I've seen this kid stand around on his phone. Stare at customers not doing anything. Bothering the people at the front desk when my car has been done for at least a half hour and hes not doing anything.

Terrible customer service. Starting with the manager. Would not recommend this place if you want or need tires. Only excuse from him was human error. Not sure how you run a business selling tires an don't order them after appointment was set an 2 seperate trips there prior.Replied to alleged owner email address below. As of 2/26/20 no response. The terrible customer service obviously runs throughout this business. Not recommend at all.

I would give zero stars if possible. Twice now they have put recalled tires on my moms truck. Then come to find out they lied on the paperwork. The number on the tires do not match the number on the paper. Not to mention the poor customer service. Commenting on how dirty the rims are is unnecessary and uncalled for.

I went and had an oil change done and was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the customer service is there! Dwayne and his crew are awesome. I highly recommend going there for your car needs! I had an amazing time there!

I took my sons car here three different times and all three times they found the problem and fixed three different issues. We still have the same initial problem wrong with the vehicle... so my question is did I get three things fixed on the car that didn t even need fixed or can they not figure out the real problem????
