I luckily found Miller's Collision Center by word of mouth. Great quality service from start to finish. Their labor was a little higher than the insurance would agree to, but there's a reason. Van looks as good as the day we got it! Worth every penny! Josh, Jeff, Morgan, thank you!

TLDR this place is amazing. The transparency and quality of work here settled all of my anxieties and solidified this 5 stars.It s been just under a year since I got my car back as I write this.6 days after I got the keys to my new WRX (150 miles) another driver ran a light and we collided. Because the car was a brand new model and at the time there were supply chain issues it took 8 months to get it back. They called very often to give me updates as parts trickled in, status of new parts, and even invited me down to take a look at everything. Jeff even showed me around and explained how they do things. They were able to acquire authorization for a significant number of parts beyond what the initial estimate was for and Jeff s words were, this is a brand new car. I m giving you back a brand new car. When I finally got my car back I was still waiting for a fog light cover to come in, but I chose to take the car because I was sick of a rental and wanted my car back. They called me as soon as the part came in, I drove over and they immediately popped it on. Everything was so smooth and they were on top of everything. The paint match on the hood and front bumper was perfect (solar orange), and it wasn t exactly super straight forward as this was a brand new color from Subaru. In fact, given how early I got the car and got in an accident, I m pretty sure I was the first person they ever matched this specific paint to. After all was said and done, Jeff wasn t lying. They gave me back a brand new car. A year later and I ve taken so much of this car apart and put it back together and I have found 0 short cuts, oversights, or otherwise faulty/lazy work.

My truck was repaired here after a pretty serious collision. Jeff Miller and his staff (Wendy) were amazing. Wonderful customer service! They truly care about your satisfaction and providing high quality workmanship in a timely manner. In fact, I almost think my truck looks BETTER than before. They took the time to wash, wax, and detail the interior before returning it to me. I couldn't be more pleased.

Received minor damage to my vehicle. Called and was told they didn t do that type of repair even though I read reviews on here that say otherwise. Do yourself a favor and go to an honest body shop

I've visited Miller's Collision Center twice. Both times I was impressed with their service. First visit was to replace the driver's seat in my van. They checked their computer and were able to locate a replacement seat at a nearby salvage company. I picked up the seat and brought it to Miller's and they installed it to my complete satisfaction. The repair bill was less than I expected.The second visit was to get an estimate for some surface scratches on the front and back of my van. Mr. Miller suggested an alternate method whereby I could touch up the scratches myself. He even looked up the part number of a repair kit that could be used to hide the scratches. He gave me a chance to save a bucket of money.His facility is very clean with great looking repair shop buildings.If you need any kind of a repair as far as body and/or paint work , I highly recommend this business.Service: Painting

A stolen vehicle crashed into my front left side in the middle of the night. I took it to Miller's for repair, and two weeks after I received my car back, the front left wheel fell off. I had it towed back Miller's, who refused to fix it and said they don't work on suspension. They said the tire fell off due to the old age of the vehicle, it's a 2014 and not even 10 years old or 150k miles yet. They even told my insurance that the tire falling off was unrelated to the initial accident, (even though it was the exact same tire damaged in the accident) so insurance refused to cover it. Now I'm out $1200 and have ptsd from driving due to the wheel falling off while driving. This has been a nightmare, and I am pursuing a lawsuit against Miller's for negligence. I wrecked the back passenger door to my car and was referred to Miller's Collision Center. Josh gave me estimates for self-pay and through insurance. Initially, I had planned to pay out of pocket, but finally decided to go through my insurance. I contacted my insurance company and Josh took care of the rest. I dropped my car off and the rental car agency was there within minutes to get me in a rental car. After my car was fixed, I dropped the rental car off with Josh and Jeff and went on my way. I was so pleased when I saw my car. I asked whether my tires were low and Josh offered to fill all of the tires! This place goes above and beyond for their customers. Awesome service! They kept me informed more than my own insurance company did in what was going on with my vehicle and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed when talking to them. Cannot recommend this business enough.

Miller's is by far the best body shop in the area. Their work is superb. Might be a little more $$ than other places, but you get what you pay for (at least your insurance company does.) Highly recommend

I broke my bumper due to sliding into a pile a snow. Miller s Collision Center gave me an immediate quote for the damage, which was a very reasonable price. I have car problems consistently but this is the best experience I ve had. Definitely did a great job. Very professional and friendly. Great customer service. First let me say WOW! These people are the best ever! Life savers! If you need any kind of collision work etc. Miller's is the place to go. I am a reservist at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton and on a Sunday someone hit my car on base and nearly totaled it. I quickly looked for collision centers with good reviews and found Miller's and had my car towed there even though they were not open (since it was Sunday). Monday morning I called and let them know of the situation and immediately Josh took control of the situation and provided me with all information and updates. They kept me informed of progress and my insurance adjuster said he has never worked with a better collision shop than Millers. They take care of their customers and treat them right, there were no surprises and I knew of everything that was going on. They did an amazing job fixing my subaru. I was hit recently for the first time and had no idea the process. They kept me informed and dealt with the other person's insurance company. I did not feel like the middle woman which was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised how quick they were able to fix all of my damage. Hopefully I won't need to go back, but I would use them again if needed.

Over the last 12 months I have had both my new vehicles repaired there, and one of them recently from being hit again. Jeff and his team do an amazing job, and they do it right. Unlike like these "Preferred Insurance Shops" that focus on quantity, Miller's focuses on quality. Jeff and his team are extremely friendly, courteous, professional, and take of the hassles with the insurance companies. It good to now that there are still honest and reputable companies that do collision repair right.

Jeff and Josh are #1 in my book. I first came to them with a cracked right hand rear view mirror. They perfectly matched the color and in a day and a 1/2, it was finished!This time my front bumper was dragged off. I had to call my insurance and literally did not have to worry about anything. They ordered an Enterprise rental that picked me up and had me back on the road in less than 45 minutes! MILLER COLLISION is awesome!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my Subaru bumper replaced at Miller s. I couldn t have been happier with the quality of work done! Wendy and Jeff were great to work with. I was expecting much longer for repair than the two days it actually took. My car was cleaned and vacuumed when I picked it up! That was a pleasant surprise!

After a car accident, we brought our car to Miller's to get inspected. Dealing with the insurance company was a nightmare. The staff at miller's provided top notch customer service, expert knowledge on the situation and extreme care. We are overwhelmingly grateful and appreciative for their help throughout this difficult situation. I ve been rear ended twice now in 2019 by stupid, distracted drivers. Both times I ve had to get my car into Miller s, who s fabulous! I just picked my BADLY damaged car up and it looks wonderful! Dealing with insurance was no fun but Wendy in the office was with me every step of the of the way. They do top notch work and I appreciate they re help!

I have used them again because of my first fantastic experience. I was not let down. Their work is outstanding and they went up and beyond with me and my wife on both occasions. I hope I do not need them again but if I do. I will come here. Jeff and Josh are great to work with.

Jeff Miller and staff fixed the front end damage on my new Subaru Outback! Millers came highly recommended by Wagner Subaru and I can see why! They returned my car looking as good as the day I bought it! They even went above and beyond and buffed out some scratches on my door after I asked about getting them out! I couldn't be happier! High quality and professional staff!! I highly recommend Millers!!

Don t call them with a question and expect help. I called asking if they had anyway to open my door without breaking or damaging my door, as it will not open from the inside or outside. The man on the line had a big attitude and said that it should open from either the inside or the outside. I tried to explain to him that I had my dealership look at it and they said the wire to the latch was disconnected and to reconnect it and my door will open. He immediately followed up my question with even more of an attitude and asked why they didn t fix it if they knew so much. Super unprofessional, I was just trying to have a question answered. Will never do business at this location.

We took our Outback to Jeff after we had a sub par repair from a insurance referred shop, he went above and beyond to do the right thing and get our vehicle fixed like it should have been the first time. Jeff and Wendy were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process and even after!

This place was terrible. I went there based on a recommendation and it has been a nightmare. I needed a new gas door with spring for my Pontiac Vibe. Over 1 month ago, I went there and they ordered the gas door (assuming that the spring would be included), but the part only showed the door (spring sold separately). Once I went to have the door put on, that's when they informed me that spring was not included and the part had been discontinued by the manufacturer. They ended up gerry rigging (not sure of spelling) something to tide me over. I understand that there is nothing that they can do about a discontinued part. However, the owner called around and was faxed a list of all the places across the country that have the spring for my car in their inventory. Jeff contacted Toyota and ordered a spring through them instead. Today (04/17/18) I went to have the spring put on and it doesn't fit. I said to Jeff, "So the next option is to actually contact the phone numbers listed on your fax and get the correct part (specific for my car) shipped?" He then stated, "No, I think what you have works just fine. I have no idea how much shipping will cost for the part." ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!?!?!? It wasn't my fault that Jeff didn't realize that the spring wasn't included with the door when he ordered it. Its not right to half way do the job. I will never be recommending them to anyone!

Would give them 0 stars if I could.Called to see what an estimate would be for some hail damage I had to a car. They said I had an estimate from the insurance and asked why I needed another one. One I wanted to know what you were going to charge before doing business with this company, and as soon as I said the person slammed down the phone on me.Good lord like I dont have right to choose what company I do business with...glad it's not this one.

Hello All. Recently I used Miller's Collision when I had an accident and a deer hit my car. The owner and the staff is wonderful and is customer service Focus vs Insurance Focus!!!! I highly recommend this organization and staff. They are very helpful and will assist you any way they can!

Miller's is a great shop that does stellar work. I would highly recommend! They are professional and just really great people too.
