I want to thank Jim s so much for fixing our Jeep renegade that was broken into, the window was completely shattered and the panels were broke off, it s Christmas week and places are really busy, these guys got us in on the same day the incident happened and the next day it was fixed and look as what we had originally.

Got my Lexus bumper conversion painted to color match. Turned out absolutely gorgeous, and I m happy with the people I got to work with! Sandy, and Mike took great care of me and left me with a huge grin on my face!

They did an outstanding collision repair job on my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek hybrid plugin. Mike, Steven, and Sandy were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Professional work, excellent communication, flexibility, and keep up of schedule. I highly recommend them.

Jim s collision did an excellent job on my Kia Soul. An accident destroyed the front right part of the car. Mike not only made it look brand new, but also cleaned it inside and out. I highly recommend Jim s collision to all who need any work done on their car!

Took my daughter's car to Jim's for an estimate on Friday afternoon and they were able to get the car in the following week. We dropped off the car late on Monday afternoon and it was finished by Friday afternoon. The work was perfect and the car was sparkling when we picked it up. They did a great job and was so nice and friendly. Jim's will have all my body work business going forward!!

Had some body repair needed done. It took about 8 days, but I would wait that long again for the results. Can't even tell that there were deep dents/paint missing and scratched. Great work and great service from Jim's. I will return if I have future issues with my vehicle.

I took my mustang to Jim's to fix my front bumper after a recent deer strike and to repair some hail damage from a storm earlier this year. I couldn't be happier with the end results! My car looks as good as new and the whole process was straightforward. All in all, it took about 3-4 weeks (some delay caused by the car needing to have the AC recharged at the dealership and the holiday weekend), but the wait was well worth it for the quality of the service! I would highly recommended Jim's!

Incredibly professional and committed to customer service. They were not satisfied with the job they did on the rear door of my van so they did not charge me. Told me to bring it back and they would do better. That is a rare degree of customer service. They are my go-to people for body work

Very professional. Excellent communication. Skilled at working with the insurance company and getting quality replacement parts. Goes the the extra mile: Last minute delay resulted in the work not being completed until late Friday afternoon at a time when I could not get to the shop. Employee opened the shop early on Saturday morning so that I could pick up. That extra effort wasn't required, but it was greatly appreciated!

I had a bumper replaced by this shop on a 2019 Challenger that was struck by a rock on the highway they bought and painted a new bumper for me. It took them 3 weeks to paint and mount a bumper and when I went to pick up the car the newly painted bumper had a deep scratch in it and somehow they scratched the front splitter on my bumper so bad that they had to buy me another one which they did but they also managed to cheat me out of a petty $75 when it came time for me to pay the bill which was over $2000. So no I would never recommend this body shop to anyone.

Went to Jim's to get an estimate for dented tailgate. Lo and behold they had a tailgate on hand that fit my truck and already painted. They were able to fit me right in and within 45 minutes had a new tailgate at a very resonance price. This was the second time I've used Jim's and each time they were very friendly, professional and were able to get the job done in a reasonable time and costWould recommend them for any coll9sion/ body work that you need done

Needed my air dam repaired and they repaired it within a half hour and said it was a simple easy repair where Grismer didn't even try and Grismer was talking about new this and new that at $250 but Jim's didn't charge a dime. That's right, one of the guys took care of it at no charge and was very honest and friendly. Thank you Jim's. I will be back to have major repairs that seem minor to them. Bumper and mirror for sure.

Showed up on a Friday afternoon after I had accidentally broken my drivers side mirror. They were able to source the part and have it on my car by Monday afternoon for pickup. The price was fair and the service was exceptional, highly recommend.

Words candidly describe the job they did on my custom camero.i had a special paint job and someone destroyed my car. Mike not only matched the paint to perfection he also was timely with the repair. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I usually dont make these kinds of posts on google maps, usually all of my reviews are all positive. But I went here to try and get help for my car as it had been hit around 2 weeks ago. I went over here and they took pictures of my car and told me they'd call me that same day to tell me the estimate. I never heard anything back and I waited till a couple days ago which has been around 2 weeks already. I called them, they kept saying they'd call me back. I waited around an hour and they still werent calling back. So I just didnt want to wait anymore. I'm surprised cause they have such good reviews, but I guess I just had bad luck with them.

Had three vehicles damaged in the memorial day tornado, was referred to this company by a family member in June 2019. After taking all three of the vehicles to the body shop for estimates they declined working on one due to the extent of damage, scheduled the other two first one then the second consecutively. During the conversation they stated that they would be unable to do the work due to the large amount of vehicles damage during the tornado until The first week in November but since they were referred by a family member I decided to go ahead and use the facility. A week before November 1 I get a voicemail from the body shop saying that they were behind and would not be able to get the cars in and they would call us back around the holidays hopefully to get the cars in for repair.As of January 3 I still had heard nothing from this company at which time I called another company and they had my vehicle in a week later!I have still yet to receive a phone call to even follow up from this company fortunately I did find a legitimate body shop and they have taken care of my needs. Great job James you need some customer service training!

Horrible horrible company and shady business practices. DO NOT take your vehicle here! The customer representatives seem extremely nice and trusting, but they do a horrible job with your car and do not hold through on their promises.I took my car here after getting into an accident. First, the owner told me that my car should be completed in a week, but the repair took over three weeks. Then, the owner promised that I would not have to pay a penny until I was completely satisfied with the work they did. This was also a lie. After working on my car, the owner closed my case file with my insurance company before even calling me to tell me my car was finished. I did not have a chance to look at my car before they had closed my file. When I finally looked at my car, I realized that they had not even touched a portion of my car that had been scratched and dented from the accident. Yet they started pressuring me to pay right away and told me that I could just bring the car back in on a different day after I had paid.A few days later, I noticed another problem with my car: The mirror would no longer hold its position and I had to readjust it every time I got in my car. They told me i would need to prove that this was a problem by using a camera to record my car for 24 hours to show that the mirror was falling on its own. They also said I would have to prove that no one was in the drivers side controlling the mirror. Are you serious? Car accidents are stressful enough. This is not the kind of business you would want to deal with after getting into an accident.

There is no other body shop in the Dayton area that I would let touch my vehicles for paint and body. They have painted cars trucks and motorcycles for me. I'm a very picky and person to please and Mike and his guys always surpass my expectations.Thanks guys for all you do.

I have taken vehicles there around 10 times for body work over a period of about 15 years. They do great work and I have always been 100% satisfied. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I called after the dealership recommended this place. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. She made it obvious I was inconveniencing here by calling.
