They was trying to charge me $2000 more than they charged the insurance company. And the lady was extremely rude. Tried to talk down to me. Just by how this lady treated me and word around town about quality of service I wouldn't let them work on a bicycle. Look at local body shops before bring your vehicle here. If they can't handle customer service how they going to handle your vehicles.

My experience was very good here. It s the second time my vehicle needed to be worked on after an accident. They did a great job in a very timely manner, kept me updated the whole time they had my car, and even detailed it before I picked it up.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I wasn t really treated well here. I felt looked downed on and despised here. The lady there told me that I was being difficult and told me not to come back. I wasn t even trying to be difficult. I appreciated that they took care of my first vehicle but the second vehicle was too difficult. After the repair, the vehicle has been hand washed and sanitized and the paint chipped off. It was chipped before but the paint chipping got worse after they hand washed it. And they didn t do anything about it. I understood that it was chipped off and wanted to ask for the price to paint and the lady just told me to leave. She also said that I wasted their time when my time was wasted too. I mean wouldn t they feel the same if they were in my shoes? I spent more than a grand there and got treated like a second class in the end. Not a good place if they treat customers like that.Service: Body & Trim

Great customer service. They did an excellent job repairing my car. I notice they even detailed it as well. I cannot thank them enough for such a wonderful job.
