I took my $80,000 Silverado High Country truck to Schmitt Fairborn to get front brake pads put on. They broke my wiring harness pulling it apart and made me pay for the part they broke this was the first trip.On the second trip they pulled my truck in only to find out that they got the wrong part. as they pulled my truck in the mechanic hit my 22 inch black rim on the lift and scratched it up real bad. I was told they were ordering me a new rim. They said they would call me when it came in and put the harness and rim on at same time.Third trip they put my new rim on and installed the harness when I went outside to look at it I could see orange peel from 15 ft away. This obviously was not a new rim. I went in and asked about it and was told it was a resurface rim. I went home and inspected it better only to get more mad. I then called back to tell them I wasn't happy and was told they wouldn't order me a new wheel only try to get mine painted again. A new wheel is $800 dollars for me to buy. I'm sure it's much cheaper for them. I did put in a call to the GM but haven't heard anything yet. Will update if they ever call me back. They got in touch with me and are still saying all the wheels are refurbed. This is not true! I can buy a new wheel from GM online for $700.00 smh still didn't get a brand new wheel they ordered 2 more refurbished wheels and had me pick which one I wanted. Not happy so I bought new wheels.......

I can't say enough good things about the service I received at the Beaver Creek Ohio location. I was on a trip to visit family and a wheel bearing on my Cadillac broke. I was 4 hours away from home and was distraught to the point of crying. I didn't know what to do about my situation and fortunately I googled dealerships in the area because my car has never been to anywhere for service and maintenance other than my hometown dealership, and I chose Jeff Schmitt. I called and immediately got in and was taken care of. The gal that helped me was professional, attentive and very knowledgeable about service. She even listened to me cry about my situation and offered me comfort and assurance that they could help me out. They took me in right away, as I had told them I was from out of town, and my car was done in less than a day! She also informed me that there were some things that my dealership had not told me about regular maintenance that needed done, some as far back as 2019. She informed me that she could see the records from my home dealership because all records are available online if they are done by a certificated dealership. I take my car regularly to have oil changes and service and it was never explained to me that any of these things were not being done or even that it is recommended that they needed done in order for my car to run at its best. I never felt pressured to get anything additional done, so I don't feel like she was trying to get me to do things that were not an emergency, but I opted to get caught up on all it needed while they were fixing the current issue. I left there feeling confident that my car was now up to date on all the things it needed to be, as well as the wheel bearing fixed. It drove great and I got home safely and in the time frame I needed to. Can't thank them enough!

I had an appointment to look at a Corolla today. 2-19-24. I get there & it s sold. Another car I wanted to look at was sold also. I think this is terrible customer service. I should have been contacted to be told. It was a big waste of my time. It showed on your website that u have these two cars. Y all need better customer service and better operating website systems. Very disappointing!

I purchased a new Nissan Altima yesterday and had an amazing experience. Rob Henderson helped me out. I knew I wanted a 2024 Nissan Altima SR gun metalic. We had a great experience buying a car from Jeff Schmidt Mitsubishi. Our salesman Arlay was friendly and knowledgeable but never pushy. We enjoyed his relaxed style of working with customers. The sales manager Garrett was also helpful and friendly and helped the process go smoothly. Finally the finance guy Tim got through the paperwork quickly and painlessly. Overall this was one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had. I would highly recommend this team!

I bought a Chevy Silverado from you on October 24th. Admittedly, it was not a certified car with a warranty. Nevertheless, as your customer, I expect you to provide a little more service. I asked, whether somebody can come out to start my car, I am 5 minutes away from Schmitt South in Miamisburg. The woman on the phone, her name is Brianne Lawwill - told me curtly and rudely way that I either have someone to start the car or I have to have it towed. I can understand this, what I not understand ist, how the company can allow her to jump into customers face in an unacceptable way, letting the customer know how much she was bothered with this question. I then called Schmitt South myself and the lady was friendly, but the manager was his usual rude self. If I would have a chance to change the battery for my Silverado 1500 at AutoZone, I would have done it !!!!!

My complaint is I ll was having emissions on my check engine light on I ll told service department we replaced purge valve on before and code keep on and I ll asked them to a smoke test on a diagnostic witch it cost me150.00 dollar and told me it s was purge valve and gasoline my brother give them ok for purge valve it cost me 536.00 and now I m having same problem because canister having leak cousin the same issue now I ll believe if they re did smoke test liked ill asked them to the purge valve would not been bad and would fixed problem correctly

I schedule my service weeks in advance and the service dept still makes me wait 30 minutes to an hour before my truck ever hits the lift. Now they want to charge $25 extra for the added time it takes to rotate oversized aftermarket wheels and tires. My setup is 20 inch rim x 35in tire. Not much oversize at all and not very time consuming. The everchanging inexperienced service advisors don't help.

We had a horrible experience with Columbus Mitsubishi a little over a year ago. So it was a little nerve wracking when we decided to start car shopping again. The guys at Jeff Schmitt were excellent. They answered all my questions, even before I asked most of them. They made sure to walk is through every feature of the car before we drove it off the lot. Danny was our sales guy. Very normal, down to Earth kind of guy. Not your standard "car salesman." Stayed late after closing to get everything worked out with my husband. Jackson was there when we picked the car up the next day. He made sure we knew everything we needed to know and we had no questions when we left. This was an excellent experience.

We bought a truck in 2020 and got free oil changes for 60000 miles. We got our last free oil change . We would have taken it back but it s kinda a trip for us from south centerville. So we took it to good year and they never took possession of the car or attempted to do the oil change as the bolts were stripped. We still had to reminder sticker from Jeff s on the windshield. It s due now. So I call up and talk to the service manager who says well that was done some time ago. Duh that s how oil changes work. This is my sole car to two jobs to support my family! Two jobs now because of the economy! Just do the decent thing

Decided I wanted a new Equinox, so I started looking & found one on the lot at Jeff Schmitt South, that had at least the 3 accessories on it that I wanted. I had been told to request Autumn Woodward for my salesperson, so that is who I requested & I'm so glad I did. Great service!! She made the whole experience painless, cause I said buying a new car is like waiting for test results at the doctor....nerve wracking! She explained everything in detail, went over everything included in the coverage & always asked if we had any questions. She answered all questions to our satisfaction & if she wasn't sure of the answer, she made sure to find the answer for us. She was very easy to work with & made us feel comfortable during the whole process. Everyone we dealt with that day was very pleasant & made us feel welcome. I have bought a few cars in the past, but Autumn by far, made this the best buying experience out of all of them. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking to buy a vehicle from any of Jeff Schmitt's locations, to ask for Autumn Woodward. You won't regret it!

Do not use this place to service your vehicle. They are the kind of service department that gives car mechanics a bad name. Tom is especially manipulative when he talks with you. He states one thing will happen or be charged and when you see the final bill it is different. Also, two times we have been there the service that was to be completed wasn t completed at all or in its entirety. They won t stand behind their work. You know you are going to pay extra when you go to a dealership but you expect the quality of work, the guarantee, and the customer service to make up for that extra money. With this company you just pay extra for Tom to lie to you and to get your car half fixed or not at all. Contacted customer service about an issue and was supposed to receive a credit. Never received credit.Update: Received a phone call from Brittany. She was absolutely pleasant and apologetic. She stated that they will send my credit in the form of a check. Great customer service from her!!

This is the 2nd time they have deleted my review. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE OUT OF STATE. They sold me a 2000 dollar ceramic coat and my car didn t even come with. It came off the truck all dirty and the We Owe even said nothing on there. It s so shady. If you owe someone 2000 dollars for a ceramic coat I expect it to be on the car. My Camaro came in so dirty and when I took it to my buddies shop. We put it under an L.E.D light and there s swirl marks and a couple of scratches on my car with only 3 miles on the car. It s absolutely ridiculous. They will be hearing from me over and over. I also notified by 45k followers to never go there. That s what happens when you deal with a shady dealership. They even told me my deposit was non refundable lol. The salesman s name was Scott I believe and he really didn t do his job right. If the owner of this establishment really teaches his employees to be scums then they did a great job. Worst dealer ever!

Robert Henderson worked with us and the experience was great from start to finish! Everyone from Robert, to the sales manager, to the finance department and cashier were friendly and helpful. Robert took us to every point of contact we needed and handed me the keys as we went on our way. We didn t feel like we have at other dealerships where we were passed off once the sale was made so the salesman could move to his next prospect. This is the second vehicle we have purchased in the Jeff Schmidt Auto Group and we definitely recommend them. Ask for Robert :-)

I have bought many car from Jeff Schmitt while working here for nine years. I always bought a service contract because I knew that if my vehicle was to go down I would be taken care of and wouldn t be left without transportation. Well I was wrong. My transmission had an issue on May 4th. I dropped it off to them for service on that day and left. I was told they wouldn t be able to get to it and it would need to go to a Chrysler store. So it has been there since May 5. In that time the service contract I purchased from them has only given me a rental for six of these day and it had to go back to enterprise.which wasn t all that helpful as I was told it had to be comparable to the vehicle I purchased it wasn t. My vehicle is a Chrysler town and country they rented me a Toyota Corolla. I was told by the service department there was nothing they could do to help me with transportation. So I sent a message to one of their top three in charge asking if we could speak and got no response at all. So here I sit without a vehicle and the dealership I purchased it from not caring at all.Update I have received two call this morning. One from a number 2 in charge and one from the President of Jeff Schmitt which I brought up their promise of loaners to which the owner just apologized for breaking the promises then doubled down on breaking them. Highly recommend going elsewhere. It 2022 they should have been able adapted to todays obstacles by now I m another way instead of sending customer up stream with out paddles.

We had a great experience with Jeff Schmitt Nissan, we were trying to get our daughter a newer car and have her on the loan. Rob the finance manager worked some magic and was able to get her the car at the terms needed. Our salesman Rob Henderson was very helpful in the whole transaction and answered any and all questions we had. I would most definitely recommend them, and will see what I can find when it's my turn to look. Thank you again

The food was super tasty and rich. There was a decent drink menu as well. The environment is really cute. There is two levels and it is very open. I believe there is an outdoor patio area too.This place makes for a great date.
