first time there. awesome service. quick too...stopped during my lunch and they took my car right in and in about 20 minutes I was done. thanks for the coupon too!

Had an issue with my car running strangley. They were able to find and solve my problem. They even arranged for a ride home and back since the work took several hours. They helped me save money where I could and did an excellent job. I didn't feel pressured into getting anything. You can feel comfortable here that you won't be taken advantage of. Highly recommend.

Edit 4/5- took our elantra there for an oil change and tire rotation. Again, great service, fast, easy and affordable. Even saved us some money since we didn't need the rotation at the moment. Will be a repeat customer!They were friendly, quick and didn't try oversell me on things I didn't need at the time. Will be taking both cars there from now on.

Excellent service. Everyone that I spoke with gave a full explanation of what was needed and a time frame of when denied services should be completed. Also gave a few good places to look for replacement parts at cheaper prices (lugnut caps)

Needed an oil change before traveling for Thanksgiving. I went to Valveline because that is just usually where I go. They had about 12 cars waiting, so I went looking for a different option. Jamie's was able to get me in and out in only 10-15 mins. Very happy. I will be going back in the future.

I got off this exit with a tire quickly deflating and another with a nail in it! Jamie s took care of both very quickly and was all around great. The staff here was very helpful and nice. They did a great job with the tires and while I was there I got an oil change too.

I have been coming here for basic oil changes and maintenance for almost 5 years and I always appreciate their hospitality and their willingness to explain things to me (I only know basic car info). All the workers are very kind and get my car done quickly. Thank you!!

Amazing staff and customer service. I called last night to check on getting tires for 2 vehicles. I spoke with Virgil who gave me some recommendations on tires and said to check reviews before ordering. I called back and ordered them last night for install today. I talked to Tyler this morning and he said they came in this morning and I could come get them installed right away. John did an amazing job installing both sets of tires. Kasey and her team are amazing. I highly recommend them!

Came in for a leaking tire assuming I needed a patch. The employee came in and told me I didn t need a patch and only the valve core was damaged so they replaced it at no cost. Overall I really appreciate the honesty I experienced since it could ve been a $30 patch charge and I wouldn t have know any different. Thanks for your help!! Definitely recommend this place and they re fast paced!

Kasey, Tyler, and the entire Team are amazing! After a long drive to Dayton from Atlanta, Ga., the protective cover under my SUV came loose after not being replaced properly during a previous oil change, and was dragging the road and making a horrible noise. I pulled into Jaimie s Express and they recognized the issue right away. Kasey explained what had happened and removed the mangled cover, and had us on our way in 15 minutes with NO charge. Jamie s Express gave me faith that amazing customer service still exist. Kasey and Team are a glowing example of what great customer service should be. Kasey and her fabulous technicians Tyler and John are an awesome team. Recently I had an urgent need of a tire repair for my wife s car. She was going on a trip to Florida the next morning and it was late in the day. Kasey talked with me and had Tyler jumped right on the task and with the assistance of John, our car was repaired in record time. Knowing that my wife was going on a trip, they took time to inspect all 4 tires and checked the tire pressure. Kasey is professional, enthusiastic, and very kind. Tyler was also professional and very polite and his positive attitude showed, John performed the repair and explained the procedure to set my mind at ease. Kasey, Tyler and John are to be commended for their professionalism and caring for me like a family member and not just a number. I ll definitely be using Jaime s Express in the future and I highly recommend them!

Their prices is way to high if I have my own oil, it still cost 40.00 which I think is what an oil change would cost if some place used their oil. To high!

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I'll be the first to admit I don't know anything about cars but the staff took the time to explain what was being done to my car, how long it would take, and cost. I appreciate the time they took to make sure I understood what needed done with my car in a not condescending way. Even though they don t use Lucas oil additives for older cars, they kick behind here. You can get in without an appointment, which is very rare nowadays.

What an amazing, kind, and honest crew. Had some issues with a flat and the fact that that they were willing to walk me through/answer my questions over the phone alone let me know I picked the right place. Once I made it I was out in less than 15 minutes. Super thankful for their help and will definitely be coming back.

Great for fast, in and out small service. Best for oil changes. Although they quoted me 700 dollars to change spark plugs on my mini van because they won't re-use a rubber reusable gasket. Not a big deal, I changed them in 15 minutes myself. But can't beat the friendly service for oil changes.

They were VERY busy today, and still, I was able to get my flat repair done, pretty much right away! They have always taken great care of my cars, and several of my friends cars! They are one of the few places I know I can trust to get my tires balanced, and the tires are ACTUALLY balanced! The best thing is the lack of pressured sales. I've worked in quite a few shops, and what I hated most, was selling to people that didn't need selling to. I've never come here and had anything I didn't need recommended to me. All recommendations have always been honest. If you need work done on your vehicle, this is a place you can trust!

Incredibly friendly staff just tried to help me get a kitten that was stuck in my car. They didn't find it but they sure were enthusiastic to try!Also I have gone here for years for basic servicing and never been disappointed.

I've been here multiple times and have never been let down! They always explain how they are going to fix the problem and give you the price right up front. The team is trustworthy and everytime I've been there I've been in and out quickly. It's also very nice that you don't have to schedule an appointment and you can pull right up. I've also used other jamies tire locations and have had excellent experiences with them as well!

I'm not very trusting of most car repair shops, but this place is pretty great. The staff are very polite and do a good job. Especially Casey, she thoroughly explains everything out that's going on and makes sure I understand and have all my questions answered. I go here for almost anything. There have been times when mistakes were made, but they always have made it right for me. Nice honest business.Service: General repairs & maintenance
