Great experience. Both Allen and MacKenzie were very helpful and were able to get me an appointment within 1 day for a battery replacement. The price for both the battery and labor, was less expensive than 5 other quotes I had gotten, and the installation took less than one hour. Great service and will return for future work that is needed.

Did not have a good experience, chipped my rims, Noone has return my call or messages. Proceed with extreme caution. Take pictures b4 and after. Get a signed vehicle inspection report b4 leaving your car. If they say that don't have one leave and go somewhere else. Never again will we use them!

I requested an appointment online for Sept 28th and took my vehicle in for a overall inspection. I had noted in the appointment details that the rear of my vehicle was making a rattling noise over bumps. Though the test drive and inspection was quick the technician told me that during the test drive they heard no noises from the car at all and that I was hearing "parts of the bumper fall off" I kid you not that is what the man told me. He gave me a courtesy inspection sheet and charged me 30$ to tell me I'm delusional. Turns out that I was hearing a noise and that I had a loose gas shock bolt that was causing it too rattle over bumps. Very easy fix if they inspected the car as they claimed. This location was the last of anyone to touch my front wheels and when I went to remove the front wheels today to replace my brake rotors, they stripped a new lug nut I just got replaced at Grismers about 2 months ago so now I can't even do that. In the lobby during my wait, 2 of the techs were making comments about other garages not having good techs but the ones at this Firestone at this location can't put a wheel on right. I see why this location has such poor ratings lately

Illegal activity. My 18 year old son brought his car in for the first time. They did work on his car he did not schedule or ask for. When it came time to pay, they provided no cost breakdown, just the total he owed. When we asked why the bill was so high and found services we did not ask for included, we said we should not have to pay for something we did not ask for. The employee said, "you did ask for it." When we asked to show us an approved estimate or where in our reserved appointment we asked for it, he could not find it, then said, "well, we did the work; so you have to pay for it." When I got home and got an email of the cost broken down, I discovered a charge for something done the previous time I dropped it off and it should have been covered by their warranty. Bad experience, but good lesson for my son about crooked mechanics. For the record, I replied with the info requested in the reply below a few months ago; and have heard nothing back from them. Further shows how bad their customer service is.

These are the only people to have done anything with my tires, like in the life of the car. I bring it in for tires to be put on and they cannot find the wheel key. They called me and said they found the empty case for it but not the key itself, but they were the only people to every touch my car like that. So their tech took my key on the last time they did something with my tires and now I have to buy a new key for it but I also am going elsewhere for all4 tires

DO NOT GO HERE! Went here to get patchwork done on a tire. They lied about a missing lug nut on a tire I just replaced and they lied about putting washer fluid in my car, when they never even opened the hood of my car.Service: TiresService: Tires

I highly recommend to NOT GO HERE McKenzie will take advantage of you just to make a buck off any situation. I come in with a quote and to get my tire changed and everything about the quote is perfectly fine so I sign off on them working on my car and then they call afterwards saying they have to add a certain policy onto the bill which would ve raised the price of the final bill. I say to hold off on that on the phone as I need to talk with someone about doing it I call back and say I m heading over. They apparently have already worked on my car so McKenzie thinks it okay to charge me money to put my tire back on even though I said to wait on the phone. These people are a class act and think just because it s their time being wasted they think they re entitled even when they make the mistake. Extremely petty and very rude on the phone. I don t usually make problems but it s things like this where people want to take advantage of a the situation. So it s either pay the service fee or leave my car without the spare even on. Great service guysService: Tires

My AC works better than when the car was brand new! Note, I waited 2 months before writing this review. AC is still perfect, even during recent heatwave. Techs knew what they were doing, the price was WAY less than anywhere else, only wish I could remember the names of the employees to give each proper credit. I've never been more pleased with an auto repair service.

Went in for a lifetime alignment. I sat in waiting area. The service was timely, but when car was finished the steering wheel was off about 10 degrees. Manager said to drive on it for a day, like it would fix itself. I found out from another firestone that the steering wheel alignment did not get adjusted.

I went in for a punctured tire with a very fast leak by appointment. They left a voicemail saying my car was ready. When I picked up my car they said they couldn't find a puncture so they had cleaned the rim and put a new valve stem on. Luckily, before I drove off I realized the tire was still leaking. They kept changing their story, took forever to rectify the situation, and seems that they only discounted the $30 that I already had paid for the tire repair when charging me for the brand new tire I ended up having to get. I won't be back.Service: Tires

I have been coming to this location for many years but today will be my last day. I called in and Mackenzie, the manager there, provided me with inaccurate information on a high mileage oil change as they wrote 6,000 miles for my next oil change and in reality my oil change was needed to be changed at 5,000 miles. After explaining that my oil light had been coming on and realizing that the technician put me down for 6,000 miles, Mackenzie then back tracks and says well it could be up to 6,000 but he literally told me at the start of the conversation that it should be changed at 5,000 miles. Once I pinpointed that to him and tried to get an oil change appointment scheduled, he hung up and didn t answer my call so I went into the store. I always follow their recommendations and for them to not even look at my car to make sure things were okay, was enough for me to leave this review and not return. Also the customer service has declined recently which also plays a role in why I won t return.

Great experience all around! They were able to fit me in next day. Arrived, checked me in and it wasn't long before they had my vehicle on the rack ready to put the tires on. They were fast, courteous and fair. Didn't try to get over on me and tell me I needed things that I didn't need. Preformed the service I came for and did a free inspection of my vehicle. Will certainly return for all my vehicle service needs.

I had gone to this location for several years and used to strongly recommend them. The key phrase there is 'used to'. I had an appointment for an oil change last week and took some time off of work. Once I arrived at the location, I was greeted with signs saying they were temporarily closed. While I fully understand COVID and have no issue with appropriate precautions being taken, I do find it very unprofessional that I did not even receive a phone call. So, I called earlier today to discuss this issue and potentially reschedule (again, depending on the reasons etc) and the employee who answered (unfortunately I did not catch his name) informed me that he had called me and hung up on me when I disagreed. This location has gone so far down hill and will never have my business again.

Very nice guys. I have a big awkward, low profile tires and was blessed they had one in stock. They did a free inspection sheet on my car. I don't have have the best credit and I applied for financing but got denied. Midas has a financing plan for people like me. If Firestone would have had, a financing plan for not so good credit, I would have replaced all 4 of my tires but obviously they only had 1 of my tires in stock. I recommend, unless you are most a lot of people like me, broke from Christmas with bad credit.

Excellent, honest shop. Zach gave me an initial phone quote for brakes. After the inspection it was determined that brakes were not due at this time. He also gave me a good price for tires too. I highly recommend this shop for honest, fair repair work and new tires.

Overall, I am a very satisfied customer. I had an issue with my A/C Compressor and called to get the best quote on my car. Not only was Firestone very helpful along the way, but they offered me a quote $200 less than anyone else. THEN, when I went to pay for my service, they had found another issue with my car, where they replaced a belt for free, and they knocked an additional $250 off the overall price, because of unforeseen original circumstances. A very honorable group of men work here, and I would recommend them very highly.

They did a good job. Cant complain. However i had a 12:30 apointment and got in at 12:45. There till 1:30 for oil change. But Jim is a nice guy and they did replace a stripped out oil plug for free. Thanks guys. I just wont schedule during lunch time hours. Probably when you guys are fresh in the morning!

They went out of their way to get my car done in 15 minutes (start to finish) when I had an emergency and needed to leave. They showed genuine care. They do take longer than they should sometimes but they do offer to make up for it by doing another service for free.

MacKenzie and Charlie did an outstanding job taking car of us on a Saturday - July 3rd - as we were traveling across country! They resolved the tire issue (screw in sidewall), and discovered an oil plug that was not put in properly causing the oil to leak on the underside of the car! Both issues could have been avoided if the place (Firestone) where I took my car prior to the trip would have done their job! Thank you Charlie for your help cleaning off oil under the car and your concern and care for our safety!! An inconvenient situation could have been a lot worse! The new tires are great!! Thank you Fairborn Firestone !!

Dropped my car off because it died on the highway yesterday morning. Was told that the technician that is qualified to do engine diagnosis was off, so they wouldn't be looking at my car until tomorrow (today). I get a phone call this morning that I needed new spark plugs and valve cover gasket, which brought my total to over 300 dollars. I asked the man who called me if this was a tuneup, to which he started stammering and got quiet. Then told me it was. I asked him if they seriously charged over 300 dollars for a tuneup, which is when he started telling me that the park plugs need changed and blah blah blah. I'm mad but cannot afford to go without my car for another day so I told them to go ahead and fix it, and said to change my oil while they already had it on the lift. Few hours later they call me back and say that now I need a distributor cap. Little bit later it's them saying that the distributor cap is completely swollen and I need a whole new distributor. New price? 728.99. I'm mad. Seriously mad. Did I yell? Yeah.My uncle who is a mechanic (unfortunately was unable to work on my car this time) calls them and asks them what they've done and what they checked. Guy can't tell him. So he asks again. Guy says he'll ask the tech. Tech tested one cylinder on the car. When my uncle then starts to ask about something else he is informed that there is no manager (from assistant to district) that he can speak with and is hung up on.Going over invoice with my "service advisor" and he's telling me he discounted the price because they told me one thing but had to do another. Ok? But the funny thing is, the new price and the one they told me before I got down there are the same. Then tells me that he's going to "get in trouble" for discounting my invoice, when he explained every line to me. Funny thing about the "discounts" I was given is that they were for things I didn't get, like new ignition wires and the labor for it. Only legit discount I can find is 100 off for a "customer promotion", but I'm not sure I believe that one either because their sign out front reads 19.99 oil changes, but my invoice says 25 and is discounted to 19.99 with "customer promotion".Needless to say I'll never be going back here. Complete rip off. And how exactly does a company that works on cars not have the qualified people working? Seriously disappointed and vowing to never return.

My daughter came to visit from 4 hours away on the weekend. Woke up Sunday morning to her tire completely shredded. They got us in within the hour to repair it and she was able to head back home to be back in class in college on Monday.
