Jamie was courteous and communicated the entire time during repair. Very honest and fair in pricing even though there were other issues with parts. I am very articulate and when Jamie reviewed the cost, I was presently surprised. Would recommend this repair shop highly. Thanks Jamie

Always has taken good care of my car, never tried to upsell or tell me about problems that were not there to get a quick buck. Treats me like family. Highly recommend for women looking for a place that will treat them equally.

I was recommended by a friend to this place and the service was amazing!They were honest with the condition of my car, and didn't charge me for a repair I didn't need yet. This is a repair business that values honesty and customer service over making a quick buck.Very trustworthy and kind people- I would highly recommend!

They do an excellent job at car repair and are quick. Only issues is every repair they quoted me was always $300-600, like, every time. No matter what it was they kept charging the same amount. I swear, is anything moderately priced anymore!???

Took my Monte Carlo there for power steering leak, was told it needed high pressure power steering hose $450.00 took car home with new hose. Noticed puddle on driveway next day, called them the next day about the leak, they said bring the car back. They called said car was fixed, lines to the rack and pinion were loose, (one of those lines was the pressure line that they had previously replaced) $68.00 more... Next day power steering leak on my driveway, took the car back now they say the brand new rack from last summer has a factory line leaking on it... $208.00 for cleaning it up to find the leak and they put a quart of oil in it... he did mark the $208 down to $146... I didn't ask the price to replace the rack because they will not get any of my or my families vehicles back. If you fix a leak go make sure it isn't leaking in your parking lot before you call the customer... Almost $700 later with the same problem it went in the shop with...

They towed my car for Fairborn pd on Saturday they was closed on Saturday and Sunday so I couldn't get the vehicle out til Monday and charged me storage on a vehicle that I couldn't even get.

Absolute horrible tow job done. My car was in an accident and I had towed from the tow yard and THIS is how they found it acceptable to leave my car. Halfway not even on my property so my neighbors can't get anything out of their own backyard.I said when it was dropped that the way he had it wasn't okay and not completely on my property. I was shrugged off and told it was already dropped.Next time, if AAA sends AJ's for my towing needs, I'll just cancel and literally pay out of my own pocket for someone else.

My car broke down at the tail end of the holiday storm. Towing services were at a premium but I waited only a few hours. The driver (Heath?) was super friendly and had my car hooked up and ready to go in no time. I will definitely recommend AJ's to friends and family! Can't give them more praise - I called for a low priority tow (one of my old cars at my apartment wouldn't start) and not even two hours later, one of their friendly tow truck drivers came and picked up my car.There were a lot of repairs that needed to happen to it, but Jamie kept me updated every step of the way. Friendly, transparent about prices, and flexible are who these guys are; I'll be coming back with any more issues I may have. Thanks again!

I have always taken any vehicle I have owed here, due to the the friendly staff and quality of work. I m a recent college grad preparing to go to grad school and decided to keep my college hoopdy, instead of getting a new car, because I am focused on pay tuition. After having the car 5 years I decided to have it checked out. It needed new bushings, struts and shocks, rack and pinion, wheel hub, starter, exhaust pipes, catalytic converter, and brakes. Even with egregious and exorbitant repairs, that would cost anywhere from 7k-10k and I got all of them for 3k or less. After getting the starter fixed it failed because the manufacturer sent the shop a faulty starter to replace mine, they towed my car and replaced it with a new one for free. A+++++ it took them less than a day to fix each diagnose each problem and get my car back to me. Not many shops can do that. 10/10 would recommend. I do not remember the drivers name but he used to drive for Motley Crew, but that should be enough identification haha. He arrived promptly and went the extra mile to explain what was going on with my truck to make sure I didn't get ripped off at the mechanic shop. All around great guy and wonderful service.

Having your car towed is never a fun experience but my the driver who towed my car sure made it a lot less painful. Not only was he early, and I've never had that happen but he was friendly, professional and had my car up on the truck in no time. I definitely recommend.

I have taken my Jeep to these guys 3 times now and every time I have had the best service. They are honest with their diagnosis' and recommendations, they keep you updated through the whole process on what they find and the cost, and do their best to make sure that the problem is completely fixed. I feel like I know Jamie like a friend now and I won't take my Jeep anywhere else.

fair prices, efficient and well trained staff, and my car no longer makes power steering noise when I turn left. I am glad to have found a mechanic that I can trust. they give you an estimate and work within what you want done. thank you AJ's, I will be back.

I have found AJ's to prove themselves honest each time I've dealt with them. Several times they could have charged more and I wouldn't have known. I was quoted a $600+estimate, next day was only $300+. Said the repair of drive shaft was not as bad as they originally thought. I would have paid $600 without a clue. I'm relieved for an auto business that uses integrity in their practice.

I needed a brake fluid flush and had a grinding noise when the vehicle was cold and in motion. I have usually gone to the dealership but decided to try AJ's as I know one of the people who works there and figured I'd give my business to someone I know especially a small business that may be struggling due to the COVID-19 induced shutdown of the economy. They provided great customer service, completed the work quickly, and most importantly were honest, which is very important to me as I have dealt several times with car repair places that have either tried to rip me off or failed to admit that they didn't know what my vehicle needed and wasted my time and dollars. The price was fair, and I will be a repeat customer.

I don't who is driving their towning trucks but they almost hit my car when they decided to change lanes at the last minute . When he got the front end of his truck in the left turn lane then decided to use his signal.They also pulled out infront of oncoming traffic when they were making a left turn. Based on their driving if I ever need to use a towing company it will definitely not be this one nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.

My car stalled on me today and I needed it towed . I wasn t sure the exact street I was on but the lady on the phone helped me . Thank you Jesus for helping me to the rescue ! Please note I've only used them for tow service. I didn't catch our tow stuck drivers name, but he was very helpful and knew exactly what he was doing with our family car. The gentleman that answered the phone was nice and professional. I don't have a local mechanic, but I'm going to start taking my car there. I'll update once I've done that.

My husband managed to get completely stuck in the mud in a very tight space. I called the 24hour tow number and Junior could not have been more helpful. He was out about an hour away but came straight away. He was courteous and polite and got the car out no problem and without leaving a scratch. I will always call for a tow and hope Junior is the one working.

I had to have my car towed from a slightly dangerous location (ramp from one highway to another) this morning. The driver called to let me know he was on his way. He called again later to verify which of the 4 ramps I was on. He arrived a couple minutes later. He was fast and courteous. He was my hero for the day! Thank you!

AJs the best local towing company by far! I have had three dealings with AJs, and two with another local towing and storage company. They're a family owned company that really goes the extra mile to help you. Their prices are also more fair. I highly recommend this company over others in this area.

If I could rate A J s with six or seven stars I would. After sitting in the garage overnight our car would not start. Battery did not have enough power to crank the engine. We got a jump start and took it to a service garage assuming a failed battery. Garage could not find anything wrong; everything checked out 100%. A couple of mornings later we had the same problem dead battery. Got a jump start and took the car to the dealership where we had bought it. Same result no issues found; nothing abnormal to fix. The next day we had the same problem. Called A J s, and they towed the car in. A J s found the problem, a failed body control module, and replaced it. So far since, the car has started and run fine. A J s took the time and effort to find the problem when the other service facilities could not or would not. If A J s had not found and fixed the problem we would be looking for a way to afford a replacement car. A J s has a new long term customer.

Frustrating beyond belief. Different stories between them and my trusted insurance company for the past 20 years. Person on the phone was not pleasant or helpful....hung up on me when I was frustrated. Will NEVER recommend or use again. Gave a review to my insurance company too since they are acting as an agent on their behalf.

James was very professional. He was polite. And did an exallent job. They were sent through my triple A app. He was quick and friendly and I couldnt have had a better experience for what it was . If you dont have triple A which is cheap enough. Call AJs you might get James. Very Professional

The customer service is friendly. But. Past few times i have had my vehicle taken there to be diagnosed or fixed. Mostly taken there to be fixed not a week to two weeks later there is something wrong with it. I'm not blaming them or whatever. And that this is possinly a typical vehicle thing but i have seen this in past history before with them. And honestly I'm sorry I wouldn't recommend them to a family memebr let alone a friend either.

Tried to tell them I had a cold start issue. They said no it's a hard start issue. Spent 1000 on the engine to be repaired. Still runs and drives horrible in cold weather . But what do I know?! I took it up to AutoZone and ran free diagnostic. Ajs will charge you 80 for the same thing. So AutoZone actually helped me figure out what I needed for the cold start. I just needed someone not so full of themselves that they won't listen to a customer. Needless to say. I leave Fairborn for work to be done. Safest bet.Other issue we had was we was told it'll be looked at first thing in the morning. First one I look at...noon comes around...the excuse. Well we have appointments!! ..MIGHT WANNA LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW THIS!! They did clutch work as well. Horrible sifting into first and 2nd. Why take it back?! They don't listen folks. When you're to busy knowing it all. It's impossible to listen

Horrible customer service from a daytime tow truck driver. Have used them several other times for tows and Bobby is the only driver that knows what he is doing and is very professional. Ajs other drivers are lacking in every area. Their manners and their experience is not up to par. If you want a professional with experience request bobby. As far as fixing cars they are horribly over priced and the owner smells like alcohol from the night before
